Antibiotic resistance of bacteria is a treatment obstacle. cấy máu phân lập được căn nguyên vi khuẩn trong vòng 48 giờ đầu sau khi nhập viện.\r\nKết quả: Có 39,8% bệnh nhân chưa được phát hiện đái tháo đường trước đó. 74,1% bệnh nhân có glucose máu lúc nhập viện ≥ 10mmol\u002FL và 84,2% có chỉ số HbA1c ≥ 7%. 93% bệnh nhân có sốt lúc nhập viện. Nhiễm khuẩn hô hấp chiếm tỷ lệ cao nhất trong số các cơ quan bị nhiễm khuẩn (31,3%). Có 60,8% có tăng bạch cầu; 45,5% giảm tiểu cầu; 15,1% có tổn thương thận cấp, chủ yếu là tổn thương mức độ 1; 67,9% có tăng CRP >100 mg\u002FL và có 42,4% có tăng PCT >10 ng\u002Fml. Vi khuẩn gram âm là căn nguyên chủ yếu (73,9%) và thường gặp nhất là E. coli (30,1%), K. pneumoniae (15,3%), B. pseudomallei (10,8%). Tỷ lệ sốc nhiễm khuẩn chiếm 17,1 %, tỷ lệ tử vong là 9,1%.","Objective: To describe the clinical, paraclinical and etiology of blood stream infection in diabetic patients treated at National Hospital for Tropical Diseases. Methods: A cross-sectional study on 176 diabetic patients with bloodstream infection diagnosed by positive blood culture, isolated bacteria in the first 48h of hospital admission.\r\nResults: Of them, 39.8% had never been diagnosed with diabetes before. 74.1% of patients had blood glucose at admission ≥ 10mmol\u002FL and 84.2% had HbA1c index ≥ 7%. 93% of patients had the fever, respiratory infection accounted for the highest percentage of all infected organs (31.3%). The disease often progresses for a long time, difficult to diagnose and has a high mortality rate. In Vietnam, there are a few studies on Cryptococcal meningitis in HIV-uninfected patients.\r\nObjective: This study determines treatment outcomes in patients with Cryptococcal meningitis in non-HIV-infected patients at National Hospital for Tropical Diseases and Center for Tropical Diseases - Bach Mai Hospital.\r\nSubject and methods: Prospective cross-sectional description combined with retrospective. 45 patients were diagnosed with meningitis caused by Cryptococcus neoformans not infected with HIV from 1\u002F2016 - 6\u002F2020.\r\nResults and conclusions: 45 patients eligible for Thu thập các thông tin về đặc điểm lâm sàng, phương pháp điều trị và kết quả điều trị bằng HTKNR.Kết quả: Trong tổng số 117 bệnh nhân, 94 bệnh nhân (80,3%) được chỉ định dùng HTKNR. Liều HTKNR trung vị là 40 lọ (khoảng tứ phân vị 25 - 50 lọ), thời gian truyền trung vị là 5,0 giờ (khoảng tứ phân vị 3,5 - 7,8 giờ). Phần lớn bệnh nhân (66,7%) được dùng HTKNR trong vòng 6 giờ đầu sau khi bị cắn. Điểm đau giảm dần theo thời gian sau khi dùng HTKNR, từ 7,1 ± 1,1 điểm trước điều trị xuống còn 2,5 ± 1,4 điểm sau khi kết thúc điều trị. Kết quả điều trị: 100% bệnh nhân thoát khỏi tình trạng nguy hiểm, không có trường hợp nào tử vong; 9,6% ra viện, 60,6% chuyển tuyến cơ sở, 29,8% chuyển tuyến chuyên khoa.Kết luận: Điều trị bệnh nhân bị rắn hổ mang cắn bằng HTKNR mang lại hiệu quả cao trong việc cải thiện các triệu chứng lâm sàng và giảm thiểu biến chứng nặng. Tỷ lệ tác dụng không mong muốn ở mức chấp nhận được và đa số có thể kiểm soát được bằng các biện pháp điều trị thích hợp."," Objectives: To evaluate the treatment results with antivenom serum in cobra-bitten patients at the Poison Control Center, Bach Mai Hospital.Methods: A prospective descriptive study on 117 patients bitten by cobras (Naja spp) treated at the Poison