The members of the Editorial Board of the JTSE are prestigious scientists and leading scientists from Vietnam and many countries in the world. Những bài báo không đúng quy cách hoặc có nội dung không phù hợp hoặc vi phạm bản quyền sẽ bị từ chối (Ban Thư ký thông báo phản hồi đến tác giả trong vòng 1 tuần). Những bài báo đủ điều kiện, được Ban Thư ký tòa soạn chuyển đến Ban Biên tập có cùng chuyên môn với nội dung bài báo để đề xuất người phản biện. Các phản biện gởi nhận xét cho Ban Thư ký. Thời gian chỉnh sửa và gửi lại kéo dài không quá 2 tuần, từ khi tác giả bài báo nhận được thông tin (Quá trình này có thể lặp lại tối đa 2 lần\u002F1 bài báo). Kiểm soát vật chủ trung gian I của sán lá - ốc nước ngọt là một trong những biện pháp làm giảm tỷ lệ nhiễm sán lá. Có nhiều cách để kiểm soát quần thể ốc, tuy nhiên vấn đề đặt ra là tính hiệu quả của các biện pháp này bởi sự phục hồi nhanh về số lượng cá thể trong quần thể của chúng. Loài cá trắm đen (Mylopharyngodon piceus) là loài bản địa, phân bố ở miền Bắc Việt Nam, chúng sử dụng động vật nhuyễn thể làm thức ăn. Loài cá này có thể sử dụng như tác nhân sinh học để khống chế quần thể ốc trong ao, qua đó kiểm soát bệnh sán lá ở các ao nuôi. Causes of this problem can be divided into five categories (1) the local people in endemic areas still consume raw or undercook food, i.g. raw vegetables, dishes made of raw fish and vegetables, baked crabs etc.; (2) poor management of manure from the husbandry; (3) the migration of people from endemic areas to other places; (4) the spread of Asia cuisine, which has various raw food dishes, e.g. sushi, sashimi; (5) the complex of life cycle of FZT. One method to control FZT is to disrupt the life cycle of the first intermediate host snails. Options for snail control in aquaculture systems are not many, and probably are limited to use of a few chemicals and otherwise will have to be based on mechanical and biological means. Snail control in aquaculture ponds may be more limited as we have to take into consideration the survival of fishes because of their toxicity. Ecological measures of controlling snails are mainly done prior to stocking fish, i.e. as part of pond preparation. However, the recovery of snail population is very quick, so we should release molluscivore fish species as black carp (Mylopharyngodon piceus) into aquaculture ponds for control snails too. Ore reserve at 121 level was evaluated to be 650,000 tons and estimated annual copper production was about 10,000 tons per year. Currently, mining licence was approved for extending in the East and the West zones on the area of 210 ha. The total copper ore reserve was estimated to be 55 million tons with average ore content of 2.52%, uranium content in copper ore varies from 25 to 120 ppm, thorium content varies from 3 to 15 ppm. Mine has been extracting with annual volume of rocks and soils equivalent to 8.1 million cubic meters and two production lines with about 1.5 million tons of crude ore. In this paper, the aouthors presented the increasing results of the enviromental radioactive components due to copper mining and processing activities in the mining sites, sifting units, and dumping sites which disseminated radioactive elements into the surrounding environment. Hai mỏ lộ thiên lớn là Núi Béo và Cao Sơn đã được lựa chọn để khảo sát, thu thập số liệu. Thông qua việc nghiên cứu và vận dụng phương pháp đo khí CH4 trực tiếp bằng buồng đo khí (đã được áp dụng tại một số quốc gia), lượng khí CH4 phát tán từ mỏ lộ thiên được thu thập và tính toán. Theo đó, phát tán khí CH4 có sự khác nhau giữa các mỏ về tổng lượng và cả biên độ. Cụ thể: tại mỏ Cao Sơn, tổng lượng phát tán CH4 trung bình là 19.032,87 m3 với biên độ giữa lượng phát tán cao và thấp là 73,14%; các con số tương ứng tại mỏ Núi Béo là 2.684,47 m3 và 76,38%. Hệ số phát tán CH4 trung bình tại mỏ lộ thiên được tính toán nằm trong khoảng 0,0850 m3\u002Ftấn và 0,0225 m3\u002Ftấn than nguyên khai tương ứng với mức phát tán cao và mức phán tán thấp. Những giá trị này khá tương đồng với hệ số phát tán CH4 trong khai thác than lộ thiên của Đức (0,015 - than Linit), Canada (0,088 - than Linit; 0,19 - than Bitum), Nam Phi (0,002¸0,064 - than Bitum). Đây là cơ sở khoa học để đề xuất hệ số phát tán CH4 quốc gia trong hoạt động khai thác than lộ thiên ở Việt Nam.","This article presents the approach and the results of estimating CH4 emission from surface mining in Quang Ninh province to develop its fugitive CH4 emission factors. The two largest active surface mines were selected named Nui Beo and Cao Son. By applying a direct measurement method with samples using a specific chamber, CH4 emission was collected and calculated for the whole mine. Results