Nghiên cứu về Hiệu quả Sinh thái Dựa trên Sự Thoải mái Bằng Mô Hình Super-SBM và Hồi quy Tobit: Trường hợp Trung Quốc

Trong bối cảnh cải cách xanh công nghiệp hóa, con người theo đuổi sự phát triển bền vững và cải thiện phúc lợi hơn là chỉ đơn thuần phát triển kinh tế. Do đó, các nhà ra quyết định trong chính phủ nên ưu tiên điều chỉnh sinh kế của người dân phù hợp với nền kinh tế xanh và môi trường sinh thái. Trong nghiên cứu này, chúng tôi đã phát triển một chỉ số phúc lợi sinh kế toàn diện sử dụng dữ liệu từ 31 tỉnh của Trung Quốc trong giai đoạn 2010 đến 2020, sau đó được tích hợp một cách sáng tạo vào hệ thống đánh giá hiệu suất sinh thái. Hơn nữa, tình trạng phát triển hiệu suất sinh thái dựa trên phúc lợi của bốn vùng kinh tế đã được khảo sát. Hiệu suất sinh thái được đo lường bằng mô hình Super-SBM không mong muốn (slack-based measure), và xu hướng phát triển động đã được kiểm tra bằng chỉ số Malmquist–Luenberger. Sự biến động không gian được phân tích dựa trên hệ số Dagum–Gini, và chỉ số Moran được sử dụng để nghiên cứu hiện tượng cụm không gian. Cuối cùng, một mô hình Tobit tác động ngẫu nhiên đã được sử dụng để phân tích các yếu tố ảnh hưởng đến hiệu suất sinh thái dựa trên phúc lợi từ góc độ quốc gia và khu vực. Kết quả cho thấy rằng vùng Tây đã cải thiện và tiến bộ đáng kể trong những năm gần đây. Mặc dù Trung Quốc đã đạt được nhiều tiến bộ công nghệ, nhưng công nghệ của đất nước vẫn chưa được sử dụng tối ưu. Ngoài ra, sự khác biệt giữa các vùng là động lực chính làm phát sinh sự chênh lệch không gian trong hiệu suất sinh thái.