Control Center, Bach Mai Hospital from July 2023 to June 2024. Clinical features, treatment methods, and outcomes of antivenom serum therapy were collected.Results: Among 117 patients, 94 (80.3%) were indicated for antivenom serum treatment. The median dose of antivenom was 40 vials (IQR: 25 - 50 vials), with a median infusion time of 5.0 hours (IQR: 3.5 -7.8 hours). Most patients (66.7%) received antivenom within the first 6 hours after being bitten. Pain scores decreased gradually over time after antivenom administration, from 7.1 ± 1.1 points before treatment to 2.5 ± 1.4 points after completing treatment. Treatment outcomes: 100% of patients survived without any fatalities; 9.6% were discharged, 60.6% were transferred to primary facilities, and 29.8% were transferred to specialized departments.Conclusions: Treatment of cobra-bitten patients with antivenom serum is highly effective in improving clinical symptoms and minimizing severe complications. Trước bối cảnh đó, chúng toi tiến hành nghiên cứu này với 2 mục tiêu:\r\nMục tiêu: 1. Mô tả kiến thức, thái độ, thực hành về bệnh viêm gan vi rút B của bệnh nhân nhiễm viêm gan vi rút B đang điều trị tại Bệnh viện bệnh Nhiệt đới Trung ương năm 2021. 2. Đánh giá chất lượng cuộc sống của bệnh nhân nhiễm viêm gan vi rút B đang điều trị tại Bệnh viện bệnh Nhiệt đới Trung ương năm 2021.\r\nĐối tượng và phương pháp: Nghiên cứu mô tả cắt ngang 112 bệnh nhân viêm gan vi rút B điều trị tại Bệnh Viện Bệnh Nhiệt đới Trung ương năm 2021 dựa trên bảng hỏi có sẵn.\r\nKết quả và kết luận: Phần lớn đối tượng có kiến thức về triệu chứng ở mức độ trung bình (62,5%), còn 21,43% bệnh nhân có kiến thức tốt. 74,11% bệnh nhân cho rằng viêm gan B có thể gây nên xơ gan, 62,86% gây ung thư gan. Hầu hết các đối tượng đã có kiến thức về chế độ ăn và các biện pháp phòng chống lây nhiễm viêm gan B. Trong đó: 60,71% bệnh nhân có kiến thức về viêm gan B ở mức độ tốt, 32,14% ở mức độ trung bình và 7,14% ở mức độ thấp . Khi biết mình nhiễm viêm gan B 14,29% bệnh nhân cảm thấy sợ hãi, 44,64% lo lắng và 41,07 cho rằng bình thường.\r\n-       Có 44,65% bệnh nhân có thực hành tốt, còn 16,96% bệnh nhân có mức thực hành thấp . Hầu hết bệnh nhân dùng riêng dụng cụ sinh hoạt (91,96%); 77,68% bệnh nhân không tự mua thuốc để điều trị.\r\n-          Điểm chất lượng cuộc sống theo 2 thang đo EQ-5D-5L, VAS lần lượt là 0,7±0,58 và 69,5±20,4. 44,64% bệnh nhân có chút lo lắng\u002Fbuồn phiền, 28,57% không cảm thấy gì và 1,79% bệnh nhân cảm thấy lo lắng\u002Fbuồn phiền ở mức độ vô cùng nhiều.","Ojectives: HBV is a disease with long-term chronic course or flare-ups, the consequences of chronic HBV can lead to cirrhosis and liver cancer. Therefore, early detection and treatment is very meaningful. However, this depends on the patient's perception of the disease. Against this background, we conducted this study with two objectives\r\nObjectives: 1. Describe knowledge, attitude and practice about hepatitis B virus infection of patients infected with hepatitis B virus being treated at the National Hospital for Tropical Diseases in 2021. 2. Quality assessment of life of patients infected with hepatitis B virus  treated at the National Hospital for Tropical Diseases in 2021.\r\nSubjects and methods: A cross-sectional descriptive study of 112 hepatitis B patients treated at the National Hospital for Tropical Diseases in 2021.