In 2022, the JTSE registered the international identifier Digital Object Identifier (DOI): 10.58334\u002Fvrtc.jtst and assigned DOI codes to all articles of the journal. The members of the Editorial Board of the JTSE are prestigious scientists and leading scientists from Vietnam and many countries in the world. The JTSE has been recognized by the Vietnam State Council for Professorship to score scientific articles in Chemistry, Medicine and Biology with scores ranging from 0-0.75 points.\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp Những bài báo không đúng quy cách hoặc có nội dung không phù hợp hoặc vi phạm bản quyền sẽ bị từ chối (Ban Thư ký thông báo phản hồi đến tác giả trong vòng 1 tuần). Những bài báo đủ điều kiện, được Ban Thư ký tòa soạn chuyển đến Ban Biên tập có cùng chuyên môn với nội dung bài báo để đề xuất người phản biện. Các phản biện gởi nhận xét cho Ban Thư ký. Nếu ý kiến đồng ý đăng và cần chỉnh sửa, Ban Thư ký sẽ thông tin đến tác giả chỉnh sửa theo yêu cầu của người phản biện. Thời gian chỉnh sửa và gửi lại kéo dài không quá 2 tuần, từ khi tác giả bài báo nhận được thông tin (Quá trình này có thể lặp lại tối đa 2 lần\u002F1 bài báo). Ban Thư ký tổng hợp các bản thảo đã được tác giả hoàn thiện sau thẩm định trình Ban Biên tập xem xét, Tổng Biên tập phê duyệt, quyết định bài đăng theo các tiêu chí: sự phù hợp nội dung với tôn chỉ và mục đích, thể loại bài viết (ưu tiên các bài có bài có nghiên cứu chuyên sâu, hàm lượng khoa học cao), đóng góp mới bài báo, bài báo được ưu tiên đăng trong số gần nhất của Tạp chí theo thứ tự: tính thời sự, chất lượng bài báo và thời gian gửi bài.\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>\u003Cbr>\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>\u003Cspan style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">2. Tính đa dạng của các loài san hô tạo rạn trong vịnh Nha Trang được xem là cao nhất đối với toàn bộ vùng nước của Việt Nam (250 loài thuộc 60 giống). Trong 3 thập kỷ qua, các rạn san hô vịnh Nha Trang phải chịu những tác động ngày càng tăng của con người do việc phát triển các tuyến đường ven biển, xây dựng các khu nghỉ dưỡng quy mô lớn, hoạt động nạo vét trong khu vực cảng và vùng cửa sông Bé làm tăng lượng bùn lắng trong vịnh, đánh bắt quá mức các loài cá và động vật không xương sống có giá trị kinh tế. Từ năm 1994 đến năm 2007, độ phủ của san hô tạo rạn trong vịnh suy giảm trung bình 13,1% và hàng năm mức giảm trung bình ở mức 1,25%. Việc công bố phần lớn vùng vịnh là một khu bảo tồn biển vào năm 2002 không làm thay đổi được nhiều tình trạng sử dụng các nguồn tài nguyên thiên nhiên trong vịnh.Từ năm 2013 đến năm 2016, trong khuôn khổ đề tài khoa học “Nghiên cứu tổ chức cấu trúc - chức năng các quần xã sinh vật phục vụ bảo tồn, phục hồi và sử dụng bền vững các hệ sinh thái biển ven bờ” của Trung tâm Nhiệt đới Việt - Nga, đã tiến hành đánh giá trạng thái và phân tích ảnh hưởng của các yếu tố tự nhiên và nhân sinh đến các quần xã san hô vịnh Nha Trang. Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy, từ khu vực phía ngoài vịnh (đảo Hòn Mun, phía Đông và Đông Nam đảo Hòn Tre) về phía bờ biển thành phố Nha Trang và khu vực cửa sông Cái, sông Bé, độ phủ san hô tạo rạn giảm từ 75 đến 0,6%, tỷ lệ san hô bị phá hủy tăng từ 0,3 đến 20,3% và tương ứng với diện tích che phủ của rong biển tăng từ 0 đến 56%. Diện tích nền đáy (đá và cát) tăng tự nhiên từ 0,3 đến 67,4%. Theo đó, mức độ phong phú các loài san hô tạo rạn suy giảm 12 lần và chỉ số đa dạng sinh học Shannon cũng giảm 5 lần. Phần lớn các rạn san hô ở phía Tây của vịnh bị suy thoái hoàn toàn.Những nguyên nhân chính dẫn đến suy thoái các quần xã san hô vịnh Nha Trang là do ảnh hưởng của sự gia tăng quá trình lắng đọng trầm tích và phú dưỡng, xây dựng các tổ hợp nghỉ dưỡng và phát triển nghề nuôi trồng thủy sản trên mặt nước. Bên cạnh các tác động tiêu cực trực tiếp của con người, một nguyên nhân quan trọng làm tăng nguy cơ suy thoái sinh học quần xã san hô trong vịnh là sự bùng phát về số lượng loài sao biển ăn thịt Acanthaster planci&nbsp;- kẻ thù tự nhiên chính của san hô tạo rạn. KẾT QUẢ SÀNG LỌC BAN ĐẦU VỀ ECDYSTEROID TRONG THỰC VẬT VIỆT NAMKết quả nghiên cứu đã ghi