Nghiên cứu về các tính chất cơ học của hợp kim Al6061-Zr1,2 được xử lý bằng phương pháp nung chảy bằng tia laser

Bài báo hiện tại đề xuất một nghiên cứu thực nghiệm nhằm xác định các tính chất cơ học của hợp kim Al6061 biến đổi được sản xuất bằng phương pháp thêm vật liệu, trong đó việc bổ sung 2% thể tích zirconia ổn định yttrium (YSZ) vào bột nhôm Al6061 cho phép loại bỏ hoàn toàn các vết nứt trong quá trình nung chảy bằng tia laser. Để đạt được mục tiêu này, các thử nghiệm Vickers, thử nghiệm kéo, thử nghiệm Charpy và phân tích vi cấu trúc đã được thực hiện. Liên quan đến hướng xây dựng, phản ứng gần như đồng nhất đã được nêu bật trên vật liệu sau xây dựng với các tính chất (cường độ chảy kỹ thuật và cường độ tối đa) cao hơn hợp kim 6061 đã được rèn. Sự cải thiện này có thể được quy cho vi cấu trúc siêu mịn, mật độ khuyết tật lớn và hành vi bẫy kết tủa/giải pháp đặc trưng liên quan đến việc bổ sung Zr.
