Tóm tắt

Lá dâu tằm (Morus alba L.) được biết đến như một loại rau lý tưởng với hiệu ứng chống oxy hóa tốt, mang lại hương vị thơm ngon và nhiều lợi ích sức khỏe. Trong nghiên cứu này, chúng tôi đã khảo sát ảnh hưởng của việc điều trị với muối natri 4-Chlorophenoxyacetic acid (4-CPANa) đến sự phát triển và hàm lượng các hợp chất flavonoid trong lá dâu tằm. Hơn nữa, chúng tôi cũng nghiên cứu sự thay đổi trong mức độ biểu hiện của các gen tham gia vào con đường sinh tổng hợp flavonoid, cùng với việc tích tụ các chuyển hóa thứ cấp quan trọng bao gồm rutin (Rut), axit chlorogenic (ChA), isoquercitrin (IQ) và astragalin (Ast) trong lá dâu tằm. Kết quả cho thấy điều trị bằng 4-CPANa có thể thúc đẩy đáng kể quá trình phân hóa và phát triển của cây dâu tằm, làm tăng số lượng chồi, số lượng nụ, trọng lượng tươi của lá và diện tích lá so với nhóm đối chứng. Ngoài ra, hàm lượng ChA, Rut, IQ và Ast cũng tăng đáng kể sau điều trị với 4-CPANa (5 mg/L). Phân tích thêm cho thấy 5 mg/L 4-CPANa đã kích thích mạnh mẽ sự biểu hiện của các gen liên quan đến sinh tổng hợp flavonoid bao gồm gen flavonoid 3-O-glucosyltransferase (F3GT), gen chalcone synthase (CHS), ligase 4-xoumarate-CoA (4CL) và gen phenylalanine ammonia lyase (PAL). Tóm lại, việc xịt ngoài 4-CPANa cung cấp một cách mới để cải thiện chất lượng medicinal và phát triển thực phẩm từ lá dâu tằm có giá trị cao.
