The members of the Editorial Board of the JTSE are prestigious scientists and leading scientists from Vietnam and many countries in the world. Những bài báo không đúng quy cách hoặc có nội dung không phù hợp hoặc vi phạm bản quyền sẽ bị từ chối (Ban Thư ký thông báo phản hồi đến tác giả trong vòng 1 tuần). Những bài báo đủ điều kiện, được Ban Thư ký tòa soạn chuyển đến Ban Biên tập có cùng chuyên môn với nội dung bài báo để đề xuất người phản biện. Các phản biện gởi nhận xét cho Ban Thư ký. Thời gian chỉnh sửa và gửi lại kéo dài không quá 2 tuần, từ khi tác giả bài báo nhận được thông tin (Quá trình này có thể lặp lại tối đa 2 lần\u002F1 bài báo). Dữ liệu được thu thập từ hệ thống hồ sơ bệnh án.\nKết quả: Trong 6 tháng, Bệnh viện Dã chiến cấp 2 số 6 đã tiếp nhận 985 bệnh nhân, trong đó nam giới chiếm 80,71%; nhóm tuổi 19-40 chiếm 53,6%; châu Phi là khu vực có bệnh nhân đông nhất (66%). Khám nội khoa chiếm 55,71%, chấn thương 9,44%, bệnh truyền nhiễm 9,55%, trong đó sốt rét chiếm 34 ca. Tỷ lệ khỏi bệnh đạt 85,18%, nhập viện 4,26% và chuyển tuyến 1,22%.\nKết luận: Bệnh viện dã chiến cấp 2 số 6 đã tiếp nhận và điều trị hiệu quả bệnh nhân trong 6 tháng đầu nhiệm kỳ, với tỷ lệ khỏi bệnh cao.","ABSTRACT\nObjective: To describe the patient admission and treatment outcomes during the first six months of operation at Level 2 Field Hospital No. 6.\nMethods: A cross-sectional descriptive study was conducted on all patients who visited, received emergency care, or were treated at Level 2 Field Hospital No. 6 from September 28, 2024, to March 5, 2025. Data were collected from the hospital’s medical record system.\nResults: Over six months, Level 2 Field Hospital No. 6 admitted 985 patients, with males accounting for 80.71%. The 19-40 age group made up 53.6%, and African patients constituted the largest proportion (66%). Internal medicine consultations accounted for 55.71%, trauma cases 9.44%, and infectious diseases 9.55%, including 34 cases of malaria. Tỷ lệ trẻ chậm tăng trưởng sau sinh tạithời điểm xuất viện là 65,61%. Biến chứng thường gặp nhất là viêm ruột hoại tử (5,8%), chỉ có 1 trẻtử vong khi ra viện (0,5%).Kết luận: Nuôi dưỡng trẻ đẻ non bằng đường tiêu hóa an toàn, hiệu quả, ít biến chứng và giúp trẻsớm trở lại cân nặng lúc sinh. Cần thêm các nghiên cứu phân tích các yếu tố ảnh hưởng tới kết quảnuôi dưỡng trẻ. ","Objective: To evaluate the results of early care and feeding methods for preterm infants at theNeonatal care & treatment Center in the National Hospital of Obstetrics and Gynecology in 2021.Methods: A prospective descriptive cohort study of 189 infants with gestational age from 25 weeksto 32 weeks receiving postpartum care at the Neonatal care & treatment Center in the NationalHospital of Obstetrics and Gynecology from 1\u002F11 2020- 30\u002F6\u002F2021.Results:189 infants received digestible feeding for 1.1 ± 0.3 days and took 16.8 ± 4.8 days to regainbirth weight. The growth velocity of the preterm infants was 14,7 ± 5,9 g\u002Fkg\u002Fday. 124\u002F189 infants hadPGF (65,61%). The rate necrotizing enterocolitis was 5.8%, only 1 infant died on discharge (0.5%).Conclusion: Feeding premature babies by enteral nutrition is safe, effective, with few complicationsand helps babies to regain to birth weight early. Tỷ lệ phần trăm trung bình điểm NOSE (Nasal Obstruction Symptom Evaluation) trước phẫu thuật 85,6, sau phẫu thuật 1 tháng 29,7 và sau 3 tháng là 13,8; điểm VAS (Visual analogue scale) trước phẫu thuật là 81,6, sau phẫu thuật 1 tháng 42,2 và sau 3 tháng là 20,2. Sự thay đổi của 2 thang điểm có ý nghĩa thống kê với p<0,001.\r\nKết luận: Phẫu thuật nội soi chỉnh hình cuốn dưới vẫn là phẫu thuật cơ bản giúp cải thiện triệu chứng ngạt mũi do nguyên nhân quá phát cuốn mũi dưới. ","Objectives: To evaluate results of endoscopic inferior turbinoplasty for chronic rhinosinusitis patients with hypertrophy of inferior turbinates.\r\nMaterials and methods: A prospective and case-by-case descriptive study with intervention on 39 patients who underwent endoscopic inferior turbinoplasty at 103 Military Hospital from November 2022 until January 2024.\r\nResults: Females accounted for 66.7% and males for 33.3%; Age average was 39.3 ± 6.4; All of patients had nasal congestion; Hypertrophy of inferior turbinates on both sides of the nose was mainly at level II, then at level III; Inferior turbinoplasty on both sides of the nose was 79.5%, and on one side was 20.5%. Mức độ trầm cảm chủ yếu là vừa và nặng (35,7% và 50%). Các triệu chứng chính gồm khí sắc trầm, giảm năng lượng, giảm quan tâm thích thú đều chiếm trên 85% và không có sự khác biệt giữa 2 giới (p>0,05). ","Objective: Describe the clinical characteristics of depressive disorders in adolescents and some related factors at the Vietnam National Children’s Hospital.\r\nSubject and research methods: 42 adolescents diagnosed with depressive episodes according to ICD-10 criteria came for examination and inpatient treatment at the Department of Adolescent Medicine, Vietnam National Children’s Hospital since February 2020 to September 2023.