Dựa trên đặc điểm hình thái và trình tự vùng ITS của rDNA, 2 mẫunấm Tr.HG6 và Tr.HG11 được xác định thuộc loài Trichoderma asperellum.Trên môi trường PDB, sau 72 giờ nuôi cấy ở 30C, dịch nuôi cấy 2 chủng T. asperellumTr.HG6 và Tr.HG11 thể hiện hoạt tính kháng P. digitatummạnh nhất(đường kính vòng kháng nấm tương ứng là 64,0 và 45,3mm). Dịch nuôi cấy chủng T. asperellumTr.HG6 có đặc tính bền nhiệt, giữ được hoạt tính cao ở 50C. Nghiên cứu này đã tuyển chọn được 2 chủng nấm T. asperellumTr.HG6 và Tr.HG11 có khả năng kháng nấm P.digitatummạnh và có tiềm năng ứng dụng trong việc sản xuất chế phẩm sinh học.","Trichodermais a genus of fungus potential for probiotic preparation because it is safe and has strong resistance against many fungal species.The objective of this study was to evaluate the P. digitatumantifungal ability of Trichodermaculture in order to find the potential fungal strains for the production of P. digitatumantifungal probiotics that cause orange rot.In this study, twenty Trichodermasamples (Tr.HG1 - Tr.HG20)were isolated from orange-growing soil in Ha Giang province, of which Tr.HG6 and Tr.HG11 samples were assessed as being highly resistant to P. digitatumcausing orange rot(The diameters of the resistant zones were 64,0 ± 1,0 and 45,3 ± 1,5 mm, respectively). Based on the morphological characteristics and sequence of ITS region of rDNA, Tr.HG6 and Tr.HG11 samples were identified as Trichoderma asperellum. On PDB media, after 72 h of incubation at 30°C, cultures of two strains of T. asperellum Tr.HG6 and Tr.HG11 showed the strongest P. digitatum resistance(The diameters of the resistant zones were 64.0 and 45.3 mm, respectively). The culture solution of T. asperellum Tr.HG6 showed high thermal stability and had ability to keep its high activity at 50°C. Bốn nghiệm thức bao gồm đối chứng là cá rô phi nuôi đơn và cho ăn thức ăn viên theo nhu cầu; banghiệm thức còn lại là cá được nuôi ghép với rong câu và được cho ăn ở các mức75%, 50%và 25% lượng thức ăn của nghiệm thức đối chứng. Mỗi nghiệm thức được thực hiện với ba lần lặp lại trong hệ thống bể nuôi 80 lít, độ mặn 10‰ ở mật độ 250con\u002Fm3. Từ khối lượng ban đầu trung bình 4,65 - 4,69g\u002Fcon, sau 56 ngày nuôi, tỉ lệ sống của cá thí nghiệm không bị ảnh hưởng bởi chế độ cho ăn và đạt 95 - 100%. Tốc độ tăng trưởng của cá ở nghiệm thức cho ăn 75% nhu cầukhông khác biệt thống kêso với nghiệm thức đối chứng (P &gt; 0,05). Hệ số thức ăn giảm theo sự giảm lượng thức ăn cung cấp và chi phí thức ăn được giảm từ 24,7 - 51,8%, đồng thời hàm lượng TAN và NO2thấp hơn nhiều so với nghiệm thức đối chứng.Thành phần sinh hóa thịt cá gồmđộ ẩm,protein và tro tương tự giữa các nghiệm thức, riêng hàm lượng lipid ở nghiệm thức đối chứng cao hơn có ý nghĩathống kê (P &lt;0,05)so với các nghiệm thức cho ăn 50% và 25% đối chứng. Kết quả cho thấy nuôi kết hợp cá rô phi với rong câu cho ăn75% lượng thức ăn đối chứng vẫn đảm bảo sự tăng trưởng của cá và giảm được chi phí thức ănđồng thời duy trì chất lượng nước tốt hơn. ","The study on co-culture of tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus) and red seaweed (Gracilariasp.) with different feeding rates was conducted consisting of 4 treatments with 3 replicates. Fish was mono-cultured and fed at libitumas a control.In other three treatments, fishwere co-cultured with red seaweed and fed at 75%, 50%and 25% feed ration of the control. The experimental fish with mean weight of 4.65-4.69g were stocked at density of 250fish\u002Fm3 