Solving this problem by applying multi-spectral remote sensing data is an effective approach to large scale long-term monitoring of salinity change and extent if it is determined that the method is accurate and reliable. The research conducted an empirical method with a purpose of finding suitable indexes and regression functions based on using the correlation regression between the indexes and obsersed salinity through the regression functions. In order to determine the correlation and evaluate the reliability of the selected functions, the research used the determination coefficient R2 and root mean square error RMSE with the measured data in estuaries of Han River, Da Nang City and Dai Mouth of Thu Bon river, Quang Nam province combining with the indexes of satellite images Sentienl – 2A. The experimental results showed that the non-linear regression function between the normalized difference water index (NDWI) and the obsersed data has the highest accuracy with R2 = 0,926 and RMSE = 0,343. The proposed model is developed on the basis of the current state of existing livelihood conditions, taking advantages of available natural conditions and additional resources (e.g., waste streams) and also the application of zero-emission techniques to the system with purpose to form a closed eco-model at the area. The proposed system is applied at the local households and the Long Giang industrial park in “Tan Lap 1” commune, Tan Phuoc district, Tien Giang province. The major proposed eco-solutions include: (1) reuse of the wastewater after being treated (achieved QCVN 40:2011\u002FBTNMT, column A) by the centralized wastewater treatment plant of Long Giang IZ, and lead this wastewater go to the ditches in the cajuput forest nearby (green area of the industrial park) for the aquaculture purpose (feeding freshwater fish); and (2) fish products is then used to produce fertilizers served for the cultivation activities of local people in the Nang canal area. The study results showed that the developed model has contributed to create 3 additional new types of livelihoods for local community (aquaculture, composting, beekeeping), and thus supported to maintain of sustainable existing livelihoods, to increase the income of about 121,010,000 VND\u002Fyear for people, as well as to contribute to the protection and reasonable use of water resources in the region. In aquatic ecosystem, plastic debris can provide a habitat for microbial communities, including pathogens which might cause ad-verse impacts on aquatic animals and human health. This study, for the first time, investigated densities of typical pathogens of Coliforms and Vibrio spp. associated on plastic samples col-lected in surface water (SW), water column (WC, 5 m below surface water), and sediment (SED) at downstreams of Sai Gon river (Phu My bridge site) and Dong Nai river (Binh Khanh habour site) in the dry season of 2022. The results showed that densities of pathogens associat-ed on SW plastics were significantly higher than densities of pathogens associated on WC and SED plastics. For instance, (i) densities of Coliform on SW plastics (9.7 ± 0.1 × 106 and 180.0 ± 10.0 × 106 CFU\u002Fg plastic) were significantly higher than the ones on WC plastics (3.1 ± 0.5 × 106 and 5.5 ± 1.2 × 106 CFU\u002Fg plastic), and the ones on SED plastics (1.7 ± 0.3 × 106 and 5.7 ± 0.7 × 106 CFU\u002Fg plastic); and similarly (ii) densities of Vibrio spp. on SW plastics (4.2 ± 0.1 × 104 and 1.3 ± 0.2 × 105 CFU\u002Fg plastic) were significantly higher than the ones on WC plastics of 0.0 ± 0.0 and 7.7 ± 0.4 × 103 CFU\u002Fg plastic, and the ones on SED plastics of 2.0 ± 0.2 × 104 and 4.4 ± 0.0 × 104 CFU\u002Fg plastic, in Phu My and Binh Khanh, respectively. So that, HCMC needs to have GHG reduce plan base on NDC of Vietnam. Ho Chi Minh City has 8,120,000 motorcycles in 2019 and average annual growth rate is 7% from 2011 to 2019. The objectives of this paper are: (i) Measure in the laboratory using JICA's (Japan International Cooperation Agency) JP1015 cycle to calculate the distance traveled per 1 liter of fuel for three motorcylces categories; (ii) Develop monitoring reporting and verification (MRV) system for motorcycles. This study conducted surveys and interviews with 270 samples for 3 types of motocycle are: cylinder capacity from 50 to 100cc; cylinder capacity from over 100 to less than 150 cc and cylinder capacity over 150cc. The number of interview questionnaires for each vehicle type is 80, 160 and 30, respectively. The results of measurement in the laboratory using JICA's (Japan International Cooperation Agency) JP1015 cycle show that the distance traveled per 1 liter of fuel results of old gear motocyle, new gear motocycle, old automatic transmission motorcycle and new automatic transmission motorcycle are 47, 58, 40 và 50 km\u002Flitter, respectively. During a geological survey in the Southeast Vietnam, the population of volcanic caves has been discovered in the Gia Ty forest area (Km123, National Highway 20), Tan Phu town, Tan Phu district, Bau Ham commune, Trang Bom district, Bau Sen ward, Long Khanh city, Dong Nai province. The research results of distribution characteristics, material composition, and formation mechanism of volcanic caves show that volcanic caves are distributed in Quaternary basalt eruption formations of Xuan Loc Formation and Cay Gao Formation. The main composition consists of tholeiitic basalts (basaltic andesite) and alkali olivine basalts (basalt, trachybasalt). Tholeiitic basalts are characterized by high SiO2 content (52.84-54.54wt%), corresponding to the total of alkaline (Na2O+K2O) vary from (3.28-3.47wt%), Na2O\u002FK2O ratio of 5.70-7.37, and K2O\u002FMgO ratio of 0.06-0.07. Rocks have high Sr content (200.87-248.01ppm), the total content of light rare earth elements is mainly ∑LREE (35.99-44.90ppm), but high rare earth elements occupy the secondary ∑HREE (16.30-16.64ppm), Rb\u002FSr ratio of 0.04-0.06. Alkali olivine basalts are characterized by SiO2 content vary from 45.54wt% (basalt) to 48.86wt% (trachybasalt), corresponding to the total of alkaline (Na2O+K2O) vary from 3.97-5.13wt%, Na2O\u002FK2O ratio of 1.51-3.65 and K2O\u002FMgO ratio of 0.10-0.26. This study presents a process of integrating GIS and remotely sensed data to develop a map of environmental geological zonning for the planning of development of the efective and safety construction sites. Data used in this work include Landsat 8 satellite image classified by application of Fuzzy Logic method to build the map of land use status which includes construction sites, and the GIS data including geology, topography, engineering geology and hydrogeology. The result from this process of integration is the suitability maps of appropriate units for the development of construction sites on the Thi Vai river basin. This map shows 3 different levels of geological environmental condition for development of the construction sites. The scarcity of water for agriculture in this area in the dry season is very serious. Surface moisture is one of the parameters included in the assessment of aridity. In this study, the authors establish the correlation between VV reflectance value, VH reflectance value extracted from Sentinel-1 satellite image and surface soil moisture collected in the study area. Moisture samples in the field will be taken at a depth of 5cm from the surface in at the same time the Sentinel-1 observation through study area. Samples were taken at 4 different days, each day taking 22 samples and 2 samples for calibrated. Reflectance value VV, reflectance value VH at different times are adjusted according to 2 fixed points corresponding to the place where water is saturated and the surface is the driest in the cultivation area of dragon fruit. Besides, the soil moisture value correlated with the reflectance value of VV and reflectance value of VH in research was compared and compared with similar studies in the world in order to increase the reliability of the data.