\r\nResults: The early adolescent group accounted for the majority (57.1%). Females are more common than males and the female\u002Fmale ratio is 2.2\u002F1. The majority of patients have an introverted personality (61.9%). Most patients have psychological trauma (71.4%), mainly in the school environment and family environment. Các răng D1 và D2 được chia thành 3 nhóm, mỗi nhóm 15 răng được tái khoáng bằng các loại kem chải răng khác nhau (Colgate Pevident 5000ppm fluor, kem HMU 5000ppm fluor và kem Colgate chứa 1450ppm fluor) trong 30 chu kỳ. ","Objective: This study aimed to evaluate the remineralization outcomes of a toothpaste containing 5000 ppm fluoride by assessing the changes in enamel surface using a surface profilometer. \r\nSubjects and Methods: The experimental study was conducted on 90 permanent premolars that were extracted for orthodontic reasons. The teeth were randomly divided into two groups. Group 1 was demineralized until it reached the Diagnodent D1 score, while Group 2 was demineralized until it reached the Diagnodent D2 score. The D1 and D2 teeth were further divided into three subgroups, with each subgroup consisting of 15 teeth. These subgroups underwent remineralization using different types of toothpaste (Colgate Pevident 5000 ppm fluoride, HMU 5000 ppm fluoride, and Colgate toothpaste containing 1450 ppm fluoride) for 30 cycles. The teeth were measured for Sa score and Diagnodent Laser score at various time points: before demineralization, after demineralization, and after remineralization. \r\nResults: The results showed a difference in surface smoothness between the D1 and D2 lesion groups. The remineralization efficacy of the same toothpaste on D1 and D2 lesions was different: the enamel surface of D1 lesions achieved higher smoothness after remineralization with the same toothpaste compared to D2 lesions. The remineralization efficacy among different kinds of toothpaste also varied: Colgate Pevident 5000 ppm fluoride toothpaste showed the highest remineralization efficacy (resulting in the highest surface smoothness restoration). In comparison, HMU 5000 ppm fluoride toothpaste and Colgate Total 1450 ppm fluoride toothpaste showed lower efficacy with no significant difference. \r\nConclusion: The toothpaste containing 5000 ppm fluoride has a good remineralization effect in the experimental study. This study aims to describe the service quality of the inpatient care in the studied hospital.\r\nMethods: We employed a cross-sectional design (mixed-methods approach using quantitative and qualitative surveys) in the three clinical faculties of Chau Thanh District Health Center in 2023. The quantitative survey was done using a self-administered interview with 300 inpatients. A qualitative survey was conducted with 26 informants, comprising two in-depth interviews and four focus group discussions with health providers and inpatients.\r\nFindings: Quality service is assessed at a reasonable level, with an average score of 4.03 points, and a rate of good or better evaluations of 73.8%. All five dimensions have an average service quality of over 3.96 points. The two dimensions with the lowest points were empathy (3.97 points with 76% rating as good or better) and tangible means (3.96 points with 76% rating as good or better). The remaining three dimensions were rated higher, specifically responsiveness (4.09 points, with 78.7% rating as good or better), assurance (4.08 points, with 76% rating as good or better), and reliability (4.06 points, with 79% rating as good or better).\r\nConclusion: The quality is good, as assessed by the patient. Results: Children over one year old accounted for the majority (76%). Thereare 46 cases of successful cessation, accounting for 92%. Treating supraventricular tachycardia ismainly used with drugs (accounting for 90), in which adenosine is primarily used (96%). There were76.6% cases of successful cessation with adenosine and the highest rate of successful termination ofthe second dose, accounting for 57.7%. ","Mục tiêu: Đánh giá kết quả xử trí cấp cứu cơn nhịp nhanh trên thất ở trẻ em theo phác đồ APLS 2021tại khoa Cấp cứu - Bệnh viện Nhi Trung ương.Đối tượng và phương pháp nghiên cứu: Những bệnh nhân được chẩn đoán rối loạn nhịp nhanh trênthất khi nhập khoa Cấp cứu – chống độc Bệnh viện Nhi Trung ương.Kết quả: Nhóm trên 1 tuổi chiếm đa số (76%). Có 46 trường hợp cắt cơn thành công, chiếm 92%.Xử trí cắt cơn chủ yếu bằng thuốc (chiếm 90), trong đó chủ yếu là sử dụng adenosine (96%). Có76,6% trường hợp cắt cơn thành công bằng adenosine và tỉ lệ cắt cơn thành công liều thứ 2 cao nhất,chiếm 57,7%. Tỉ lệ cắt cơn thành công ở nhóm trẻ dưới 1 tuổi và trên 1 tuổi không có sự khác biệtcó ý nghĩa thống kê (p>0,05). A structured questionnaire was used to assess overall treatment adherence, defined as adherence to all four components: diet, physical activity, medication use, and blood glucose monitoring with follow-up visits. Data were analyzed using SPSS software, employing descriptive statistics (percentages) and Chi-square tests, with a significance level set at p < 0.05.\r\nResults and conclusions: The study revealed that only 33.3% of patients with type 2 diabetes adhered fully to all four components of the treatment regimen.
