Since the discovery of RNA silencing more two decades ago, this powerful technology has demonstrated its applicability in developing RNAi-based drugs for various diseases in human. RNA silencing is also of interest in basic and applied studies in agriculture, especially in plant protection to create crop varieties that are resistant to biotic and abiotic stresses. This review provides an overview of RNA silencing studies in filamentous fungi, the molecular mechanisms of RNA silencing in fungi, and also describes potential applications in plant protection potentially important for the agricultural industry and for global food security.","Câm lặng gen vốn có rất nhiều thuật ngữ khác nhau nhưng cùng một cơ chế phân tử như RNAi, co-suppression, câm gen sau phiên mã (PTGS – Post transcriptional Gene Silencing), quelling, đã trở nên phổ biến trong các nghiên cứu về vai trò bản chất bên trong và các ứng dụng của nó trên nhiều đối tượng hoặc các nghiên cứu về chức năng của các gen ở mức độ bộ gen. Kể từ khi phát hiện câm lặng gen cách đây hơn hai thập kỷ, kỹ thuật này đã được chứng minh khả năng ứng dụng trong việc phát triển thuốc trong điều trị gen nhằm chữa trị nhiều bệnh trên người. Khuynh hướng này cũng nhận được sự quan tâm và chú ý trong các nghiên cứu cơ bản và ứng dụng trong lĩnh vực nông nghiệp, đặc biệt là trong bảo vệ cây trồng nhằm tạo ra các giống cây trồng có khả năng chống chịu sự tấn công của các tác nhân gây bệnh hoặc chống chịu với các yếu tố bất lợi của môi trường. Bài tổng quan này không chỉ đưa ra cái nhìn tổng quát về các nghiên cứu câm lặng gen trên hệ nấm sợi hiện nay, các cơ chế phân tử của câm lặng gen trên nấm mà còn chỉ ra những khuynh hướng, triển vọng shirmp in the model of ecological mangrove – shirmp farm in mangroves forest according to their composition and densities by seasonal changes. Twenty – four samples of free living nematodes were collected in 8 ecological shrimp ponds (three replicate per pond) in 4 hamlets of Tam Giang commune, Nam Can district, Ca Mau province. Three sampling campaigns were carried out during dry, transitional and rainy seasons in year 2015. In total of 111 nematode genera, 32 families, 10 orders belong to 2 classes of free living nematodes were identified in these mangrove shrimp ponds. Nematode genera richness were quite high, and significant different among three sampling times while their density in the rainy season was considerably higher than such of the dry season. Some genera Pseudolella, Dichronema, Gomphionema, Ponponema, Halalaimus, Sphaerotheristus, Eumorpholaimus, Euleutherolaimus, Parodontophora, Ptycholaimellus, and Sabatieria were typical in these mangrove areas. Especially, two genera Daptonema and Terschellingia develop dominantly in 3 sampling campaigns. Additionally, a significant number of nematode genera were found in all sampling times whereas some other genera only represent in one season. Desities of nematode communities were recognised rather high. Average densities and standard deviation in each mangrove shrimp ponds ranged from 222 ± 122 (individual \u002F 10 cm2) to 7255 ± 5454 (individual \u002F 10 cm2). These characteristic of free living nematode communities in the ecological model of mangrove - shirmp ponds might provide suitable natural food source for shirmps and enrich the benthic research  aimed  at  bovine  embryo  production,  using  cryopreserved  mature  bovine  oocytes  by vitrification,  and  cryopreserved  sperms.  The  cumulus-oocyte  complexes  (COCs)  were  obtained  from  cow ovaries  by  aspiration.  COCs  with  three  or  more  layers  of  cumulus  cells  and  homogeneous  cjftoplasm  were selected  to  be  cultured  in  Ci  medium  (TCM-199,  10% FBS,  10 ng  EGF,  0.2  mM  Na  pyruvate,  50  (ig\u002Fml gentamicin)  under  the  condition  at  38.5°C  with  humidified  atmosphere  of  5%  CO2 in  au.  After  22  -  24 h incubation,  matured  oocytes   were  cryopreserved  by  vitrification  method  in  sfraws  in two  steps:  (i)  oocytes were first equilibrated in the VS,  solution (TCM-199 +  10% FBS +  10% DMSO +  10% EG) for 45 seconds; (ii) The oocytes were then fransfenred in the VS2 solution (TCM-199 + 10% FBS -I- 20% DMSO + 20% EG + 1 M sucrose) for 25 seconds. Each sfraws  were loaded with five to seven oocytes. Sfraws were plunged directly into hquid nifrogen  within 25 - 40 seconds at the begirming  of the exposure to  second  step. After  storage in hquid nitrogen, thrawing  was performed  by  exposing  the  sfraw  to air for  5 seconds, and plunged  into warm water  (37°C) for  10 seconds, and then fransfered were  oocytes  into  clean  dish  (35); Oocytes were directly expelled into RD, medium (TCM-199  -1- 10% FBS  -1- 0.25 M sucrose)  1.5 minutes, RD2 medium (TCM-199 -1-10% FBS + 0.15  M sucrose)  1.5  minutes and RD3 (TCM-199 +  10% FBS) medium  5 minutes; This  oocytes were franferred to  Cj  medium  and holding   for  3 minutes.
