Chúng tôi áp dụng một góc nhìn thế hệ để nghiên cứu định hướng khởi nghiệp (EO) trong các doanh nghiệp gia đình. Chúng tôi thử nghiệm một mô hình xác định cách thức ảnh hưởng của các yếu tố bên ngoài và các yếu tố bên trong đến EO khác nhau ở các doanh nghiệp gia đình thuộc thế hệ đầu tiên, thứ hai và thứ ba trở đi.