showed that CH4 emission varied from mine to mine both the total amount and its range of maximum and minimum. In detail, the total amount of CH4 emission from Cao Son is 19,032.87 m3 with the range of 73.14% while these numbers of Nui Beo are 2,684.47 m3 and 76.38%, respectively. The CH4 emission factors of surface mines then were estimated in the range of 0.0850 m3\u002Fton and 0.0225 m3\u002Fton respect to high emission level and low emission level. These values are close to the emission factors generated from Germany (0.015 - Lignite), Canada (0.088 - Lignite; 0.19 - Bituminous), South Africa (0.002¸0.064 - Bituminous). Các điều kiện tối ưu được lựa chọn bao gồm pha động sắc ký lỏng hiệu năng cao (HPLC) là hệ đệm 100 mM KH2PO4-H3PO4 có pH=3,5 và bổ sung sodium 1-octanesulfonate (SOSF) 0,10 mM, mẫu được xử lý bằng cách hoà tan trong dung dịch H3PO4 100 mM. Ở các điều kiện này, giới hạn phát hiện của thiết bị (IDL) đối với LD, CD và BZ lần lượt là 0,76; 0,19 và 0,38 mg\u002Fl. Độ lặp lại trong ngày và giữa các ngày theo độ lệch chuẩn tương đối (RSD) đều dưới 4% đối với cả thời gian lưu và diện tích peak. Phương pháp này đã được sử dụng để xác định ba hoạt chất trong các loại thuốc thực tế, với hiệu suất thu hồi dao động từ 80 đến 100%. Sự khác biệt giữa kết quả thu được từ phương pháp HPLC-DAD đã phát triển và giá trị công bố trên nhãn sản phẩm là dưới 8%.","In this study, an analytical method was developed and validated to simultaneously determine the contents of levodopa (LD), carbidopa (CD), and benserazide (BZ) in pharmaceutical formulations used for the treatment of Parkinson’s disease by using high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) coupled with a diode array detector (DAD). The optimal chromatographic conditions were established using an HPLC mobile phase consisting of a 100 mM KH2PO4-H3PO4  buffer solution with a pH of 3.5 and an addition of 0.10 mM sodium 1-octanesulfonate (SOSF). The drug samples were prepared by dissolving them in a 100 mM H3PO4 solution to ensure complete solubilisation and stable chromatographic signals of the active ingredients. Under these optimised conditions, good sensitivity was demonstrated, with instrumental limits of detection (IDL) for LD, CD, and BZ determined to be 0.76, 0.19 and 0.38 mg\u002Fl, respectively. Precision was evaluated through intra-day and inter-day repeatability studies, with the relative standard deviation (RSD) values for both retention time and peak area consistently remaining below 4%, indicating high reproducibility. The validated method was subsequently applied to the analysis of commercial pharmaceutical tablets with recovery rates for LD, CD, and BZ ranging from 80 to 100%. Kết quả phân lập được 17 chủng vi khuẩn có khả năng xử lý sulfide, trong đó chủng ND2 và NH6 có khả năng xử lý sulfide cao nhất (>96%) trong điều kiện sulfide (10-20 mg\u002Fl). Chủng ND2 và NH6 sinh trưởng tốt nhất ở 2% NaCl, sau đó giảm khi tăng 3-5% NaCl. Giá trị OD660nm lần lượt đạt 1,03 và 1,15 ở 2% NaCl. Chủng ND2 và NH6 có khả năng xử lý sulfide cao trong môi trường 2-3% NaCl, hiệu suất xử lý lần lượt đạt 97,48% và 96,40% tại 2% NaCl. Hiệu suất xử lý sulfide giảm ở 4-5% NaCl, hiệu suất xử lý sulfide của chủng ND2 và NH6 lần lượt đạt 86,79% và 84,84% ở 5% NaCl. Như vậy, Rhodovulum sulfidophilum ND2 có tiềm năng cao ứng dụng xử lý hiệu quả sulfide trong nước nuôi trồng thủy sản.","This study aimed to isolate and select purple non-sulfur bacteria (PNSB) strains from 10 water and 15 sediment samples collected from various aquaculture ponds in Ninh Binh province, Vietnam, with the potential to remove sulfide from water, thereby contributing to improving water quality, enhancing productivity, and reducing the risk of disease outbreaks in aquaculture systems. A total of 17 PNSB strains were successfully isolated, among which strains ND2 and NH6 exhibited the highest sulfide removal efficiency (>96%) under sulfide concentrations of 10-20 mg\u002Fl. Both strains showed optimal growth at 2% NaCl, with OD660nm values of 1.03 and 1.15, respectively, and their growth decreased at higher salinities (3-5% NaCl). "," By using the model to predict the temperature distribution of asphalt pavement on highways in the Northern delta region, which has been built by the author in which the base layer and subgrade are assumed to be an equivalent layer of material with the semi-infinite thickness, known as the base layer, the impact of the thermal conductivity coefficient (TCC) of the foundation layer on the asphalt concrete layer (AC) temperature distribution is included in the study. The results show that the maximum temperature of the AC layer is not affected by the TCC of the base layer.
