Trong đó Vạt cân thái dương sử dụng cho 3 trường hợp (8,8%). Vạt cân cơ thái dương sử dụng cho 6 trường hợp (17,6%). Vạt da cân cơ dưới hàm sử dụng cho 15 trường hợp (44,1%). Vạt da cân cơ ngực lớn sử dụng cho 10 trường hợp (29,5%). Kết quả nghiên cứu với 88,2% vạt sống tốt, không có biến chứng nặng sau mổ, phục hồi chức năng tốt và tỷ lệ tái phát thấp sau mổ.Kết luận: Sử dụng các vạt da cơ có cuống linh hoạt là lựa chọn phù hợp cho các tổn khuyết trung bình và lớn sau phẫu thuật cùng với tái tạo cơ quan quan trọng nhằm bảo tồn chức năng sống và hình thái của vùng khoang miệng cho bệnh nhân ung thư.Từ khóa: Ung thư khoang miệng; vạt cân cơ thái dương; vạt dưới hàm; vạt cơ ngực lớn\n ","Objective: To evaluate the results of application of pedicled musculocutaneous flaps in defect reconstruction after surgery of oral cancer at Hue Central Hospital.Methods: A prospective, clinical interventional descriptive study on 34 oral squamous cell carcinoma patients operated at Hue Central Hospital from March 2020 to December 2022.Results: 34 pedicled musculocutaneous flaps were used in defect reconstruction after surgery of oral cancer. Four types of flaps were use, in which the temporalis fascia flap was used for 3 cases (8.8%), the temporalis myofascial flap was used for 6 cases (17.6%), the submandibular fascia flap was used for 15 cases (44.1%) and the pectoralis major myocutaneous one was used for 10 cases (29.5%). The results of the study showed that 88,2% of flaps were good. There were no serious complications after surgery. The search terms included ‘nursing student’, ‘online learning’, and ‘stress’. Studies that were randomized controlled trials or quasi-experimental studies were included.\r\nResults: A total of 2367 articles were found in 4 databases, and 1 randomized control trial was included as the final result. The study results show that nursing students who received the virtual clinical simulation gained a higher anxiety level compared with those who joined the face - to - face program.\r\nConclusion: Online learning causes more anxiety for nursing students than the face - to - face program. The advent of molecular techniques, such as the GeneXpert MTB\u002FRIF assay and real-time PCR, has significantly improved the rapid detection of Mycobacterium tuberculosis (MTB) and rifampicin resistance.\r\nMethods: A total of 368 patients suspected of tuberculosis (TB) were analyzed using three diagnostic methods: AFB smear microscopy, GeneXpert MTB\u002FRIF, and real-time PCR. Patient samples were collected from multiple hospital departments and categorized by demographic characteristics. AFB smear was performed using Ziehl-Neelsen staining, while GeneXpert MTB\u002FRIF and real-time PCR were conducted following manufacturer protocols. Sensitivity, specificity, and positivity rates for each diagnostic method were compared to assess their effectiveness in detecting TB cases.\r\nResults: A prospective study at Hue University Hospital (2023-2024) compared TB diagnostic methods in 368 patients. AFB smear microscopy detected only 7.6% of cases, while GeneXpert MTB\u002FRIF and real-time PCR identified 6.3% and 20.5%, respectively. GeneXpert demonstrated 100% sensitivity\u002Fspecificity, outperforming AFB (10% sensitivity) and PCR (82.1% sensitivity, 100% specificity). The first case involved a 5-year-old male with a large heterogeneous tumor in his left adrenal gland and metastasis in the bone marrow and brain. The second case was a 5-year-old female with a localized tumor in her right kidney and NMYC positive. Both cases were treated with the SIOPEN protocol, starting with 8 courses of RAPID COJECT. After partial response, stem cells were collected, followed by primary tumor resection, high-dose chemotherapy with autologous stem cell rescue, radiation, and retinoic acid treatment.\r\nConclusion: This report is the initial documentation of autologous stem cell transplant for high-risk neuroblastoma. Despite involving only two patients, the results indicated that stem cell transplant was safe and effective. Ketamine and atropine have been increasingly used in recent years as an effective form of deep sedation\u002Fanaesthesia in children in developed countries, but not in developing countries like Vietnam. Objective: This pioneer trial aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of using ketamine plus atropine as anaesthetic agents for paediatric oncology procedures. From this study, we establish a protocol for anaesthesia in paediatric oncology procedures. Methods: A descriptive and prospective study on 223 paediatric patients of both sexes (129 males and 94 females) aged 7.2 months to 15 years (mean age: 4.0 ± 3.4 years) and with body weight between 6.5 to 55 kg (mean weight: 15.3 ± 6.2 kg) was carried out from January 2015 to June 2019. The patients had been diagnosed with acute leukaemia, lymphoma or solid tumor. They underwent intrathecal chemotherapy and bone marrow aspirations or bone marrow biopsy for diagnostic as well as therapeutic purposes. After obtaining informed consent from their parents, the research was performed. Datas were analysed by Medcalc software.Results: The total number of procedures was 810. Bone marrow aspiration was performed 402 times, bone marrow biopsy was done 30 times and intrathecal chemotherapy given 378 times. All procedures were successfully completed. The mean dose of ketamine and atropine used 1.55 ± 0.31 mg\u002Fkg and 0.100 ± 0.029 mg respectively. The recovery time