Objects and research methods: 22 white mice were divided into 2 groups; The control group consisted of 10 healthy mice orally administered with distilled water. The experimental group was composed of 12 adenine - induced chronic kidney failure mice at a dosage of 100mg\u002Fkg\u002Fday, every 2 days for 5 weeks. study aims at investigating the diversity of 435 species of medicinal plants of 319 genera, 117 families, and 4 vascular divisions (including Lycopodiophyta, Polypodiophyta, Gnetophyta, and Magnoliophyta) in Phu My and Dat Do districts, Ba Ria - Vung Tau province. The Magnoliophyta is the biggest division accounting for 94.71% of the total and of which herbaceous is more popular than the remaining five life forms (trees, shrubs, epiphytes and parasites (37.01%). Different parts of the plants used as medicinal herbs are divided into 6 sub-categories stem\u002F bark, leaf\u002F branch, root\u002F taproot, whole plant, flower\u002Ffruit\u002Fseed, and sap\u002F latex. Whole plants and leaves\u002Fbranches are the most popular groups representing 33% to 36%. The results show that 20 disease groups could be treated with medicinal plants, including dermatology, digestive, liver, kidney, gallbladder; and 119 to 185 species of medicinal plants can be used for digest disease treatment. A total of 16 endangered species of medicinal plants are listed in Vietnam Red Data Book (2007), Vietnam’s Red List (2007) and Medicinal plants in Vietnam’s Red List (2019), and in the Decree 84 of the Vietnamese government in 2021.","Nghiên cứu này được tiến hành nhằm đánh giá đa dạng nguồn tài nguyên cây thuốc ở thị xã Phú Mỹ và huyện Đất Đỏ, tỉnh Bà Rịa - Vũng Tàu.Kết quả điều tra đã xác định được 435 loài thực vật có giá trị làm thuốc, thuộc 319 chi, 117 họ thuộc 4 ngành thực vật bậc cao có mạch (Lycopodiophyta, Polypodiophyta, Gnetophyta và Magnoliophyta). Trong đó, ngành Ngọc lan là đa dạng nhất chiếm 94,71% tổng số loài cây thuốc. Có 6 dạng sống chính của cây thuốc được ghi nhận (Cây thân gỗ, cây bụi, dây leo, thân thảo, phụ sinh và ký sinh), nhóm cây thân thảo chiếm tỷ lệ cao nhất đến 37,01%). Các bộ phận sử dụng của cây thuốc được chia thành 6 nhóm (thân\u002Fvỏ, lá\u002Fcành, rễ\u002Frễ củ, cả cây, hoa\u002Fquả\u002Fhạt và nhóm nhựa\u002Fmủ), trong đó nhóm sử dụng toàn cây (H) và lá\u002Fcành (L) được sử dụng nhiều nhất chiếm từ 33% đến 36%. Kết quả: Phương pháp điện châm, xoa bóp bấm huyệt kết hợp siêu âm trị liệu có tác dụng cải thiện tốt của các chỉ tiêu như mức độ đau theo thang điểm VAS và tầm vận động cột sống, có ý nghĩa thống kê so với trước điều trị và tốt hơn so với nhóm đối chứng. Kết luận: Phương pháp điện châm, xoa bóp bấm huyệt kết hợp siêu âm trị liệu hiệu quả tốt trong điều trị đau cột sống thắt lưng do thoát vị đĩa đệm.","To evaluate the therapeutic effects and side effects of electro-acupuncture, acupressure combined with ultrasound therapy on patients with low back pain due to lumbar disk herniation. Subjects and method: A prospective, before-after and controlled comparison study was held on 60 patients with low back pain due to disc herniation. The study group (30 patients) was treated with therapeutic ultrasound combined with electro-acupuncture and acupressure in 20 days. The control group (30 patients) was treated with electro-acupuncture and acupressure only, with the same treatment time. Compare results before and after treatment. Results: The method of electro-acupuncture, acupressure combined with ultrasound therapy had a good effect on improving indicators such as pain level according to VAS scale and spinal range of motion, statistically significant compared with before treatment and better than the control group. None of the patients had to stop treatment due to side effects of the method. research was on propagating Eurycoma longifolia Jack. in a garden in Kien Giang. The seeds taken out of the fully ripen fruits dried to 9% moisture, then soaked in warm water (at 540C) for 8 hours, and treated with 1000 ppm GA3 solution for 30 minutes made the highest germination rate (93.3%). The germination peaked after 38 days and finished after 90 days. Potting medium consisted either with 50% pith coco, or 20% pith coco and 1% phosphate, or 20% pith coco and 1% phosphate for outplanting rate ranged from 90.8% - 98.5%. The most suitable time for the propagation were May and August with the germination rate of 73.3% - 80.0%. The seedlings were fertilized with NPK 15-15-15 and TE at 0.2% or DT 501 and TE at 0.2% . The plants growing of 210 to 240 days had the highest post-planting survival rate (95.3 – 96.8%).","Nghiên cứu nhân giống hữu tính bá bệnh (Eurycoma longifolia Jack.) trong vườn ươm tại Kiên Giang cho thấy: quả bá bệnh sau khi chín hoàn toàn, tách lấy hạt làm khô tới ẩm độ hạt 9%. Hạt được ngâm nước ấm 540C trong thời gian 8 tiếng, xử lý bằng dung dịch GA3 1000 ppm trong 30 phút cho tỷ lệ mọc mầm cao nhất đạt 93,3% và thời gian mọc mầm tập trung nhất nhất sau 38 ngày và kết thúc sau 90 ngày. Thành phần ruột bầu gồm 50% đất + 50% mụn dừa (đã xử lý) hoặc 79% đất sạch tầng B + 20% mụn dừa (đã qua xử lý) + 1% phân lân hoặc 79% đất cát + 20% mụn dừa (đã qua xử lý) + 1% phân lân cho tỷ lệ cây xuất vườn giao động từ 90,8 - 98,5%. Thời vụ nhân giống bá bệnh phù hợp nhất là thời vụ tháng 5 và tháng 8 cho tỷ lệ mọc mầm từ 73,3% - 80,0 %. Bổ sung dinh dưỡng cho cây giống trong vườn ươm bằng NPK 15-15-15 +TE nồng độ 0,2% hoặc phân ĐT 501 cùng nồng độ 0,2%.