nhận cho thấy ecdysteroid phân bố trong nấm, tảo và có mặt rộng rãi trong thực vật hạt kín, tập trung ở các họ như Amaranthaceae, Asteraceae, Caryophyllaceae, Chenopodiaceae, Lamiaceae, Ranunculaceae. Cho đến nay đã có gần 300 hợp chất ecdysteroid được phân lập từ thực vật.Khi nghiên cứu quy luật phân bố của ecdysteroid trong thế giới thực vật Volodin V.V. và cộng sự đã sử dụng các phương pháp như phân tích nguồn gốc phát sinh loài, test trên tế bào ruồi giấm BII Drosophila melanogaster (độ nhạy 4÷5μg\u002Fg), miễn dịch phóng xạ (giới hạn xác định từ 0,1 μg\u002Fg). Kết quả phân tích số lượng lớn các loài thực vật ở vùng Đông Bắc Châu Âu nước Nga cho thấy hàm lượng ecdysteroid dao động trong khoảng rộng từ 0,1 đến 104 μg\u002Fg.Việt Nam nằm trong khu vực có hệ sinh thái đa dạng và phong phú, nhất là hệ thực vật nhiệt đới. Dựa vào các tài liệu nghiên cứu đã công bố và quy trình nghiên cứu ecdysteroid của các nhà khoa học Viện Sinh học Komi, Liên bang Nga, nhóm tác giả đã tiến hành khảo sát và thu mẫu thực địa được 51 loài trong số hơn 2000 loài trong danh mục thực vật của Vườn quốc gia Cúc Phương. Kết quả phân tích bước đầu phát hiện thấy 6 loài chứa ecdysteroid (chiếm 11,7% tổng số loài) với hàm lượng ecdysteroid dao động từ 0,2% (phần trên mặt đất của Cyathula prostrata) đến gần 2% trọng lượng khô (vỏ Vitex quinata). Hai loài trên được khuyến nghị nghiên cứu sâu hơn nhằm mục đích tạo nguyên liệu sản xuất chế phẩm chứa ecdysteroid có tác dụng adaptogen. We used DNA barcodes (Internal transcribed spacer of the nuclear ribosomal DNA - ITS-rDNA) to explore Dendrobium anosmum, and to investigate the current taxonomy of Dendrobium. In this study, the success rate for PCR of ITS region was 100%. The success rate for bidirectional sequencing of PCR product was 100% with length of 650bp. All 15 samples from two provinces (Hai Duong and Hoa Binh) of Vietnam have close relationship with D. anosmum (MLBS=97%, BPP=100%). Genetic p-distances interspecific divergence within and among Dendrobium species was varied from 1% to 17%, average (12.12%). The objective of this paper is to propose an optimum operation mode with lowest diesel cost for diesel-wind power generation system for an island which is far away from main land. With Phu Quy island-Vietnam, in context of unexpected fluctuation load profile caused by many power system faults, instead of getting an optimum operating mode of the system, a new proposed operating mode with very low diesel near to the optimum value. Is very necessary. The results show that, with the new proposed operating mode, compared with real data of generation in 2018, electricity production of wind generation increases 81.69%; diesel cost decreases 31.23%; CO2 emission decreases 31.23% too. They were diversified by the 56-kDa surface antigen gene (TSA) which was rapidly detected by nested PCR. To investigate the genotypes of clinical variants of O. tsutsugamushi,&nbsp;149 blood samples were collected from&nbsp;patients with suspected scrub typhus in period&nbsp;August 2016 to August 2017. The results indicated that 47 (31.5%) samples showed positive result for O. tsutsugamushi. Analyzing the collected samples in a time manual showed that cases were almost occurred from May to November. The nucleotide sequences of 56-kDa TSA gene were determined and assessed the relationship among them. The phylogenetic analyses of partial 56-kDa TSA gene sequences demonstrated wide diversity of O. tsutsugamushi&nbsp;genotypes. The sequencing result of 33 samples indicated that the most common genotype was identified to be Karp (63.6%). overall picture of the marine species diversity in coral reef ecosystems and other coastal areas surrounding Tho Chau archipelago, Kien Giang province. A total of 1,101 marine species were identified, including 161 species of phytoplankton; 75 species of zooplankton; 57 species of seaweed; 6 species of seagrass; 11 species of mangrove plant; 147 species of coral (131 species of hard coral, 16 species of soft coral); 261 species of coral reef fish; and 383 species of zoobenthos (223 species of mollusca, 77 species of echinodermata, 59 species of arthropoda, 24 species of annelida).