was 9.2 ± 7.3 minutes. Only 0.12% experienced apnoea; 1.2% muscular hypertonicity; 4.3% nystagmus, and hyperactivity; 3.7% hypersalivation, 2.5% hallucination and 5.5% vomiting; none of the patients had laryngospasm or transient rash. All of the patients’ parents were satisfied with the use of anaesthetics. Conclusions: This is a pioneer trial for children in Vietnam. The dose of 1.5 mg\u002Fkg intravenous ketamine and 0.1mg atropine were found to be effective and suitable dose in children requiring deep sedation for painful procedures and produce only minimal side effects. Compute tomography scan and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) showed one tumor at his right posterior mediastinum area measuring 8.3x6.3x5.3cm, and the other tumor at his right adrenal gland measuring 3.9x3.4x3.2 cm. A biopsy showed ganglioneuroma, and complete resection of both tumors. Post operation biopsy confirm definitive diagnosis as ganglioneuroma. The patient is healthy from surgery.Conclusion: Ganglioneuroma is benign. The treatment is complete surgical resection. Before 2010, all the AML patients died, and abandonment rate was more than 50%. The aims of this study are to determine the outcome of newly diagnosed children with AML treated at HCH from 2010 to 2018.Methods: This is a retrospective review of 98 children with AML admitted from January 2010 to December 2018. The diagnosis was confirmed by morphological FAB criteria, cytochemistry and immunophenotype. Patients were treated with using modified AML 7-3 Regimen. Social supports were provided to patients\u002Ffamilies.Results: A total of 98 children with AML were analyzed with median age of 5,6 years ranging from 3 months to 15 years. The male to female ratio was 1,8:1. The overall complete remission (CR) rate on day 21 of induction were 62.2%. 46 patients (46.9%) appeared relapse, in which 27 patients had relapse during the time they recured chemotherapy, 19.4% after finishing chemotherapy. Overall survival (OS) at 8 years were 23.2%. The event-free survival (EFS) at 8 years were 20.2%. Abandonment cases were 4 (4.1%).Conclusion: With less toxic modified protocol, survival rate has been improved and treatment related mortality was minimized though high relapse rate is still an issue. Mininal residual disease (MRD) levels after induction phase predict outcome and may select patients for therapy intensification.Objective: To analyse clinical presentations, laboratory features, especially the result of minimal levels in childhood acute lymphoblastic leukemia patientsMethods: It was a prospective study on chilhood acute lymphoblastic leukemia patients who admitted hospital since April, 2018 to May, 2020.Results: There were 38 new patients, in which, 68.4% patients with standard risk, and 31.6% patients with high risk; the ratio of male to female was 2.16:1. The median age was 4.0 years (range: 0.66 to 15). The percentage of B-ALL, T-ALL and combined B and T- ALL were 81.6%, 15.8% and 2.6% respectively. The most common symptoms were anemia (86.8%), fever (76.3%), hepatomegaly (68.4%), splenomegaly (60.5%), enlarged lymph nodes (55.3%). For laboratory features, 26.4% patients had white blood cell (WBC) ≥ 50x109\u002Fl, 76.3% patients had platelet (PLT) < 100x109\u002Fl, 84.6% patients had blood hemoglobin level (Hb) < 10 g\u002Fdl. Lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) and C- reative protein (CRP) increased in most of patients, accounted for 89.5% and 73.7% respectively. After induction, complete remission which based on less than 5% blasts achieved 97.4%. However, MRD after induction phase with threshold ≤ 0.01% accounted for 78.9%. And based on MRD, we adjusted intensive chemotherapy for 4 patients.Conclusion: The most common clinical presentation was anemia, fever, hepatosplenomegaly, bone pain, bleeding. The result of MRD levels is more sensitive and precise to evaluate the responde after induction phase. Những bài báo không đúng quy cách hoặc có nội dung không phù hợp hoặc vi phạm bản quyền sẽ bị từ chối (Ban Thư ký thông báo phản hồi đến tác giả trong vòng 1 tuần). Những bài báo đủ điều kiện, được Ban Thư ký tòa soạn chuyển đến Ban Biên tập có cùng chuyên môn với nội dung bài báo để đề xuất người phản biện. Các phản biện gởi nhận xét cho Ban Thư ký. Nếu ý kiến đồng ý đăng và cần chỉnh sửa, Ban Thư ký sẽ thông tin đến tác giả chỉnh sửa theo yêu cầu của người phản biện. Thời gian chỉnh sửa và gửi lại kéo dài không quá 2 tuần, từ khi tác giả bài báo nhận được thông tin (Quá trình này có thể lặp lại tối đa 2 lần\u002F1 bài báo). Khi có sự thống nhất, đồng ý của người phản biện; bài báo được tiếp tục đăng theo qui trình.\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>\u003Cbr>\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>\u003Cspan style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">3. Ban Thư ký tổng hợp các bản thảo đã được tác giả hoàn thiện sau thẩm định trình Ban Biên tập xem xét, Tổng Biên tập phê duyệt, quyết định bài đăng theo các tiêu chí: sự phù hợp nội dung với tôn chỉ và mục đích, thể loại bài viết (ưu tiên các bài có bài có nghiên cứu chuyên sâu, hàm lượng khoa học cao), đóng góp mới bài báo, bài báo được ưu tiên đăng trong số gần nhất của Tạp chí theo thứ tự: tính thời sự, chất lượng bài báo và thời gian gửi bài.\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>\u003Cbr>\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>\u003Cspan style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">2.
