Modeling the influence of the amount of cementing material in fly ash mortar doped with nano-SiO2 on the strength of building concrete
Tóm tắt
In order to improve the performance of concrete, this paper proposes a modeling method for the influence of the amount of cementing material in fly ash mortar doped with nano-SiO2 on the strength of building concrete. Select the materials and equipment needed to prepare concrete, and prepare concrete specimens. The calculation formulas of compressive strength, flexural strength and tensile strength were analyzed. Based on the gray theory, the GM model was used to predict the strength changes of building concrete, and the influence of the amount of cementation material of fly ash mortar doped with nano-SiO2 on the strength of building concrete was modeled. The test results show that although the dosage of fly ash mortar increases the compressive strength and tensile strength of concrete specimens to a certain extent, the strength of fly ash mortar decreases when the dosage of fly ash mortar is higher than 500 kg/m3. In the analysis of flexural strength, it can be concluded that the ranking result of influence degree is less dosage < large dosage < medium dosage, and the gap between the strength prediction results of this method and the actual results is small, indicating that the results obtained by this method are more reliable.
