A method to develop multistage forming limit curves for copper alloy strip
Tóm tắt
Technology has been developed to assess the consequences of prior plastic deformation on forming limits of copper alloy strip. Procedures are described that allow gridstrain analysis of small parts fabricated by variable strain paths in multistage presses. The specific test methods are illustrated through analysis of the effect of biaxial prestrain on the subsequent forming limits of C260 alloy sheet.
