Several banks have deployed internet banking in order to reduce cost while improving customer services. Therefore, the growth of internet banking is limited and in many cases fallen short of expectations. The purpose of this paper is to develop an integrated model that combines technology, innovative and environmental factors altogether in order to understand customer’s intention to adopt, and intention to recommend internet banking in social networks.\u003C\u002Fjats:p>\n\u003C\u002Fjats:sec>\n\u003Cjats:sec>\n\u003Cjats:title content-type=\"abstract-subheading\">Design\u002Fmethodology\u002Fapproach\u003C\u002Fjats:title>\n\u003Cjats:p>In all, 398 valid responses were collected from customers of commercial banks, using convenience sampling approach. Data were analyzed using the structural equation modeling.\u003C\u002Fjats:p>\n\u003C\u002Fjats:sec>\n\u003Cjats:sec>\n\u003Cjats:title content-type=\"abstract-subheading\">Findings\u003C\u002Fjats:title>\n\u003Cjats:p>The findings show that integrated model has good explanatory power (78.3 percent) to predict customer’s intention to adopt internet banking. Findings also revealed that the interaction effect of gamification between user’s intention to adopt and user’s intention to recommend internet banking will be stronger when gamification effect is higher. Importance performance matrix analysis (IPMA) revealed that innovativeness and perceived technology security were the most important factors in order to determine user’s intention with regard to adoption of internet banking.\u003C\u002Fjats:p>\n\u003C\u002Fjats:sec>\n\u003Cjats:sec>\n\u003Cjats:title content-type=\"abstract-subheading\">Practical implications\u003C\u002Fjats:title>\n\u003Cjats:p>For policy-makers, it is suggested that they should focus on innovative characteristics and must ensure the possible environment for carrying out internet banking transaction. Advertising about new technology with adequate information may produce positive influence on user’s intention. Mục đích của bài viết này là phát triển mô hình kết hợp cùng lúc các yếu tố công nghệ, đổi mới và môi trường nhằm hiểu ý định của khách hàng trong việc chấp nhận và ý định giới thiệu ngân hàng trực tuyến trên mạng xã hội.\u003C\u002Fjats:p>\n\u003C\u002Fjats:sec>\n\u003Cjats:sec>\n\u003Cjats:title content-type=\"abstract-subheading\">Thiết kế\u002Fphương pháp nghiên cứu\u003C\u002Fjats:title>\n\u003Cjats:p>Total có 398 phản hồi hợp lệ được thu thập từ khách hàng của các ngân hàng thương mại thông qua phương pháp lấy mẫu thuận tiện. Dữ liệu được phân tích bằng mô hình phương trình cấu trúc.\u003C\u002Fjats:p>\n\u003C\u002Fjats:sec>\n\u003Cjats:sec>\n\u003Cjats:title content-type=\"abstract-subheading\">Kết quả nghiên cứu\u003C\u002Fjats:title>\n\u003Cjats:p>Kết quả cho thấy mô hình kết hợp có sức giải thích tốt (78,3 phần trăm) để dự đoán ý định chấp nhận ngân hàng trực tuyến của khách hàng. Các phát hiện cũng tiết lộ rằng hiệu ứng tương tác của gamification giữa ý định chấp nhận của người dùng và ý định giới thiệu ngân hàng trực tuyến sẽ mạnh hơn khi hiệu ứng gamification cao hơn. Phân tích ma trận hiệu suất quan trọng (IPMA) chỉ ra rằng tính sáng tạo và bảo mật công nghệ cảm nhận là các yếu tố quan trọng nhất để xác định ý định của người dùng về việc chấp nhận ngân hàng trực tuyến.\u003C\u002Fjats:p>\n\u003C\u002Fjats:sec>\n\u003Cjats:sec>\n\u003Cjats:title content-type=\"abstract-subheading\">Ứng dụng thực tiễn\u003C\u002Fjats:title>\n\u003Cjats:p>Đối với các nhà hoạch định chính sách, đề xuất rằng họ nên tập trung vào đặc điểm đổi mới và phải đảm bảo môi trường có thể thực hiện các giao dịch ngân hàng trực tuyến. Quảng cáo về công nghệ mới với thông tin đầy đủ có thể tạo ra ảnh hưởng tích cực đến ý định của người dùng.
