Ulcus duodeni mit Penetration in die Leber

Die Penetration eines Ulcus duodeni in die Leber ist eine seltene Komplikation. Im allgemeinen wird die Diagnose durch Operation oder Autopsie gestellt. Bei Durchsicht der Literatur fanden wir lediglich 13 Mitteilungen über den Nachweis einer Ulkuspenetration durch Endoskopie und Biopsie. In allen Fällen lagen sehr große Ulzera vor, oft mit tumorähnlich vorgewölbtem Ulkusgrund. Entscheidend für die Diagnose war der Nachweis von Lebergewebe in den Biopsaten. Klinische, endoskopische und histologische Befunde eines eigenen Falls werden mitgeteilt.
