Thời gian chỉnh sửa và gửi lại kéo dài không quá 2 tuần, từ khi tác giả bài báo nhận được thông tin (Quá trình này có thể lặp lại tối đa 2 lần\u002F1 bài báo). 200 bệnh nhân được chẩn đoán nhiễm khuẩn huyết tại BVBNĐTƯ từ tháng 7\u002F2017 đến tháng 6\u002F2020.\r\nKết quả: Ba căn nguyên gây nhiễm khuẩn huyết phổ biến nhất là E. coli (32%), S. aureus Antibiotic resistance of bacteria is a treatment obstacle. Chính vì vậy mà chúng tôi tiến hành đề tài này với mục tiêu sau: Mục tiêu: Mô tả thực trạng sự hài lòng người bệnh điều trị nội trú tại Bệnh Viện bệnh nhiệt đới Trung ươngnăm 2025.Đối tượng và phương pháp: Nghiên cứu mô tả cắt ngang tiến hành khảo sát trên 351 người bệnh điều trị nội trú tại Bệnh viện dựa trên bảng hỏi có sẵn.Kết quả và kết luận: Tỷ lệ hài lòng chung là 77,5%; hài lòng về khả năng tiếp cận là 86,3%; sự minh bạch thông tin, thủ tục khám bệnh và điều trị là 86,3%; cơ sở vật chất và phương tiện phục vụ người bệnh là 75,5%; thái độ ứng xử, năng lực chuyên môn của nhân viên y tế là 87,2%; kết quả cung cấp dịch vụ là 89,5%.Khuyến nghị: Bệnh viện tiếp tục thường xuyên kiểm tra, giám sát, cải tiến quy trình kỹ thuật chăm sóc, nâng cao năng lực chuyên môn. Therefore, in order to improve hospital quality, hospitalsneed to implement more specific and practical activities to enhance infrastructure and equipment, improvethe attitude and service spirit of hospital staff, as well as the quality of medical examination and treatmentservices. For this reason, we conducted this study with the following objective:Objective: To describe the current situation of inpatient satisfaction at the National Hospital for TropicalDiseases in 2025.Subjects and methods: A cross-sectional descriptive study was conducted, surveying 351 inpatients atthe hospital using a structured questionnaire.Results and conclusion: The overall satisfaction rate was 77.5%; satisfaction with accessibility was86.3%; transparency of information and medical examination and treatment procedures was 86.3%;hospital facilities and patient service amenities were rated at 75.5%; attitude and professional competenceof medical staff at 87.2%; and satisfaction with service outcomes at 89.5%.Recommendations: The hospital should continue to regularly inspect, monitor, and improve technicalcare processes and enhance professional capacity. The predominant imaging pattern was multifocal, asymmetric parenchymal involvement (57.8%), with restricted diffusion present in 82.2% of these cases. Lesions were most frequently located in the temporal (63.3%), frontal (36.7%), and insular lobes (34.4%).A statistically significant association was observed between the number of parenchymal lesions and thepresence of vomiting (p = 0.032) as well as meningeal signs (p = 0.026). Lesions were more frequently foundin patients with headache and vomiting, and less common in those with underlying comorbidities. Parenchymalinvolvement with restricted diffusion was more prevalent among male patients and those presenting with fever.Meningeal enhancement was more commonly seen in patients with headache. Parietal lobe involvementwas associated with seizures. Frontal lobe lesions were more frequent in patients with comorbidities andwere less often linked to autonomic dysfunction, whereas diencephalic lesions showed a stronger associationwith autonomic dysfunction. Cần có những nghiên cứu mở rộng, quy mô lớn để đưa ra các kết luận về biểu hiện thần kinh ngắn và dài hạn do biến chứng của Covid-19.","Coronavirus disease 19 (COVID-19), caused by the severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARSCoV-2), is a challenging concern for physicians due to its variable presentation. Now, after more than 2 years of extremely complicated pandemic developments, a deeper understanding of the virus is still a concern and a challenge for clinicians due to the diverse manifestations of organ damage caused by SARS CoV2. Covid-19 is a respiratory disease with manifestations ranging from mild in the upper respiratory tract to progressive pneumonia such as ARDS and lung failure. In addition, this new virus strain has also been recorded to cause severe damage to the metabolic syndrome, acute kidney injury, thrombotic events, cardiovascular and neurological syndromes including acute cerebrovascular disease and encephalopathy. Neurological manifestations can be mild with headache, dizziness or more serious encephalitis, meningitis and cerebral stroke. However, in the world, there are still quite a few reports of acute encephalitis in Covid 19. Thu thập dữ liệu lâmsàng, xét nghiệm, hình ảnh học, phương pháp can thiệp và theo dõi kết quả sau mổ.Kết quả: Nghiên cứu 24 bệnh nhân cho thấy: Bệnh nhân chủ yếu là nam giới, tuổi trung bình 41,6 ± 16,9.Tỷ lệ áp xe đa ổ 25%, liên quan tiền sử viêm màng não hoặc chấn thương sọ não. Phẫu thuật chủ yếu là dẫnlưu ổ áp xe (58%), kết hợp bóc khối và bơm rửa liên tục trong các trường hợp nặng, đa kháng. Tỷ lệ kết quảtốt (Rankin 0 - 2) đạt 54%, không ghi nhận tử vong; có 4 ca tái phát (16%), 1 ca co giật (4%). Kết luận: Phẫu thuật đóng vai trò quan trọng trong điều trị áp xe não, đặc biệt tại bệnh viện tuyến cuối với nhiều ca nặng, kháng thuốc. "," Objectives: Describe clinical characteristics, imaging, surgical methods and evaluate treatment resultsof patients with brain abscess at the Central Hospital for Tropical Diseases.Subjects and methods: Prospective study describing on 24 patients with brain abscess with indicationsfor surgery, treated at the Central Hospital for Tropical Diseases from January 2025 to July 2025. Collectclinical data, laboratory tests, imaging, intervention methods and monitor postoperative results.Results: Patients were mainly male, with a mean age of 41.6 ± 16.9 years. The rate of multiple abscesseswas 25%, related to a history of meningitis or traumatic brain injury. Surgery was mainly abscess drainage(58%), combined with debulking and continuous irrigation in severe, multidrug-resistant cases. The rate ofgood results (Rankin 0 - 2) was 54%, with no deaths recorded; there were 4 cases of recurrence (16%), 1case of seizure (4%).Conclusions: Surgery plays an important role in the treatment of brain abscesses, especially in tertiaryhospitals with many severe, drug-resistant cases. Close coordination between surgery and infection controlhelps improve prognosis and enhance treatment effectiveness.
