In this review, we introduce our research for design, synthesis and development of B-PMO nanomaterials with biodegradable organic framework for anticancer drugs delivery applications. The biodegradable organic linker, incorporated into the structure, responds to the specific conditions in the tumor and then nanoparticles can be degraded and further eliminated from the body. The accumulation of NPs into tumor spheroid and inhibit of tumor growth were demonstrated. In particular, anticancer drug-loaded B-PMO inhibited the tumor growth in a chicken egg model and reduced significantly side effects toward the organs of the chicken embryo. Ho Chi Minh City from March 2016 to June 2022. On the CBCT image, the morphological characteristics of third molars were examined, including: mesial angulations, vertical and horizontal positions, impaction depth, degree of root formation, contact position between second and third molars. ERR of the distal surface of the root of the second molars assessed according to the Ericson and Kurol criteria. Results: The rate of ERR on the distal surface of the second molar was 21.39%, in which the cervical was the most frequent position, followed by the middle of the root and finally the apex; most of the cases were slight resorptions. There was no statistically significant difference between the rate, location and degree of ERR by age and sex. There was no statistically significant relationship between the rate of ERR and the morphological characteristics of third molars except the vertical position of third molars. There is a difference in the mean knowledge score among age groups, work status and marital status (p<0.05); There is a difference in attitude scores between age groups (p<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in practice scores between participants, and 8 barriers in COVID-19 prevention. The study also recorded 10 issues that people are concerned about in COVID-19 prevention and especially the number of infections - deaths cases(46.51%).\r\nConclusion: The proportion of people with the right knowledge, attitudes and practices about COVID-19 prevention is relatively high. Our finding suggests that health education communication should focus on COVID-19 prevention and treatment guidelines; promote the mass media, especially messages from the Ministry of Health or the Identifying biomarkers that can use to diagnose early and prognosis of HCC is essential to reduce the burden of HCC on patients, families, and society.\r\nMethods: The bioinformatics methods were used to study the expression of the SET nuclear proto-oncogene gene in cells, tissues, and the correlation of SET with hepatocellular carcinoma. The data from the open databases were used in this study include COMPARTMENTS, Kaplan-Meier Plotter, STRING, TIMER, UALCAN, The Cancer Genome Atlas database, and Gene Expression Omnibus.\r\nResults: At the cellular level, the expression level of the SET gene was highest in the nucleus, endoplasmic reticulum, cytosol. The SET gene's mRNA expression appeared in all body tissues.  The TPM median of the SET gene in liver tissue was 33.42. The expression level of SET in hepatocellular carcinoma tissue was higher than that in non-cancer tissue for both males and females. The SET gene is an independent factor for the diagnosis and prognosis of HCC. Patients with high SET expression have a short survival time and a higher rate of recurrence than patients with low SET expression. The SET expression has a significant correlation with B cells, CD8+ T cells, CD4+ T cells, macrophages, neutrophils, and especially dendritic cells in hepatocellular carcinoma.\r\nConclusion: High expression level of SET related to a poor prognosis in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma. Currently, three primary treatment strategies for pediatric Graves’ disease include antithyroid drugs (ATDs), radioactive iodine (RAI), and thyroidectomy. Antithyroid drugs can be administered using different medications, dosages, and approaches, with methimazole considered the first-line therapy due to its relative safety and effectiveness. The research was conducted with the purpose of estimating the prevalence of Anxiety Disorder and associated factors among students of School of Medicine – Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh City.\r\nMethods: A cross-sectional study was carried out on 906 students of the School of Medicine - Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh City from 9th to 30th September 2021. Full sampling technique, collecting the data by using self-completed questionnaires through Google Form. This study used the Zung Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) to assess anxiety disorders.\r\nResults: The study showed that the prevalence of anxiety disorder among students of School of Medicine - Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh City was 36.2%. In which, the level of anxiety from mild to moderate, severe anxiety and extreme anxiety respectively: 27.92%; 7.4%; 0.88%. Factors associated with anxiety include: gender, having someone to share with, pressure on academic performance, pressure on family and social relationships, pressure from COVID-19, financial pressure, pressure on appearance and social networks time use.