Những bài báo không đúng quy cách hoặc có nội dung không phù hợp hoặc vi phạm bản quyền sẽ bị từ chối (Ban Thư ký thông báo phản hồi đến tác giả trong vòng 1 tuần). Những bài báo đủ điều kiện, được Ban Thư ký tòa soạn chuyển đến Ban Biên tập có cùng chuyên môn với nội dung bài báo để đề xuất người phản biện. Thời gian chỉnh sửa và gửi lại kéo dài không quá 2 tuần, từ khi tác giả bài báo nhận được thông tin (Quá trình này có thể lặp lại tối đa 2 lần\u002F1 bài báo). Ban Thư ký tổng hợp các bản thảo đã được tác giả hoàn thiện sau thẩm định trình Ban Biên tập xem xét, Tổng Biên tập phê duyệt, quyết định bài đăng theo các tiêu chí: sự phù hợp nội dung với tôn chỉ và mục đích, thể loại bài viết (ưu tiên các bài có bài có nghiên cứu chuyên sâu, hàm lượng khoa học cao), đóng góp mới bài báo, bài báo được ưu tiên đăng trong số gần nhất của Tạp chí theo thứ tự: tính thời sự, chất lượng bài báo và thời gian gửi bài.\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>\u003Cbr>\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>\u003Cspan style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">2. Early diagnosis and appropriate treatment to minimize the negative effects of the disease and drug side effects on the patient. Objective: To describe the clinical symptoms and evaluation of the results of levodopa combined with pramipexole in the treatment of Parkinson's disease. Material and method: 61 individuals with Parkinson’s disease admitted to Can Tho Central General Hospital from March 2021 to May 2022 investigate motor symptoms, non-motor symptoms, UPDRS scores, and PDQ-39 scores at untreated and after levodopa combined pramipexole therapy. Results: The mean age of disease was 65±5.15. Common motor symptoms were dyskinesia (96.72%), muscle stiffness, cogwheel (96.72%), and tremor (95.08%). Common non-motor symptoms were pain, sensory disturbance (93.44%), and autonomic dysfunction (93.44%). Combination therapy of levodopa and pramipexole resulted in statistically significant improvements in the UPDRS part I, II, and III scores and PDQ-39 scores (p<0.05). Conclusion: Treatment with levodopa combined with pramipexole improves clinical symptoms and quality of life in Parkinson's patients, through an improvement in the UPDRS score and PDQ-39 score.","Đặt vấn đề: Bệnh Parkinson được biết đến với các nhóm triệu chứng về rối loạn vận động và ngoài vận động gây tàn phế và ảnh hưởng tiêu cực lên chất lượng sống của bệnh nhân. Mục tiêu nghiên cứu: Mô tả các triệu chứng lâm sàng và đánh giá kết quả điều trị của levodopa kết hợp pramipexole trên bệnh nhân Parkinson. Liệu pháp phối hợp levodopa và pramipexole giúp cải thiện điểm UPDRS phần I, II và III và điểm PDQ-39 có ý nghĩa thống kê (p<0,05). Là loài nấm giàu các hoạt chất có hoạt tính sinh học như flavonoid, polyphenol, saponin. Tuy nhiên, hiện nay vẫn chưa có nhiều nghiên cứu về dược lý của loại nấm này. Mục tiêu nghiên cứu: Nghiên cứu tác dụng bảo vệ gan của cao chiết quả thể nấm Vân chi đỏ (Pycnoporus sanguineus) với mô hình gây tổn thương gan bằng carbon tetrachlorid. Đối tượng và phương pháp nghiên cứu: Cao chiết nấm Vân chi đỏ (Pycnoporus sanguineus MH225776). Khảo sát tác dụng dược lý bảo vệ gan trên mô hình gây tổn thương gan chuột bằng CCl4. Using and combining analgesics in treatment is becoming increasingly popular. Along with the benefits gained from the analgesic combination methods, there are also risks related to cardiovascular complications as well as peptic ulcers. Objectives: (1) Study the characteristics of analgesic usage in outpatients without health insurance; (2) Determine the ratio of irrational analgesic uses, according to the guidance of the Health Department. Materials and method: A cross-sectional descriptive study was conducted among 400 subjects receiving analgesic drugs who were admitted to the outpatient department without joining the National Health Insurance during a six-month period from October 2022 to March 2023. Results: The rates of using non-opioid and opioid medication were 100 % and 20.5% respectively. Celecoxib has the highest rate of use in the group of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs with a rate of 47.5%. In the group of opioid medications, Tramadol was used mainly at a rate of 20%. In adjuvants, Gabapentin has the highest percentage, which is 14%. The most common type of drug combination was non-opioid analgesia ± Adjuvants (79.5%) follow the World Health Organization 2 pain ladder. According to regulations of the Ministry of Health, the rate of unreasonable prescription of analgesic drugs was 22.25%, with