Những bài báo không đúng quy cách hoặc có nội dung không phù hợp hoặc vi phạm bản quyền sẽ bị từ chối (Ban Thư ký thông báo phản hồi đến tác giả trong vòng 1 tuần). Những bài báo đủ điều kiện, được Ban Thư ký tòa soạn chuyển đến Ban Biên tập có cùng chuyên môn với nội dung bài báo để đề xuất người phản biện. Các phản biện gởi nhận xét cho Ban Thư ký. Nếu ý kiến đồng ý đăng và cần chỉnh sửa, Ban Thư ký sẽ thông tin đến tác giả chỉnh sửa theo yêu cầu của người phản biện. Thời gian chỉnh sửa và gửi lại kéo dài không quá 2 tuần, từ khi tác giả bài báo nhận được thông tin (Quá trình này có thể lặp lại tối đa 2 lần\u002F1 bài báo). Khi có sự thống nhất, đồng ý của người phản biện; bài báo được tiếp tục đăng theo qui trình.\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>\u003Cbr>\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>\u003Cspan style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">3. Ban Thư ký tổng hợp các bản thảo đã được tác giả hoàn thiện sau thẩm định trình Ban Biên tập xem xét, Tổng Biên tập phê duyệt, quyết định bài đăng theo các tiêu chí: sự phù hợp nội dung với tôn chỉ và mục đích, thể loại bài viết (ưu tiên các bài có bài có nghiên cứu chuyên sâu, hàm lượng khoa học cao), đóng góp mới bài báo, bài báo được ưu tiên đăng trong số gần nhất của Tạp chí theo thứ tự: tính thời sự, chất lượng bài báo và thời gian gửi bài.\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>\u003Cbr>\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>\u003Cspan style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">2. tháo đường điều trị nội trú tại bệnh viện Bệnh nhiệt đới Trung Ương.\r\nPhương pháp: Nghiên cứu mô tả cắt ngang trên 176 bệnh nhân, được chẩn đoán xác định nhiễm khuẩn huyết có đái tháo đường, kết quả cấy máu phân lập được căn nguyên vi khuẩn trong vòng 48 giờ đầu sau khi nhập viện.\r\nKết quả: Có 39,8% bệnh nhân chưa được phát hiện đái tháo đường trước đó. 74,1% bệnh nhân có glucose máu lúc nhập viện ≥ 10mmol\u002FL và 84,2% có chỉ số HbA1c ≥ 7%. 93% bệnh nhân có sốt lúc nhập viện. Nhiễm khuẩn hô hấp chiếm tỷ lệ cao nhất trong số các cơ quan bị nhiễm khuẩn (31,3%). Có 60,8% có tăng bạch cầu; 45,5% giảm tiểu cầu; 15,1% có tổn thương thận cấp, chủ yếu là tổn thương mức độ 1; 67,9% có tăng CRP >100 mg\u002FL và có 42,4% có tăng PCT >10 ng\u002Fml. Vi khuẩn gram âm là căn nguyên chủ yếu (73,9%) và thường gặp nhất là E. coli (30,1%), K. pneumoniae (15,3%), B. pseudomallei (10,8%). Tỷ lệ sốc nhiễm khuẩn chiếm 17,1 %, tỷ lệ tử vong là 9,1%.","Objective: To describe the clinical, paraclinical and etiology of blood stream infection in diabetic patients treated at National Hospital for Tropical Diseases. Methods: A cross-sectional study on 176 diabetic patients with bloodstream infection diagnosed by positive blood culture, isolated bacteria in the first 48h of hospital admission.\r\nResults: Of them, 39.8% had never been diagnosed with diabetes before. 74.1% of patients had blood glucose at admission ≥ 10mmol\u002FL and 84.2% had HbA1c index ≥ 7%. 93% of patients had the fever, respiratory infection accounted for the highest percentage of all infected organs (31.3%). Antibiotic resistance of bacteria is a treatment obstacle. The disease often progresses for a long time, difficult to diagnose and has a high mortality rate. In Vietnam, there are a few studies on Cryptococcal meningitis in HIV-uninfected patients.\r\nObjective: This study determines treatment outcomes in patients with Cryptococcal meningitis in non-HIV-infected patients at National Hospital for Tropical Diseases and Center for Tropical Diseases - Bach Mai Hospital.\r\nSubject and methods: Prospective cross-sectional description combined with retrospective. 45 patients were diagnosed with meningitis caused by Cryptococcus neoformans not infected with HIV from 1\u002F2016 - 6\u002F2020.\r\nResults and conclusions: 45 patients eligible for inclusion in the study, mean age of study patients was 48.9 ± 14,6 years, 53.3% (24\u002F45) of patients were male and 33.3% (15\u002F45) of patients classified as elderly (≥ 60 years old), the Now, after more than 2 years of extremely complicated pandemic developments, a deeper understanding of the virus is still a concern and a challenge for clinicians due to the diverse manifestations of organ damage caused by SARS CoV2. Covid-19 is a respiratory disease with manifestations ranging from mild in the upper respiratory tract to progressive pneumonia such as ARDS and lung failure. In addition, this new virus strain has also been recorded to cause severe damage to the metabolic syndrome, acute kidney injury, thrombotic events, cardiovascular and neurological syndromes including acute cerebrovascular disease and encephalopathy. Neurological manifestations can be mild with headache, dizziness or more serious encephalitis, meningitis and cerebral stroke. However, in the world, there are still quite a few reports of acute encephalitis in Covid 19. According to serum Albumin quantification, the rate of patients with malnutrition is 71.2%. The rate of malnutrition in patients with cirrhosis at the National Hospital for Tropical Diseases is relatively high.
