Những bài báo không đúng quy cách hoặc có nội dung không phù hợp hoặc vi phạm bản quyền sẽ bị từ chối (Ban Thư ký thông báo phản hồi đến tác giả trong vòng 1 tuần). Những bài báo đủ điều kiện, được Ban Thư ký tòa soạn chuyển đến Ban Biên tập có cùng chuyên môn với nội dung bài báo để đề xuất người phản biện. Các phản biện gởi nhận xét cho Ban Thư ký. Nếu ý kiến đồng ý đăng và cần chỉnh sửa, Ban Thư ký sẽ thông tin đến tác giả chỉnh sửa theo yêu cầu của người phản biện. Thời gian chỉnh sửa và gửi lại kéo dài không quá 2 tuần, từ khi tác giả bài báo nhận được thông tin (Quá trình này có thể lặp lại tối đa 2 lần\u002F1 bài báo). Khi có sự thống nhất, đồng ý của người phản biện; bài báo được tiếp tục đăng theo qui trình.\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>\u003Cbr>\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>\u003Cspan style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">3. Ban Thư ký tổng hợp các bản thảo đã được tác giả hoàn thiện sau thẩm định trình Ban Biên tập xem xét, Tổng Biên tập phê duyệt, quyết định bài đăng theo các tiêu chí: sự phù hợp nội dung với tôn chỉ và mục đích, thể loại bài viết (ưu tiên các bài có bài có nghiên cứu chuyên sâu, hàm lượng khoa học cao), đóng góp mới bài báo, bài báo được ưu tiên đăng trong số gần nhất của Tạp chí theo thứ tự: tính thời sự, chất lượng bài báo và thời gian gửi bài.\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>\u003Cbr>\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>\u003Cspan style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">2. Quá trình thi công đất của một dự án chung cư cao tầng tại Hà Nội được mô hình hóa bằng chương trình EZStrobe. Mô hình sau đó được kiểm chứng và phát triển với nhiều kịch bản mô phỏng khác nhau, trong đó xác suất dừng chờ tại các nút giao thông có đèn tín hiệu được xem là biến ảnh hưởng chủ yếu. Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy, các yếu tố bất định của giao thông, đặc biệt thời gian chờ đèn tín hiệu, có tác động rõ rệt đến tiến độ và chi phí thi công. So với phương pháp tính toán truyền thống, thời gian thi công tăng tối đa 28,24 %, kéo theo chi phí tăng 29,9%. Để đảm bảo tiến độ và tối ưu chi phí, mô phỏng đã xác định đội hình thiết bị hợp lý gồm 06 máy đào kết hợp với 8 đến 9 xe tải\u002Fmáy. Những phát hiện này khẳng định rằng, việc bỏ qua các yếu tố ngẫu nhiên của giao thông đô thị có thể gây sai lệch lớn trong lập kế hoạch thi công. Ứng dụng DES giúp phản ánh thực tế chính xác hơn, hỗ trợ quá trình ra quyết định trong tổ chức thi công, tối ưu hóa đội hình thiết bị, giảm thời gian và chi phí, qua đó nâng cao hiệu quả trong việc Dựa trên tập dữ liệu bảng gồm 2.948 quan sát từ các doanh nghiệp ngành xây dựng niêm yết, nghiên cứu sử dụng phương pháp hồi quy Bình phương tối thiểu tổng quát khả thi (FGLS) để kiểm soát các hiện tượng phương sai sai số thay đổi và tự tương quan. Kết quả thực nghiệm cho thấy chu kỳ chuyển đổi tiền mặt trung bình của ngành ở mức cao (250,17 ngày), phản ánh đặc thù thâm dụng vốn và nợ đọng kéo dài. Hai yếu tố có tác động trọng yếu và có ý nghĩa thống kê ở mức 1% là tỷ lệ tiền mặt (CASH) và quy mô doanh nghiệp (SZ). Trong đó, dự trữ tiền mặt giúp rút ngắn đáng kể chu kỳ CCC, trong khi quy mô lớn lại làm kéo dài chu kỳ này do tính chất phức tạp của các dự án hạ tầng. Các bộ điều khiển trượt SMC truyền thống, mặc dù có tính bền vững cao trước nhiễu và bất định của mô hình, thường tồn tại sai số xác lập khi hệ thống chịu tác động của các nhiễu hằng hoặc biến đổi chậm. Bằng cách tích hợp một thành phần tích phân vào trong mặt trượt, bộ điều khiển ISMC được đề xuất có khả năng loại bỏ sai số tĩnh hiệu quả, đảm bảo độ chính xác bám quỹ đạo vượt trội. Do đó, nghiên cứu này tập trung vào việc cải tiến hiệu năng bộ thông số PID trong cấu trúc của bộ điều khiển này dựa trên thuật toán tối ưu hóa bầy đàn (Particle Swarm Optimization - PSO). Kỹ thuật điều khiển vô hướng V\u002Ff hằng số (Scalar control) được ứng dụng để thành lập sơ đồ điều khiển kết hợp mô hình toán học động cơ không đồng bộ ba pha, phục vụ cho việc đánh giá và khảo sát.
