RSM reflects the interaction and impact of different variables at a given moment. Among 11 surveyed factors by Plackett-Burman design, the concentrations of rhamnose, rutin, and pH were identified as the 3 most influencing factors on the αLrhamnosidase production (p &lt; 0.05). The optimal conditions derived from BoxBehnken design were: rhamnose = 1.1%, rutin = 0.6% and pH = 5.7. Under this condition, the highest α-L-rhamnosidase activity obtained was 3.67 U\u002Fml. In particular, the status of multi-drug resistant E. coli has been recognized and is of great concern globally. In this survey, we isolated 9 E. coli strains from food samples, surface of table samples and rectal swabs of kitchen staff at a collective kitchen in Hanoi city and examined the antibiotic resistant phenotype of 9 isolated E. coli strains on 24 common antibiotics. The results showed that only 1\u002F9 strains were sensitive to 24 tested antibiotics, of which 8\u002F9 strains were resistant to at least 2 antibiotics. 8\u002F9 of strains were resistant to chloramphenicol and tetracycline, 7\u002F9 strains were resistant to trimethoprim + sulfamethxazole, 5\u002F9 strains were resistant to ampicillin, gentamycin, piperacillin, 4\u002F9 isolates were resistant to cefuroxime, cefepime, cefotaxime and aztreonam. 3\u002F9 strains resistant to cefazolin, tobramycin. 2\u002F9 strains were resistant to ceftazidime and 1\u002F9 isolates were resistant to amikacin and ciprofloxacin. 9\u002F9 isolates were sensitive to amoxicillin\u002Fclavulanicacid, piperacillin\u002Ftazobactam, cefoxitin and carbapenem antibiotics such as ertapenem, imipenem and Different factors including pH, HCO3- concentration, metal ion catalyst, temperature, and UV irradiation were investigated for their effects on PCP degradation. The results showed that among five tested metal ions (Co2+, Ni2+, Fe2+, Cu2+, Mn2+), Co2+ gave the best catalytic activity. The optimum degradation of PCP was obtained at the concentration of HCO3- and H2O2 of 10 mM and 25 mM, respectively, catalyzed by the presence of 0.1 mg\u002FL Co2+ ion at the intrinsic pH value of the system (8÷10). Moreover, UV irradiation remarkably enhanced the radical formation in the oxydation system, which led to higher degradation efficiencies. The results of COD and TOC removal and LC\u002FMS\u002FLS analysis clearly revealed the potential of complete mineralization of PCP by the oxydation system Chosen model species differed in ecological preferences, life history and the nesting type. Termites community showed foraging activity all round the year. Foraging activity despite the original hypothesis did not correlate significantly with precipitation level and soil temperature measured monthly. Most of species increased foraging activity in dry months, but decreased it in months with heavy rains. In rainy season, most of species demonstrated not only night time foraging activity typical for Asian termites, but also were actively foraging during the daytime. During the dry season, foraging activity happened only in night time. This study evaluated the distribution of PM2.5 concentrations, which were collected in Long Binh ward, Bien Hoa city, Dong Nai province, and its chemical properties. PM2.5 samples were analyzed for the chemical composition of 11 metal elements (As, Pb, Mn, Fe, Cd, Cr, Zn, Co, Al, Cu, Ni) by ICP - MS\u002FICAP RQ equipment. The results were collected from 10 samples of PM2.5 in October 2021. The average daily value of PM2.5 concentration ranges from 21.6 µg\u002Fm3 to 101.6 µg\u002Fm3, with the average value is 40.9 µg\u002Fm3 ± 23.6 µg\u002Fm3. The results of the analysis of 11 metals showed that the average concentration of Fe, Zn, Cu, Al in this group ranged from 0.12 µg\u002Fm3 - 0.41 µg\u002Fm3. Patients underwent intervention with a protocol combining shortwave therapy, acupressure, electro-acupuncture, and mechanical spinal traction therapy for a minimum of 15 days, with assessment every 5 days during intervention. Evaluation criteria included treatment duration, pain intensity (VAS), and lumbar spine flexibility (schober test).\r\nResults: After an average treatment duration of 15.9 (1.71) days, all participating patients showed significant improvement in pain symptoms and lumbar spine mobility. Patients in level I exhibited shorter average treatment durations and experienced better pain reduction and improvement in lumbar spine mobility compared to patients in grades II-III, with statistically significant differences (p &lt; 0.05). No serious adverse effects were recorded during the intervention protocol.\r\nConclusion: The combined protocol of shortwave therapy, acupressure, electroacupuncture, and spinal traction therapy effectively reduces pain and improves lumbar spine mobility in lumbar disc herniation patients. During exfoliation, ultrasonic waves provide mechanical energy to break Vander Walls bonds in order to split graphite layers into graphene. Graphene was prepared by the exfoliation of graphite layers in distilled water with Tween 80 surfactant and then the solvent was vibrated at high power for 1 to 5 hours. The obtained results show that high-frequency ultrasound is a powerful tool to break Vander Waals bonding forces between adjacent layers in graphite. The SEM and ZetaSizer distribution results show that with the average size of 931 nm, 419 nm, 411 nm, 408 nm, 317 nm, the ultrasound time is 1 hour, 2 hours, 3 hours, 4 hours, and 5 hours, respectively. The TEM and Raman results show that the graphene material has a thickness of about 3 nm corresponding to the number of layers less than 10 as low-layer graphene.
