The members of the Editorial Board of the JTSE are prestigious scientists and leading scientists from Vietnam and many countries in the world. Những bài báo không đúng quy cách hoặc có nội dung không phù hợp hoặc vi phạm bản quyền sẽ bị từ chối (Ban Thư ký thông báo phản hồi đến tác giả trong vòng 1 tuần). Những bài báo đủ điều kiện, được Ban Thư ký tòa soạn chuyển đến Ban Biên tập có cùng chuyên môn với nội dung bài báo để đề xuất người phản biện. Các phản biện gởi nhận xét cho Ban Thư ký. Thời gian chỉnh sửa và gửi lại kéo dài không quá 2 tuần, từ khi tác giả bài báo nhận được thông tin (Quá trình này có thể lặp lại tối đa 2 lần\u002F1 bài báo). In this paper, we present a novel protein-protein interaction global network alignment algorithm, which is enhanced with an extended large neighborhood search heuristics. Evaluated on benchmark datasets of yeast, fly, human and worm, the proposed algorithm outperforms state-of-the-art. In this study, a new design of thermal cycler is proposed to improve the ease of manipulation as well as production process while maintaining the required accuracy of temperature handling. Specifically, a semiconductor component called Peltier is utilized as the main heat generation source in this work, which offers an operation range of 15-80°C. As Peltier has already been mass produced in the market and gained its popularity by appearing in many home appliances, the production cost and time could be minimized. Additionally, by applying the PID control algorithm, the accuracy of the proposed system could be maintained (maximum variation within 1°C in case of Isothermal Amplification and 2°C in case of Temperature Cycling Amplification) as compared with other thermal cyclers with sophisticated heating technology. Machine Reading Comprehension (MRC) is an NLP task with real-world applications that require machines to determine the correct answers to questions based on a given document. MRC systems must not only answer questions when possible but also determine when no answer is supported by the document and abstain from answering. In this paper, we present the description of our system to solve this task at the VLSP shared task 2021: Vietnamese Machine Reading Comprehension with UIT-ViQuAD 2.0. We propose a model to solve that task, called MRC4MRC. The model is a combination of two MRC components. Our MRC4MRC based on the XLM-RoBERTa pre-trained language model is 79.13% of F1-score (F1) and 69.72% of EM (Exact Match) on the public-test set. In model-based phylogenomics, the partition scheme has a significant impact on inference performance, both in terms of log-likelihoods and computation time. Therefore, finding an optimal partition scheme, or partitioning, is critical in a phylogenomic inference pipeline. To accomplish this, one needs to divide the alignment sites into disjoint partitions so that the sites of similar evolutionary models are in the same partition. Computational partitioning is a recent approach of increasing interest due to its capability of modeling the site-rate heterogeneity within a single gene. State-of-the-art computational partitioning methods, such as mPartition or RatePartition, are, however, ineffective on long alignments of millions of sites. In this paper, we introduce gPartition, a new computational partitioning method leveraging both the site rate and the best-fit substitution model. We conducted experiments on recently published alignments to compare gPartition with mPartition and RatePartition. gPartition was orders of magnitude faster than other methods. The AIC score demonstrated that gPartition produced partition schemes that were better or comparable to mPartition. gPartition outperformed RatePartition on all examined alignments. study presents our approach on the automatic Vietnamese image captioning for healthcare domain in text processing tasks of Vietnamese Language and Speech Processing (VLSP) Challenge 2021, as shown in Figure~\\ref{fig:example}. In recent years, image captioning often employs a convolutional neural network-based architecture as an encoder and a long short-term memory (LSTM) as a decoder to generate sentences. These models perform  remarkably well in different datasets. Our proposed model also has an encoder and a decoder, but we instead use a Swin Transformer in the encoder, and a LSTM combined with an attention module in the decoder. The study presents our training experiments and techniques used during the competition. Our model achieves a BLEU4 score of 0.293 on the vietCap4H dataset, and the score is ranked the 3$^{rd}$ place on the private leaderboard.