and at salinity of 10ppt. Hai chủng được lựa chọn làMT50 và MT51 có các đặc tính như: hiệu suất loại bỏ amoni cao (lần lượt là 80,36 và 82,24%), pH tối ưu là 7 và sinh trưởng tốt trong môi trường có nồng độ muối cao (4% NaCl). Ngoài ra, hai chủng này cũng cho thấy khả năng cải thiện nước thải nuôi tôm ở điều kiện phòng thí nghiệm. Thí nghiệm TN1 với 1% huyền phù tế bào chủng MT51 cho thấy lượng amoni bị loại bỏ cao nhất (62,38%), trong khi kết quả của các nghiệm thức khác không có ý nghĩa (P &gt;0,05). Thí nghiệm TN2, cả 2 chủng Bacillussp. đều loại bỏ amoni từ 72,25 và 78,85% ở ngày thứ 7. Thí nghiệm TN3, chủng MT51 cho hiệu quả loại bỏ amoni cao nhất với tỉ lệ bổ sung 1% huyền phù tế bào ở ngày thứ 4 là 79,91%. Kết quả cũng cho thấy sự hình thành của nitrit và nitrat trong các thí nghiệm và các chất này được loại bỏ bởi các chủng Bacillussp. nghiên cứu. Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy 02 chủng Bacillussp. phân lập được có thể là loài khử nitrat hiếu khí dị dưỡng.","Treatment of aquaculture wastewater by biological method is being more attractive to the scientists. This study aimed to screen the salt-tolerant and ammonia-oxidizing Bacillusendophytic bacteria having potential to reduce ammonium levels in shrimp aquaculture wastewater. In this study, eight Bacillusstrains were screened from endophytic bacteria isolated from gooose grass. Among these strains, two strains, MT50 and MT51 showed the highest efficiency for ammonium removal (80.36 and 82.24%, respectively). They optimally grew at pH of 7 and in highly salty condition (4% NaCl). Investigation in laboratory conditions for their ability in improving shrimp aquaculture wastewater showed that both Bacillusstrains had ammonium removal from 72.25 and 78.85% at day 7th. Notably, strain MT50 in combination with unsterilized shrimp-wastewater presented the highest ammonium removal efficiency (79.91%) with 1% cell suspension at day 4th. The results also showed the nitrite and nitrate production in all experiments and these compounds were removed by the selected Bacillusspecies. Một khảo sát đã được thực hiện với 641 khách du lịch, 100 người dân và 25 cán bộ văn hóa, cán bộ địa phương để nghiên cứu thực trạng phát triển du lịch và đánh giá tính bền vững của sựphát triển này. Kết quả nghiên cứu đã cho thấy du lịch Vịnh đang phát triển khá thuận lợi, đóng góp vào sự tăng trưởng kinh tế của địa phương, giảm tỷ lệ hộ nghèo, giải quyết việc làm cho lao động địa phương. Tuy nhiên, hiện nay du lịch biển đảo của Vịnh đang phải đối mặt với những nguy cơ phát triển thiếu tính bền vững:vấn đề về nguy cơ ô nhiễm môi trường biển đảo, sự suy thoái về văn hóa, nguy cơ mất ổn định về an ninh trật tự trên địa bàn. Nghiên cứu đã gợi ý một số giải pháp về chính sách và qui hoạch phát triển du lịch, nâng cao chất lượng nguồn nhân lực du lịch, đẩy mạnh xúc tiến quảng bá, bảo vệ môi trường để phát triển bền vững du lịch biển đảo vịnh Bái Tử Long.","Bai Tu Long Bay Tourism plays an important role in the economic -social development of Van Don island district, Quang Ninh province. However, the island tourism is facing to the risk of unsustainable development on several aspects. A survey was carried out throughsurveying641 tourists, 100 local people and 25 local leaders and staffs in order to analyze the current situation of tourism development and assess its sustainability. The results of the study showed that touristactivities is growing, contributing to economic growth, reducing