Những bài báo không đúng quy cách hoặc có nội dung không phù hợp hoặc vi phạm bản quyền sẽ bị từ chối (Ban Thư ký thông báo phản hồi đến tác giả trong vòng 1 tuần). Những bài báo đủ điều kiện, được Ban Thư ký tòa soạn chuyển đến Ban Biên tập có cùng chuyên môn với nội dung bài báo để đề xuất người phản biện. Các phản biện gởi nhận xét cho Ban Thư ký. Nếu ý kiến đồng ý đăng và cần chỉnh sửa, Ban Thư ký sẽ thông tin đến tác giả chỉnh sửa theo yêu cầu của người phản biện. Thời gian chỉnh sửa và gửi lại kéo dài không quá 2 tuần, từ khi tác giả bài báo nhận được thông tin (Quá trình này có thể lặp lại tối đa 2 lần\u002F1 bài báo). Khi có sự thống nhất, đồng ý của người phản biện; bài báo được tiếp tục đăng theo qui trình.\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>\u003Cbr>\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>\u003Cspan style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">3. Ban Thư ký tổng hợp các bản thảo đã được tác giả hoàn thiện sau thẩm định trình Ban Biên tập xem xét, Tổng Biên tập phê duyệt, quyết định bài đăng theo các tiêu chí: sự phù hợp nội dung với tôn chỉ và mục đích, thể loại bài viết (ưu tiên các bài có bài có nghiên cứu chuyên sâu, hàm lượng khoa học cao), đóng góp mới bài báo, bài báo được ưu tiên đăng trong số gần nhất của Tạp chí theo thứ tự: tính thời sự, chất lượng bài báo và thời gian gửi bài.\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>\u003Cbr>\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>\u003Cspan style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">2. cấy máu phân lập được căn nguyên vi khuẩn trong vòng 48 giờ đầu sau khi nhập viện.\r\nKết quả: Có 39,8% bệnh nhân chưa được phát hiện đái tháo đường trước đó. 74,1% bệnh nhân có glucose máu lúc nhập viện ≥ 10mmol\u002FL và 84,2% có chỉ số HbA1c ≥ 7%. 93% bệnh nhân có sốt lúc nhập viện. Nhiễm khuẩn hô hấp chiếm tỷ lệ cao nhất trong số các cơ quan bị nhiễm khuẩn (31,3%). Tỷ lệ sốc nhiễm khuẩn chiếm 17,1 %, tỷ lệ tử vong là 9,1%.","Objective: To describe the clinical, paraclinical and etiology of blood stream infection in diabetic patients treated at National Hospital for Tropical Diseases. Methods: A cross-sectional study on 176 diabetic patients with bloodstream infection diagnosed by positive blood culture, isolated bacteria in the first 48h of hospital admission.\r\nResults: Of them, 39.8% had never been diagnosed with diabetes before. 74.1% of patients had blood glucose at admission ≥ 10mmol\u002FL and 84.2% had HbA1c index ≥ 7%. 93% of patients had the fever, respiratory infection accounted for the highest percentage of all infected organs (31.3%). Antibiotic resistance of bacteria is a treatment obstacle. neoformans is a common central nervous system infection found in immunocompromised individuals. The disease often progresses for a long time, difficult to diagnose and has a high mortality rate. In Vietnam, there are a few studies on Cryptococcal meningitis in HIV-uninfected patients.\r\nObjective: This study determines treatment outcomes in patients with Cryptococcal meningitis in non-HIV-infected patients at National Hospital for Tropical Diseases and Center for Tropical Diseases - Bach Mai Hospital.\r\nSubject and methods: Prospective cross-sectional description combined with retrospective. 45 patients were diagnosed with meningitis caused by Cryptococcus neoformans not infected with HIV from 1\u002F2016 - 6\u002F2020.\r\nResults and conclusions: 45 patients eligible for Tỷ lệ đạt được về kiến thức và thực hành là trên 90%, trong đó phân loại kiến thức là: 3,3% xuất sắc; 33,4% tốt; 23,3% trung bình; 36,7% trung bình và 3,3% kém; phân loại thực hành là: 8,7% xuất sắc; 37,4% tốt; 40% trung bình; 5,2% kém.Kết luận: Không có điều dưỡng, nữ hộ sinh nào đạt điểm tối đa về kiến thức và thực hành. Kiến thức: 96,7% điều dưỡng, nữ hộ sinh đạt kiến thức về lý thuyết chung về phòng ngừa nhiễm trùng vết mổ; tỷ lệ trượt 3,3%, trong đó: 73,3% trả lời đúng về nội dung các biện pháp phòng ngừa nhiễm trùng vết mổ; 64,7% trả lời đúng về chăm sóc trước phẫu thuật; 55,8% trả lời đúng về nội dung chăm sóc hậu phẫu. Tất cả bệnh nhân đều được điều trị hóa chất trong năm 2024 tại Bệnh viện K. Các đặc điểm bệnh nhân, tỷ lệ tái hoạt động HBV (rHBV) và các yếu tố nguy cơ tiềm tàng liên quan đến HBV được phân tích.Kết quả: Tuổi trung bình của bệnh nhân là 50 tuổi (dao động từ 34 - 70). Tất cả bệnh nhân đều được dự phòng kháng vi rút, bao gồm entecavir (96,4%) hoặc tenofovir (3,6%). Thời gian dự phòng kháng vi rút trung bình trước khi bắt đầu hóa trị là 9,5 ± 7,4 ngày. Tái hoạt động HBV chỉ xảy ra ở 5,4% trường hợp. Không ghi nhận mối liên quan có ý nghĩa thống kê giữa các yếu tố nguy cơ được đánh giá và tình trạng tái hoạt động HBV.Kết luận: Hóa trị ở bệnh nhân viêm gan B mạn tính vẫn là một thách thức lớn trong thực hành lâm sàng, đặc biệt ở bệnh nhân ung thư vú sử dụng phác đồ có anthracyclin. "," Objectives: To evaluate the clinical characteristics and the effectiveness of antiviral prophylaxis