It is the case of an isolated and completely unknown small island that has been deeply involved in the local tourism service system since the early twentieth century and became a famous resort destination for a large area covering the two prefectures of Fukuoka and Saga for about half a century, and then faded very quickly after 1945, with the result that it now looks pristine as if nothing has changed since ancient times. Since current theories on tourism often focus on the present, it is easy to overlook individual realities in localities. Kết quả: Tỉ lệ người bệnh có nguy cơ suy sinh dưỡng theo công cụ NRS là 54,3%, với người bệnh ≥70 tuổi, thở máy hoặc mắc ≥2 bệnh đồng mắc có nguy cơ SDD cao hơn; Có 61,6% người bệnh đạt được mức năng lượng khuyến nghị trong ngày đầu và tăng dần trong các ngày sau đó và điểm trung bình APACHE II giảm đáng kể từ 18 ± 4,4 xuống 13,4 ± 5,9 (p<0,05). The question is: How does the declining fertility rate affect the sustainable development of our country? The article presents an analytical theoretical framework to answer that question; based on this theoretical framework, using and processing secondary data from national surveys with statistical methods to demonstrate in general terms that: (1) A decrease in fertility causes a change in population status of Vietnam; and (2) The changing population situation strongly affects the development of the country in two directions, bringing both opportunities and challenges. education built from consumption - investment theory or integration of consumption and investment theory as to why consumers choose to go to one university over another or get a job or an apprenticeship. Using this theory of integration, we have derived the demand for higher education in logit form (probit form) and use VHLSS data in 2018 to estimate the empirical model. The results support the integrated model and show that the social and economic status of the household affects the probability of a household’s demand for higher education. In particular, the coefficient of the variable expressing the expectation is positive and shows high statistical significance. Thus, this variable is shown to be an important decision variable for households to decide to send their children to higher education.","Nghiên cứu này tích hợp lý thuyết lựa chọn - lý thuyết tiêu dùng - đầu tư làm cơ sở xây dựng hàm cầu đại học để giải thích theo một cách khác với giải thích của hàm cầu đại học được xây dựng từ lý thuyết tiêu dùng, lý thuyết đầu tư hay tích hợp của lý thuyết tiêu dùng và đầu tư về lý do vì sao người tiêu dùng lại lựa chọn đi học đại học này mà không chọn đại học khác hay đi làm hoặc học nghề. Sử dụng lý thuyết tích hợp xây dựng được, chúng tôi đã rút ra hàm cầu đại học dạng logit (dạng probit) và dùng số liệu VHLSS năm 2018 để ước lượng mô hình thực nghiệm. Kết quả ủng hộ mô hình tích hợp và chỉ ra rằng tình trạng xã hội và kinh tế gia đình có ảnh hưởng tới xác suất cầu vào đại học của hộ.
