Mục tiêu của bài báo này là để đạt được một phương pháp đánh giá có thể áp dụng và một hệ thống dự đoán dựa trên Web-GIS cho các vụ trượt đất ở khu vực. Hàm Richards truyền thống được tái cấu trúc bằng cách sử dụng đường đặc trưng của nước trong đất (SWCC) và kỹ thuật biến đổi tọa độ. Áp suất lỗ chân lông phân tích cho mô hình sườn dốc được suy ra bằng cách giải phương trình Richard đã được sửa đổi thông qua hàm Green và biến đổi Fourier. Trường áp suất lỗ chân lông thoáng qua thu được sau đó được kết hợp với lý thuyết hút ẩm của Brakensiek, để xây dựng một mô hình khái niệm cho các vụ trượt đất nông do mưa gây ra.