\r\nConclusion: The prevalence of anxiety disorders among students of School of Medicine - Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh City is alarming. Finding out the associated factors helps to identify groups of students that need to be prioritized in detecting mental health problems and taking appropriate measures to improve their mental Previous research shows that tumor microenvironment that involved Collagen that plays an important as heterogeneous role in its tumor microenvironment remodeling. However, less study has been described the collagen expression in the NB. Therefore, this study aimed to elucidate the expression of two prominent collagens (COL11A1 and COL4A1) which can be express abnormally in the NB cancer cohort in Vietnam.\r\nMethod: We collect the plasma circulating NB tumor cells and biopsies from City Children Hospital HCM city. These samples were operated with droplet digital RT-PCR method to evaluate the mRNA expression of two collagen subtypes: COL11A1 and COL4A1 on five patient biopsies. Internal control is run with GAPDH. Characterisation of clinicopathological traits (such as: age, gender, histology, MYCN amplification and stages) is correlated with the relationship of COL11A1 and COL4A1 mRNA levels.\r\nResults: The results largely confirmed the optimization of COL11A1 and COL4A1 primers and qualified products in droplet digital RT-PCR with internal GAPDH control. In addition, there is a higher COL11A1 mRNA expression in NB than in healthy control. Moreover, higher COL11A1 was significantly linear with high-risk classification (such as stage 3 or 4 comparing versus stage 1 or 2; MYCN amplification versus MYCN no amplification) in this cancer. In contrast, many of the associations between NB and COL4A1 were non-linear. Other clinicopathological traits (such as: age, gender, histology) did not show any significant differences for COL11A1 and COL4A1.\r\nConclusion: Altogether, this study confirms the COL11A1 could be a potential biomarker to evaluate the prognosis of NB disease. The diagnosis of these lesions is based on clinical presentation, radiological features and histopathological examination. The aim of this study was to evaluate the clinico-pathological features of chronic inflammatory periapical lesions. 92 periapical lesions were collected at HCMC Odonto-Stomatology Hospital and HCMC National Odonto-Stomatology Hospital at HCM from June 2019 to January 2020. Male to female ratio was 1:1.6, the age range was 10-70 with average age was 35.5 years old. In terms of clinical features, 30.4% of patients were asymptomatic, 28.3% had percussion sensitivity, 27.2% had swelling, 12% had cortical expansion, 18.5% had intraoral fistula and 3.3% had tooth mobility. The most frequently- involved locations were the anteria maxilla and posterior mandible. Histopathological results confirmed 49 radicular cysts and 43 periapical granulomas. In most cases of radicular cyst (47 cases, 96%), the cyst was lined with nonkeratinized stratified squamous epithelium, with two cases containing mucous cells, 3 cases were observed with cholesterol clefts and 3 cases with Hyaline bodies. In 43 cases of periapical granulomas, the lesions included chronic inflammatory cells and 3 cases with cholesterol clefts. The collagen fibers in fibrous stroma of radicular cysts appeared to be thicker and more linearly arranged while they seemed to be thinner in scattered pattern in periapical granulomas. There was no significant difference between the prevalence of radicular cysts (53.3%) and periapical granulomas (46.7%), no case of chronic periapical abscess was recorded. The ratio of radicular cysts (67.3%) was significantly higher than periapical granulomas (41.9%) at the posterior areas (p<0.05).",{"VI":999},"Histopathological features of chronic periapical Medication adherence plays important role in diabetes mellitus treatment.\r\nObjective: To investigate using of antihyperglycemic drugs, prevalence of medication adherence and risk factors associated with medication adherence.\r\nMethod: A cross-sectional study was conducted in 300 patients with type 2 diabetes at Thong Nhat hospital from 01\u002F2021 to 06\u002F2021. Patients were interviewed with a prepared questionnaire. Medication adherence was defined based on scores of Morisky questions: good adherence: MMAS = 8, moderate adherence: 6 ≤ MMAS < 8 and poor adherence: MMAS < 6.\r\nResults: 47,7% patients were administrated with dual therapy; metformin and gliclazid were most commonly used (93,9% and 40,3%, respectively). The prevalence of medication adherence was 73,7%; proportion of good and moderate adherence were 19,7% and 54,0%, respectively. The odds of medication adherence in smoking group was 89% lower than non-smoking group (OR = 0,11; 95% CI: 0,03 – 0,38; p < 0,001); this figure in insulin group was 61% lower than group not using insulin (OR = 0,39; 95% CI: 0,2 – 0,79; p = 0,008) and the odds of adherence in male patients was 2,3 times higher than female patients (OR = 2,3; 95% CI: 1,19 – 4,44, p= 0,014).\r\nConclusions: Medication adherence prevalence of type 2 diabetes patients at Thong Nhat Hospital is moderate. The wound healing index was assessed at 7 and 14 days postsurgery. The probing depth, clinical attachment loss, tooth mobility, bony defect fill and alveolar crestal resorption were examined and compared at baseline, 6, and 12 months postsurgery.\r\nResults : There was a statistically significant improvement in probing depth, clinical attachment loss, tooth mobility, bony defect fill and alveolar crestal resorption at 6 and 12 months postsurgery in both groups. Between the two groups, the improvement of these parameters was significantly greater in PRF group than those in the control group.
