city, Quang Binh province. The result shows that Dong Hoi has 17 historical relics, including 9 antiquities on ministerial level ranking and 8 of them classified by the provincial People's Committee. The historical relics are of great value to many aspects and contribute to the traditional patriotic education for the younger generation. This study aims to predict production demand for a local stationery manufacturer with the aim of comparing and finding effective methods between three classical forecasting methods - Moving Average, Exponential Smoothing, and ARIMA - with a modern deep learning approach, Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM), to optimize production or inventory planning and management, and support enterprises in reducing waste and saving many expenses. Despite the ease of implement, the classical forecasting methods have difficulties in capturing and remembering economic trends, while machine learning gives more effective results in this circumstance. The data set includes quantities of demand and production collected and pre-processed by normalizing and stationarity testing. Classical methods are applied to capture the trends and variations in the data. At the same time, the LSTM is built to learn models with more complex patterns or some essential elements that traditional methods might overlook. The efficiency of the model is evaluated through forecasting errors such as Mean Squared Error (MSE), Root Mean Squared Error (RMSE), and Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE). According to experimental results, classical methods provide a sustainable baseline. Still, the LSTM model shows high accuracy, especially in catching up with subtle fluctuations and unusual patterns in the dataset. It is ensured that using advanced deep learning techniques, such as LSTM, could improve forecasting error and reliability and significantly benefit manufacturing planning and inventory control. Từ nguyên liệu Cỏ bắc khô (toàn cây, trừ rễ), nhóm nghiên cứu đã sử dụng các kỹ thuật sắc ký hiện đại như chiết lỏng - lỏng, sắc ký cột pha thuận, sắc ký cột pha đảo để phân lập các hợp chất thiên nhiên có trong Cỏ bắc và sử dụng các phương pháp phân tích quang phổ hiện đại như MS, NMR để xác định cấu trúc hóa học của các hợp chất đó. Kết quả đã phân lập được một lượng lớn 3 hợp chất. Chúng được xác định là syringaresinol, mayuenolid và ciwujiaton.","Tam Nong district, Dong Thap province has a lot of Co bac (Leersia hexandra) which exists in the form of a typical wetland plant community of Oryza rufipugon - Leersia hexandra with about 160 hectares. The people in Dong Thap use Leersia hexandra to treat many liver diseases, but they only use Leersia hexandra to cook with water and drink. However, there have not been many studies on the chemical composition of Leersia hexandra. The research team used many modern chromatography techniques such as liquid-liquid extraction, forward phase column chromatography, reverse phase column chromatography to isolate the compounds from Herba Leersia hexandra (whole plant, excluding roots) and used modern spectroscopic analysis methods such as mass spectrometry (MS) and nuclear magnetic resonance spectrum (NMR) to determine the chemical structure of those compounds. Therefore, the Vietnamese belief in the goddess at Bien Hoa - Dong Nai has an important role in the cultural and spiritual life of Vietnamese there. Article refers to two main issues: generalizing forms of the Vietnamese goddess in Bien Hoa - Đong Nai basin and making analyzing functions (according to functional approach of Radcliffe - Brown and B. Mục tiêu: Xác định tỷ lệ KTBT ở người hiến máu tình nguyện (HMTN) lần đầu&nbsp; tại Trung tâm Truyền máu - Chợ Rẫy và khảo sát một số yếu tố liên quan đến KTBT ở người HMTN lần đầu. Đối tượng nghiên cứu: 11,342 mẫu máu người HMTN lần đầu tại Trung tâm Truyền máu - Chợ Rẫy từ&nbsp; 01\u002F4\u002F2023 đến 30\u002F12\u002F2023. Phương pháp nghiên cứu: Mô tả cắt ngang. Tỷ lệ người HMTN lần đầu có KTBT tại Trung tâm Truyền máu - Chợ Rẫy là (0.06%). Complexation of ME with 2-hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin (2HPβCD) enhances the bioavailability of ME in gel form. Objectives: Prepare and evaluate the formation of ME-2HPβCD complex. Develop process and formula for ME gel. Materials and method: Prepared ME complex with 2HPβCD by two methods: wet grinding, co-solvent; and conducting evaluation of solubility, analysis of IR, DSC, 1H-NMR spectrum on ME-2HPβCD complex. Investigating, developing the process and formula for ME gel. Results and discussions: Prepared ME-2HPβCD complex by co-solvent method dissolves 89.10% at 60 min compared to 11.87% of ME. The solubility of the ME-2HPβCD complex increased by 124.84 compared to the raw ME. Analysis of the IR, DSC, 1H-NMR spectrum on ME-2HPβCD complex revealed a pronounced complex forming interaction between meloxicam and 2HPβCD. Established the formula and preparation process for ME gel that has high solubility and permeability. Conclusion: Preparation of ME-2HPβCD complex and analysis of IR, DSC, 1H-NMR spectrum, solubility phase, evaluation of solubility showed that ME-2HPβCD complex that gave 89.10% solubility at 60 min increased by 124.84 compared to raw ME. 2HPβCD has been shown to increase the permeability of ME. Đối tượng và phương pháp nghiên cứu: Tạo phức ME với 2HPβCD bằng 2 phương pháp nghiền ướt, đồng dung môi và tiến hành đánh giá độ hòa tan, độ tan, phân tích phổ IR, DSC, 1H-NMR của phức ME-2HPβCD. Thăm dò, xây dựng qui trình và điều chế gel ME. Kết quả và bàn luận: Tạo phức ME-2HPβCD điều chế bằng phương pháp đồng dung môi độ hòa tan 89.10% ở 60 phút so với 11.87% của ME. Độ tan của phức ME-2HPβCD tăng 124,84 so với ME nguyên liệu. Phân tích phổ IR, DSC, 1H-NMR của phức ME-2HPβCD cho thấy có sự tương tác tạo phức rõ rệt giữa meloxicam và 2HPβCD. Xây dựng được qui trình và điều chế gel ME với độ hòa tan và tính thấm cao. Kết luận: Đã điều chế phức ME-2HPβCD và phân tích phổ IR, DSC, 1H-NMR, pha hòa tan, đánh giá độ hòa tan, độ tan cho thấy phức ME-2HPβCD cho độ hòa tan 89.10% ở 60 phút tăng 124.84 so với ME nguyên liệu.