inpreventing hepatitis B virus (HBV) reactivation in patients with early-stage breast cancer undergoingchemotherapy.Subjects and methods: We conducted a retrospective cross-sectional descriptive study based on themedical records of 56 patients with early-stage breast cancer who were positive for hepatitis B virusinfection. All patients received chemotherapy in 2024 at the Vietnam National Cancer Hospital. Patientcharacteristics, the rate of HBV reactivation (rHBV), and potential risk factors associated with rHBV wereanalyzed.Results: The mean age of the patients was 50 years (range: 34 - 70). Chúng tôi thực hiện nghiên cứu này nhằm đánh giá sự đồng nhất về kết quả xét nghiệm Realtime RTPCR thực hiện trên hệ thống COBAS 6800 so với quy trình được Tổ chức Y tế Thế giới (WHO) khuyến cáo trên 309 mẫu bệnh phẩm dịch tỵ hầu của người bệnh trong thời gian từ 2020 đến 2022 tại Bệnh viện Bệnh Nhiệt đới Trung ương. Kết quả cho thấy, hệ thống COBAS 6800 phát hiện được nhiều mẫu dương tính hơn so với khi làm theo quy trình WHO, trong đó số mẫu cho kết quả dương tính khi thực hiện quy trình WHO là 232\u002F309 (chiếm 75%), và trên Cobas 6800 là 281\u002F309 (91%). Hệ số Kappa phản ánh mức độ tương đồng giữa hai phương pháp xét nghiệm bằng 0,43 tương ứng với mức độ phù hợp trung bình. Mức độ chênh lệch trung bình giữa giá trị Ct của gen E theo quy trình WHO so với giá trị Ct của gene ORF và gen E trên COBAS 6800 lần lượt là 3,18 và 2,38 cho thấy khả năng phát hiện vi rút theo hệ thống COBAS 6800 cao hơn gấp 10 lần. Do vậy, khi cần đáp ứng khẩn cấp dịch bệnh do SARS-CoV-2 gây ra, phòng xét nghiệm nên đưa vào sử dụng hệ thống xét nghiệm tự động có độ nhạy tốt hơn để có thể sàng lọc số lượng mẫu lớn. ","The clinical diagnostic efficiency of SARS-CoV-2 PCR methods plays a vital role in case detection, treatment and epidemic prevention. We conducted this study to evaluate the concordance of Realtime RT-PCR test results performed on Cobas 6800 system comparing with the procedure recommended by the World Health Organization (WHO) on 309 nasopharyngeal swab samples collected at the National Hospital for Tropical Diseases from 2020 to 2022. The results showed that the Cobas 6800 system detected more positive samples than those tested by the WHO protocol, in which the number of positive samples tested by the WHO and Cobas 6800 protocol were 232\u002F309 (75%) 281\u002F309 (91%), respectively. The Kappa coefficient reflects the similarity between the two test methods was 0.43, corresponding to the average degree of concordance. The average difference between the Ct value of the E gene according to the WHO protocol compared with the Ct value of the ORF gene and the E gene on Cobas 6800 is 3.18 and 2.38, respectively, indicating a 10-time higher of virus-detecting capacity when using COBAS 6800 system compared to WHO protocol. Chính vì vậy mà chúng tôi tiến hành đề tài này với mục tiêu sau: Mục tiêu: Mô tả thực trạng sự hài lòng người bệnh điều trị nội trú tại Bệnh Viện bệnh nhiệt đới Trung ươngnăm 2025.Đối tượng và phương pháp: Nghiên cứu mô tả cắt ngang tiến hành khảo sát trên 351 người bệnh điều trị nội trú tại Bệnh viện dựa trên bảng hỏi có sẵn.Kết quả và kết luận: Tỷ lệ hài lòng chung là 77,5%; hài lòng về khả năng tiếp cận là 86,3%; sự minh bạch thông tin, thủ tục khám bệnh và điều trị là 86,3%; cơ sở vật chất và phương tiện phục vụ người bệnh là 75,5%; thái độ ứng xử, năng lực chuyên môn của nhân viên y tế là 87,2%; kết quả cung cấp dịch vụ là 89,5%.Khuyến nghị: Bệnh viện tiếp tục thường xuyên kiểm tra, giám sát, cải tiến quy trình kỹ thuật chăm sóc, nâng cao năng lực chuyên môn. No medical establishmentcan develop or grow without patient satisfaction. Therefore, in order to improve hospital quality, hospitalsneed to implement more specific and practical activities to enhance infrastructure and equipment, improvethe attitude and service spirit of hospital staff, as well as the quality of medical examination and treatmentservices. For this reason, we conducted this study with the following objective:Objective: To describe the current situation of inpatient satisfaction at the National Hospital for TropicalDiseases in 2025.Subjects and methods: A cross-sectional descriptive study was conducted, surveying 351 inpatients atthe hospital using a structured questionnaire.Results and conclusion: The overall satisfaction rate was 77.5%; satisfaction with accessibility was86.3%; transparency of information and medical examination and treatment procedures was 86.3%;hospital facilities and patient service amenities were rated at 75.5%; attitude and professional competenceof medical staff at 87.2%; and satisfaction with service outcomes at 89.5%.Recommendations: The hospital should continue to regularly inspect, monitor, and improve technicalcare processes and enhance professional capacity. Regularly train and foster communication skills, codesof conduct, professional ethics, and soft skills for medical staff to achieve patient satisfaction.
