Phân Tích Bayesian Các Yếu Tố Mẹ Trên Thai Dự Đoán Việc Không Tuân Thủ Điều Trị HIV Cho Trẻ Sơ Sinh Tại Nam Phi

Trong khi những nỗ lực ngăn chặn sự lây truyền HIV từ mẹ sang con đã thành công ở một số khu vực tại Nam Phi, tỷ lệ này vẫn còn quá cao ở những nơi khác. Nghiên cứu này sử dụng hồi quy logistic Bayesian để kiểm tra các yếu tố dự đoán ở cấp độ mẹ liên quan đến việc tuân thủ phác đồ phòng ngừa nevirapine cho trẻ sơ sinh, bao gồm bạo lực gia đình, sự tuân thủ điều trị của mẹ, phản ứng khi công bố tình trạng HIV, thời gian phát hiện HIV và trầm cảm. 303 phụ nữ đã được đánh giá trong suốt thai kỳ và 6 tuần sau sinh. Sự tuân thủ điều trị khángretrovirus của mẹ trong thai kỳ dự đoán giảm 80% tỷ lệ không tuân thủ của trẻ [OR 0.20, khoảng tin cậy hậu nghiệm 95% (.11, .38)], trong khi trầm cảm trước sinh của mẹ dự đoán sự gia tăng [OR 1.04, khoảng tin cậy hậu nghiệm 95% (1.01, 1.08)].
