Tóm tắt

Gold nanorods (AuNRs) are powerful plasmonic nanomaterials with tunable localized surface plasmon resonance (LSPR) that make them ideal for surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) sensing. In this study, we report a sodium oleate (NaOL)-assisted seed-mediated synthesis of AuNRs in a CTAB-based system. Varying NaOL amount allowed to control the nanorod aspect ratio, improve monodispersity. The resulting products have been confirmed by X-ray diffraction (XRD), ultraviolet-visible (UV-Vis) spectroscopy, transmission electron microscopy (TEM), high-resolution TEM (HRTEM), and energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDS).