the poverty rate, and creating jobs for local people. However, the tourism of Bai Tu Long Bay currently faces withproblems of the environmental pollution,traditional cultural deterioration, and risk of destabilizingsecurity and order. Ảnh hưởng giữa lượng đạm bón và mật độ trồng đến giống được thể hiện rõ ở các chỉ tiêu sinh lý, là giá trị chỉ số diện tích lá và lượng chất khô tích lũy tăng dần qua các thời kỳ sinh trưởng. Hai chỉ tiêu này đều có tương quan chặt với năng suất của giống ở thời kỳ chín sữa với tất cả các công thức đạm bón và mật độ trồng khác nhau trong cả hai vụ Thu Đông 2013 và Xuân 2014. Năng suất là yếu tố bị ảnh hưởng nhiều nhất bởi yếu tố mật độ và phân bón. Ở công thức bón phân P4 (190kg N\u002Fha+ 90kg P2O5và 70kgK2O\u002Fha) với mật độ trồng từ 5,7-6,1 vạn cây\u002Fha cho năng suất cao nhất, đạt 11-11,8 tấn bắp tươi\u002Fha.","This experiment was conducted to evaluate the effect ofnitrogen ratesand plant densities on physiological and yield characteristics of waxy maize cv. HUA518using two-factorial design. Nitrogen rates and plant densities did not clearly affect plant height, growth durations and ear height, except the case withoutnitrogen application. The posiste effect ofnitrogen ratesapplied and plant density, however, on leaf area index (LAI) and dry matter accumulation was apparent. Kết quả đánh giá sinh trưởng, phát triển của 5chủng nấm sònuôi trồng trên rơm rạ khử trùng ở nhiệt độ 121°C trong thời gian 100 phút và rơm rạ không khử trùng (rơm rạ ủ đống 6 - 7 ngày, nhiệt độ trong đống ủ đạt 60 - 70°C) đã chọn được chủng PN1 đạt hiệu suất sinh học cao nhất. Trên nguyên liệu nuôi trồng là rơm khử trùng ở nhiệt độ 121°C, chủng nấm sò PN1 có hiệu suất sinh học cao nhất đạt 73,8%. Trên nguyên liệu nuôi trồng hỗn hợp, chủng nấm PN1  sinh trưởng tốt và cho hiệu suất sinh học cao nhất đạt 77,4% tại công thức 3 với thành phần gồm rơm rạ (84%), vỏ hạt bông (10%), cám gạo (5%)  và CaCO3(1%). ","Oyster mushroom (Pleurotus spp.) is a delicious edible fungus with high nutritional and medicinal values. Itcontains all essential amino acids and several polysaccharides.Five strains of oyster mushroom werecultivated on rice straw sterilized at 121oC for 100 min and on rice straw piled  for6-7 days at 60-70oC. The results showed that of5 oyster mushroom strains, PN1 showed the highest growth rate.  In addition, sterilized straw was the most suitable material for the growth of PN1 with bio-efficiency at 73.8%. For further investigation, PN1 was cultured on a mixture of different materials including straw and some agricultural wastes such as cotton seed hull, sawdust, husk, and rice bran. It showed that the mix(in percent) with straw (84), cotton seed hull (10), rice bran (5) and CaCO3(1)was the best medium for the mycelial growth and  fruitingbody yield and the bio-efficiency of Xà lách (Lactuca sativaL.), húng lũi (Mentha spicata L.) và húng quế (Ocimum basilicumL.) là ba loại rau được trồng trên các hệ thống dựa trên phương pháp thủy canh nhưng nước được thay thế bằng nước nuôi cá rôphi với mật độ 120 con\u002Fm3. Trong suốt thời gian 70 ngày nuôi hệ thống không thay nước mới và cho cá ăn mỗi ngày nhưng chất lượng nước đến khi kết thúc thí nghiệm đều khá tốt, đặc biệt không có sự tích lũy nồng độ đạm NH4-N và NO2-N. Hai kiểu hệ thống trong nghiên cứu đều phù hợp với hộ gia đình có diện tích sân thượng vừa và có khoảng sân trước hiên nhỏ. Xét một cách tổng quát, thiết kế theo hệ thống 1 mang tính ổn định và có tiềm