Some Variations of the Parameters of the Magnetoactive Plasma during the Transportation by Gigantic Convective Cells
Tóm tắt
A study was made of the magnetic properties variations of the bipolar structure of the solar photosphere, which are called active regions. For this purpose, the position of the zones of maximum magnetic field strength of different polarities and the difference between these values in the bipolar structure were analyzed. For the analysis, two long-lived active regions, NOAA 10960 and NOAA 10978, were used according to magnetograms of the Kitt Peak observatory in 2007. The observed changes in the studied parameters of the bipolar structures are interpreted as the effect of the orientation variation of the magnetic moment of the magnetoactive plasma, which is transported by giant-scale convection and is the source of the photospheric active region. Significant oscillations of the dipole moment of the source in the east–west direction are revealed. The established features of such oscillations indicate that these occur as a result of fluctuations. The deviation of the dipole moment of the source from a plane perpendicular to the solar radius tends to decrease this deviation with time. The initial deviation is about 5°, while at the final stage of the existence of a bipolar structure, such a deviation is no more than 2°.