\r\nResults and conclusions: Most of the subjects had moderate knowledge of symptoms (62.5%), while 21.43% of patients had good knowledge. 74.11% of patients think that hepatitis B can cause cirrhosis, 62.86% cause liver cancer. Most of the subjects had knowledge about diet and measures to prevent hepatitis B infection. Of which: 60.71% of patients had good knowledge about hepatitis B, 32.14% at moderate level and 7.14% at low level . Now, after more than 2 years of extremely complicated pandemic developments, a deeper understanding of the virus is still a concern and a challenge for clinicians due to the diverse manifestations of organ damage caused by SARS CoV2. Covid-19 is a respiratory disease with manifestations ranging from mild in the upper respiratory tract to progressive pneumonia such as ARDS and lung failure. In addition, this new virus strain has also been recorded to cause severe damage to the metabolic syndrome, acute kidney injury, thrombotic events, cardiovascular and neurological syndromes including acute cerebrovascular disease and encephalopathy. Neurological manifestations can be mild with headache, dizziness or more serious encephalitis, meningitis and cerebral stroke. However, in the world, there are still quite a few reports of acute encephalitis in Covid 19. Các đặc điểm bệnh nhân, tỷ lệ tái hoạt động HBV (rHBV) và các yếu tố nguy cơ tiềm tàng liên quan đến HBV được phân tích.Kết quả: Tuổi trung bình của bệnh nhân là 50 tuổi (dao động từ 34 - 70). Tất cả bệnh nhân đều được dự phòng kháng vi rút, bao gồm entecavir (96,4%) hoặc tenofovir (3,6%). Thời gian dự phòng kháng vi rút trung bình trước khi bắt đầu hóa trị là 9,5 ± 7,4 ngày. Tái hoạt động HBV chỉ xảy ra ở 5,4% trường hợp. Không ghi nhận mối liên quan có ý nghĩa thống kê giữa các yếu tố nguy cơ được đánh giá và tình trạng tái hoạt động HBV.Kết luận: Hóa trị ở bệnh nhân viêm gan B mạn tính vẫn là một thách thức lớn trong thực hành lâm sàng, đặc biệt ở bệnh nhân ung thư vú sử dụng phác đồ có anthracyclin. "," Objectives: To evaluate the clinical characteristics and the effectiveness of antiviral prophylaxis inpreventing hepatitis B virus (HBV) reactivation in patients with early-stage breast cancer undergoingchemotherapy.Subjects and methods: We conducted a retrospective cross-sectional descriptive study based on themedical records of 56 patients with early-stage breast cancer who were positive for hepatitis B virusinfection. All patients received chemotherapy in 2024 at the Vietnam National Cancer Hospital. Patientcharacteristics, the rate of HBV reactivation (rHBV), and potential risk factors associated with rHBV wereanalyzed.Results: The mean age of the patients was 50 years (range: 34 - 70). All patients received antiviralprophylaxis, including entecavir (96.4%) or tenofovir (3.6%). The mean duration of antiviral prophylaxisbefore the initiation of chemotherapy was 9.5 ± 7.4 days. Thời gian chỉnh sửa và gửi lại kéo dài không quá 2 tuần, từ khi tác giả bài báo nhận được thông tin (Quá trình này có thể lặp lại tối đa 2 lần\u002F1 bài báo). Khi có sự thống nhất, đồng ý của người phản biện; bài báo được tiếp tục đăng theo qui trình.\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>\u003Cbr>\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>\u003Cspan style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">3.
