Distribution peculiarities of zinc ions in oxides
Tóm tắt
Studies of the radial distribution of atoms indicate that upon calcining zinc hydrocarbonate at temperatures of 573 and 1273 K, the product oxide contains 5 and 1.5% zinc ions in octahedral interstitial sites, respectively. An imperfect structure is likely to result from the distortion owing to the incomplete removal of OH− and CO
