The new radiolarian genus Nestelliana gen. nov. and two new species: N. glomerosa sp. nov. and N. grassiclatrata sp. nov. are described from the deposits of the Lower Tournaisian (Lower Carboniferous) of the Volga-Ural Basin and the Lower Famennian (Upper Devonian) of the Polar Urals of Russia.