năng để kế thừa và phát triển hơn hệ thống 2. Mặc dù vậy, để áp dụng vào thực tiễn cần có giải pháp khắc phục được sâu bệnh và tăng hiệu quả nuôi cá.","This study was carried out to investigate the suitability of different aquaponic systems to be applied at the suburban household scale. The experimentconsisted of two types of hydroponic sub-systems in three replications;presence and absence of substrate were the main difference of two types of systems. Three leafy vegetables,lettuce (Lactuca sativaL.), curled mint (Mentha spicataL.),and basil (Ocimum basilicumL.) were planted on these two aquaponic systems and watered with water from Tilapia culture at the density of 120 fish\u002Fm3. During 70 raising days, the water quality was good especially zero-accumulation of nitrogenous forms NH4-N and NO2-N in spite of daily feeding and zero-water exchange. The two aquaponics systems in this study were suitable for the householdswith a medium size of rooftop and small front yard. Generally, the first system showed sustainabilityand higher potential forfurther developmentas compared to the second system. Các vật liệu được trồng trên đồng ruộng trong một thí nghiệm tuần tự không nhắc lại, theo dõi một số đặc điểm nông sinh học. Các vật liệu cho thu hoạch sau 8-11 tháng trồng. Chiều cao cây của các vật liệu ở mức trung bình và dao động không nhiều (165,2-183,2cm), có 6 vật liệu có phân cành. Hầu hết các vật liệu chỉ có 1 thân\u002Fkhóm, CM15, CM21 có 2 thân\u002Fkhóm và CM60 có 3 thân\u002Fkhóm. Số củ\u002Fcây của các vật liệu dao động từ 4,3-15,8 củ\u002Fcây. Khối lượng củ tươi cao nhất ở CM15 (5,0 kg\u002Fcây) và 2 giống đối chứng (5,26-5,82 kg\u002Fcây). Sử dụng phương pháp ghép, sau 2 tuần thu được 40 cây ghép thành công của 13 vật liệu. Kiểm tra kiểu gen của các cây ghép này bằng chỉ thị JSP1\u002FJSP2 và JSP1\u002FJSP3 đã xác định được sự có mặt của ACMV ở 8 vật liệu (CM2, CM3, CM8, CM15, CM20, CM60, KM140 và KM94). Đánh giá mức độ nhiễm bệnh của các vật liệu sau ghép 3 tháng, xác định nhóm vật liệu kháng gồm CM15, CM16, CM21, CM60, CM88 và ĐC2 (KM94), nhóm kháng cao gồm CM50 và CM61.","This study was conducted to evaluate some agro-biological characteristics of 14 domestic and exotic cassava materials in Gia Lam, Hanoi condition, and to evaluate the resistance of the materials through artificial infection experiments by the transplanting method. The material was grown in the field in a sequential experiment without repeating, tracking some agro-biological characteristics. The materials were havested after 8-11 months. The plant height of the materials ranged from 165.2-183.2cm, there are 8 materials with branching height. Most materials have only 1 stem\u002Fcluster, CM15, CM21 had 2 stems\u002Fcluster and CM60 had 3 stems\u002Fcluster. The number of tubers\u002Ftree varies from 4.3-15.8 tubers\u002Ftree. The highest weight of fresh tubers was obtained CM15 (5.0 kg\u002Ftree) and 2 control varieties (5.26-5.82 kg\u002Ftree). Using the tranplanting method, evaluated after 2 weeks, 40 successful transplanted trees of 13 materials were evaluated. Genotyping of these transplanted trees was checked by JSP1\u002FJSP2 and JSP1\u002FJSP3 primers detected the presence of ACMV in plants of 8 materials (CM2, CM3, CM8, CM15, CM20, CM60, KM140 and KM94). Assessing the level of infection after 3 months of transplantation, the group of resistant and highly resistant varieties were identified including CM15, CM16, CM21, CM60, CM88, CM50, CM61 and