inappropriate indications at the highest rate of 19.5%. Conclusion: Many drugs from different classes of pain relievers were used, and the rate of prescription analgesics being misused was 22.25%. It is necessary to add enough medical diagnoses before giving the drug indications and to comply with the treatment guidelines of the Ministry of Health. ","Đặt vấn đề: Việc sử dụng và phối hợp thuốc giảm đau trong điều trị ngày càng trở nên phổ biến. Bên cạnh những lợi ích mang lại từ việc phối hợp đó cũng đi kèm với các nguy cơ về các biến chứng trên tim mạch và đường tiêu hóa nếu việc sử dụng thuốc là không hợp lý. Mục tiêu nghiên cứu: (1) Nghiên cứu đặc điểm sử dụng thuốc giảm đau ở bệnh nhân điều trị ngoại trú không tham gia Bảo hiểm Y tế; (2) Xác định tỷ lệ sử dụng thuốc giảm đau không hợp lý theo quy định của Bộ Y tế. Background: Mechanical ventilation weaning failure is a serious problem in patients treated at Intensive care units yet there has been no previous study reporting an overview of this subject. Results: 39.8% patients failed to wean, risk for weaning failure increased in patients with elevated pCO2 (OR = 6.75; p = 0.001) and decreased HCO3- level (OR = 3,896; p = 0,031). Erectile dysfunction is one of the most common sexual dysfunctions in men. Erectile dysfunction may affect psychosocial health and have a significant impact on the quality of life of patients and their partners. Tadalafil is the first line of treatment for Erectile dysfunction because it is highly efficacious, well tolerated, and has favorable safety profiles. The recommended on-demand starting dose is 10 mg and should be adapted according to the patient’s response. However, the dose of the drug in each patient group has not been studied. Objectives: evaluating the results of treatment of erectile dysfunction by Tadalafil at Can Tho Central General Hospital and Can Tho University of Medicine and Pharmacy Hospital. Materials and methods: A prospective cross-sectional study was conducted on 62 patients with erectile dysfunction diagnosed and treated with Tadalafil 10 mg on demand if there is no improvement after 3 times of taking the drug we increase the dose to 20mg. Results: 62 men patients were conducted in the study, in which the average age was 44.67 ± 12.16 years old. The level of improvement in erectile function at the 20mg dose was better than the 10mg dose (p=0.07) and in the group of patients with severe erectile dysfunction, the 20mg dose was better than the 10mg dose (p=0.001). Good treatment results accounted for 69.4%; 16.1% on average; no improvement accounted for 14.5%. Conclusion: Tadalafil is an effective treatment for most groups of patients with mild to severe Erectile dysfunction. Group of mild erectile dysfunction, the dose of Tadalafil 10mg is optimal, group of moderate and severe erectile dysfunction, the dose of Tadalafil 20mg is optimal.","Đặt vấn đề: Rối loạn cương dương là một trong những rối loạn hoạt động tình dục phổ biến ở nam giới. Rối loạn cương có thể ảnh hưởng đến sức khỏe tâm lý và có tác động đáng kể đến chất lượng cuộc sống của bệnh nhân và bạn tình của họ. Tadalafil là lựa chọn đầu tay trong điều trị rối loạn cương dương vì tính hiệu quả, dễ dung nạp, an toàn và dễ sử dụng. Liều khởi đầu sử dụng thuốc 10mg trước quan hệ và sau đó điều chỉnh theo đáp ứng của bệnh nhân nhưng liều dùng tối ưu từng nhóm bệnh rối loạn cương dương chưa được nghiên cứu. Mục tiêu nghiên cứu: Đánh giá kết quả điều trị Tadalafil trên bệnh nhân rối loạn cương tại bệnh viện Đa khoa Trung Ương Cần Thơ và Bệnh viện Trường Đại học Y Dược Cần Thơ năm 2022-2023. Đối tượng và phương pháp nghiên cứu: Nghiên cứu cắt ngang tiến cứu trên 62 bệnh nhân đến khám vì rối loạn cương dương và được điều trị bằng Tadalafil liều khởi đầu 10mg trước quan hệ. Sau 3 lần dùng thuốc nếu không cải thiện chúng tôi tăng liều lên 20mg. Kết quả: Có 62 bệnh nhân nam được đưa vào nghiên cứu, trong đó độ tuổi trung bình 44.67 ± 12.16 tuổi. Mức độ cải thiện chức năng cương ở liều 20mg tốt hơn liều 10mg (p=0.07) và ở nhóm bệnh nhân rối loạn cương dương nặng liều 20mg tác dụng tốt hơn liều 10mg (p=0.001). Kết quả điều trị tốt chiếm 69.4%; trung bình chiếm 16.1%; không cải thiện chiếm 14.5%. Kết luận: Tadalafil là thuốc điều trị có hiệu quả trên hầu hết các nhóm bệnh nhân rối loạn cương từ nhẹ đến nặng. Psoriasis is a common chronic inflammatory skin disease with diverse clinical manifestations and abnormal proliferation and differentiation of epidermal cells, affecting 2–3% of the world's population. Plaque psoriasis is the most prevalent form of psoriasis, and its severity