The magnetite (Fe3O4) NPs synthesized by co-precipitation method were size about of 10 nm with the magnetic saturation of 60.02 emu\u002Fg. Using solvothermal method with different synthesis times obtained the Fe3O4 NPs sizes of about 32, 60 and 100 nm with the magnetic saturations of 88.82, 83.69 and 80.29 emu\u002Fg, respectively. The synthesized Fe3O4 NPs had superparamagnetic properties. By Stöber method, the Fe3O4 NPs were coated with SiO2 (Fe3O4@SiO2) to form Si-OH groups through which the NPs could adsorb DNA via hydrogen bonds. The properties, morphology, size and DNA adsorption capacity of the NPs were determined by X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), Brunauer–Emmett–Teller (BET) method, and polymerase chain reaction (PCR). The results showed that synthesized Fe3O4@SiO2 NPs could extract HBV DNA. The Fe3O4@SiO2 NPs obtained from 10 nm Fe3O4 NPs had better HBV DNA extraction. The study used three main indicators to study drought, namely, the Rainfall Anomaly Index (RAI), Standardized Precipitation Index (SPI), and Moisture Index (MI). Besides, the study also used non-parametric analysis to study trends and Spearman's rho to study the correlation between the indexes. The results of the study showed the occurrence of drought in the period 1986-2016 with different developments and frequencies, in which the period 1986-97 drought appeared continuously. According to RAI's drought index, the drought occurs 15 times with a frequency of severe drought of 12.5% and mild drought of 34.4%. SPI's drought index shows the drought happened 26 times with a severe drought in 1988. Drought occurred 31 times during the study period, 77% of the time, and the severe drought only occurred in 1998, according to the drought index MI. Additionally, the study also identified the trend of changes in drought indicators in the future and showed a trend of reducing drought in Ninh Thuan. The trend results show an average annual increase in RAI and MI of 0.01 and SPI of 0.08. To consolidate and evaluate the significance, the study also evaluated the correlation between indicators, and the results met the requirements with a value of &gt; 0.84. The three indexes have Cronbach's Alpha reliability is 0.78, in which, the SPI index correlates most strongly with RAI and MI at 0.92 and 0.94, respectively. However, studies of antimicrobial resistance in E. coli residing in pets, especially dogs are unavailable. The aim of the study was to investigate the antimicrobial sensitivity testing (AST), the resistance to 3rd cephalosporin and penicillin, also to assess the molecular detection of ESBL and Amp-C-beta -lactamase in E. coli isolates inhabiting the digestive tract of dogs at kennels Dak Lak. By using double disk synergy test (DDST), and ceftazidime-imipenem antagonism test (CIAT) to detect phenotypic characteristic of E. coli strains producing extended-spectrum beta- lactamases (ESBLs) and plasmid-mediated Amp-C-beta -lactamase, and by using multiplex polymerase chain reaction (multiplex PCR) to confirm the presence of ESBL genes (class A): blaCTX-M(1;2;8;9;25), bla TEM, bla SHV , bla OXA and genes encoding AmpC-type beta lactamase (class C): bla MOX-1;2 , bla CMY- (1;2-7;8-11) , blaLAT-(1;4) ,bla DHA-(1;2), bla ACC, bla FOX-(1-5B) ,bla MIR-1 ,bla ACT-1. From of three hundred twelve bacteial strains isolated from sixty-four rectal swabs two hundred sixty-nine E. Coli, isolates accounting for 86%, were identified and isolated, forty-four (16%) and twelve (4%) E. coli isolates encoding with ESBL and Amp-C-beta -lactamases. From molecular diagnosis with regard to phenotype, production of ESBL was shown in thirty-nine (15%) E. coli isolates and Amp-C enzymes in eight (3%) E. coli isolates. The high percentage of E. coli exhibiting antibiotic resistance revealed the accelerated overuse of antibiotics. Adsorption parameters such as initial pH values, dyes concentrations, adsorbent dosages and contact times were investigated by the batch experiments. The adsorption equilibrium time of Zn3[Fe(CN)6]2 was about 20 hours, and the suitable pH range 3-7 while the Zn2[Fe(CN)6] was 15 minutes. The Cs+ ion absorption by Zn2[Fe(CN)6] nanoparticle follow the ion exchange mechanism, the best exchange capacities of the material were in the pH 3-5 range, ion exchange capacity depended on the pH, the maximum ion exchange capacity of the material at pH = 4 was 1.01 meq (Cs+) \u002F g. Mussaenda plants are a rich source of saponins, terpenoids, iridoids and flavonoids… These compounds have shown the potential significant biological effects as anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and anticancer activities. Up to now there is no report on phytochemical composition and biological activities of Mussaenda recurvata. In this paper, we have reported the isolation and structural determination of six compounds from Mussaenda recurvata. Aerial parts of Mussaenda recurvate were collected and exhaustively extracted with ethanol to yield the crude extract. The extract was suspended in water and successively partitioned with n-hexane, dichloromethane, ethyl acetate to yield extracts, respectively. The isolation was performed using column chromatography on silica gel. Their chemical structures were elucidated by HRESI-MS, 1D, 2D-NMR and compared their NMR data with the ones in the literature. Six compounds, including 5-hydroxymethylfurfural (1), oleanolic acid (2), 12β-hydroxy-5α-pregn-16-ene-3,20-dione (3), β-sitosterol-D-glucopyranoside (4), 3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl quinovic acid 28-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl ester (5) and mussaendoside Q (6), were isolated from the ethyl acetate extract of aerial parts of Mussaenda recurvate. sedimentary basins in area of Việt Nam continental shelf are located along the deep fault systems between the folded Indochinese block and Việt Băc-Hoa Nam platform and with the transitional zone. Is means that the zone attenuated continental crust. Due to that extruction of the Indochinese block toward the SoustEast which wrenched in right, in addition, due to the appearance of the thermal anomaly, producing the activity of Bien Dong seafloor spreading axis and drift of Australian–New Guinea plate toward Nord-East, induced some geodinamic factors to form many sedimentary basins in margins of Biển Dong Sea, such as: rift, pressure, extension, vertical slide cliff, horizontal displacement and wrench. These geodinamic factors created favourable conditions to form, develop and deform the sedimentary basins in Việt Nam continental shelf, followed the pull- apart type mechanism. But each sedimentary basin had its type of mechanism which depended on the concrete place of its basin from the Indochinese block and the thermal anomaly in Bien Dong Sea. Acylation of alcohols with acid anhydrides as acylating reagent using [CholineCl][ZnCl2]3 as a catalyst was investigated under the ultrasonic method. Six secondary alcohols were investigated and afforded high yields (88-96%). The desired products were characterized by NMR and GCMS spectra. Different from traditional Lewis acidic catalysts, [CholineCl][ZnCl2]3 was found to be an efficient catalyst for acylation of alcohols under mild conditions.
