Spinning collagen medicinal fibres in mineral salt solutions

The spinning of collage fibres should be carried out by the following regime: precipitating bath — an aqueous Na2SO4 solution having a concentration of 330–340 g/liter; its temperature should be 30–32°C, and the pH should be 10–11; the plasticization bath should be an aqueous Na2SO4 solution; its concentration is 220–225 g/liter; the temperature should be 32–36°C, and the pH should be 3.6–4.6; the degree of jet stretch should be 170–200%; plasticized stretch should be 40–60%; the collagen content of the spinning solution should be 6–10%.