varies among individuals. Each stage of the disease causes a different effect on the health and psychological life of the patients. Objectives: To describe clinical features and evalute life quality of patients having plaque psoriasis. Materials and methods: A descriptive cross-sectional study of 50 patients having plaque psoriasis at Can Tho hospital of dermoto-venereology and FOB International Cosmetic Dermatology Institute from 8\u002F2022 - 4\u002F2023. Results: The main symptom is itching (92%), and 8% of patients have no symptoms. The most common lesion area is on the head, accounting for 64%. The distribution of plaque psoriasis lesions is mostly symmetrical (86%). The number of patients with mild psoriasis according to the PASI scale accounted for the highest percentage (72%). The mean PASI was 5.44 ± 4.1. Patients with moderate impact on quality of life accounted for the highest proportion (48%). The average DLQI score is 6.5 ± 3.29. The average VAS score is 5.24 ± 3.05. Conclusion: The most common symptom of plaque psoriasis is pruritus; the distribution of lesions is mostly symmetrical. The majority of psoriasis patients are affected by quality of life. ","Đặt vấn đề: Vảy nến là bệnh viêm da mạn tính thường gặp có biểu hiện lâm sàng đa dạng, tăng sinh và biệt hóa bất thường tế bào thượng bì, ảnh hưởng đến 2-3% dân số thế giới. Thể lâm sàng vảy nến mảng là chiếm ưu thế nhất với triệu chứng ngứa ít hoặc nhiều tùy từng người, từng giai đoạn bệnh ảnh hưởng lên sức khỏe và đời sống tâm lý của bệnh nhân, gây tăng cảm giác kích động, ngại ngùng và cảm giác bị kì thị, góp phần vào rối loạn liên quan đến lo lắng, trầm cảm. Mục tiêu nghiên cứu: Mô tả đặc điểm lâm sàng và đánh giá chất lượng cuộc sống của bệnh nhân vảy nến mảng tại bệnh viện Da Liễu Cần Thơ và viện nghiên cứu da thẩm mỹ quốc tế FOB. PASI trung bình là 5,44 ± 4,1. Bệnh nhân ảnh hưởng vừa đến chất lượng cuộc sống chiếm tỷ lệ cao nhất (48%). Điểm Dermatology life quality index (DLQI) trung bình là 6,5 ± 3,29. Computerized tomography imaging of the coronary arteries is the good method of diagnosing coronary stenosis and today it is popular. Objectives: To characterize the computed tomography images of 128 coronary arteries in patients with suspected chronic ischemic heart disease at Can Tho S.I.S Hospital and assessing the association between coronary artery damage and a number of risk factors and pathology being available. Materials and methods: A cross-sectional study was performed in 102 patients with suspected chronic ischemic heart diseases and computerized tomography images for 128 coronary artery series at Can Tho S.I.S Hospital from June 1, 2020 to December 31, 2020. Results: The rate of coronary stenosis was 83.3% and 16.7% was the normal rate. Anterior ventricular branch (LAD) had the highest stenosis rate of 80.7%. The hypertensive group simple coronary stenosis 86.7% and multidisciplinary stenosis (stenosis 2, 3 branches) was 80.8%. The hypertensive group had the rate of coronary stenosis 86.5% higher than the group without hypertension p=0,024. The rate of diabetes patients with the rate of multidisciplinary coronary stenosis were both higher than the group of non-diabetic patients with  p<0.005. The group of diseases combined hypertension and diabetes with coronary stenosis had a higher rate than the group of patients with hypertension or diabetes (p=0.032). Conclusion: Characterization of computerized tomography images of the coronary arteries is the good method of diagnosing coronary stenosis in patients with suspected chronic ischemic heart disease. Mục tiêu: Mô tả đặc điểm hình ảnh cắt lớp vi tính 128 dãy động mạch vành ở ở bệnh nhân nghi ngờ bệnh tim thiếu máu cục bộ mạn tại Bệnh viện Đột quỵ Tim mạch Cần Thơ và đánh giá mối liên quan giữa tổn thương động mạch vành với một số yếu tố nguy cơ và bệnh lý sẵn có. Đối tượng và phương pháp nghiên cứu: Nghiên cứu mô tả cắt ngang trên 102 bệnh nhân nghi ngờ bệnh tim thiếu máu cục bộ mạn tính nhập Bệnh viện Đột quỵ Tim mạch Cần Thơ đã được chụp cắt lớp vi tính 128 dãy động mạch vành từ 01\u002F06\u002F2020 đến 31\u002F12\u002F2020. Kết quả: Tỷ lệ hẹp mạch vành 83,3%, không hẹp 16,7%. Nhánh liên thất trước (LAD) có tỷ lệ hẹp cao nhất 80,7%. Nhóm bệnh tăng huyết áp có tỷ lệ hẹp mạch vành cao hơn nhóm bệnh không tăng huyết áp (p=0,024). Nhóm bệnh nhân đái tháo đường có tỷ lệ hẹp ba nhánh đều cao hơn nhóm bệnh nhân không mắc đái tháo đường (p<0,0005). Nhóm bệnh nhân kết hợp tăng huyết áp và đái tháo đường có tỷ lệ hẹp mạch vành cao hơn so với nhóm bệnh không mắc đồng thời hai bệnh lý trên với p=0,032.
