Thí nghiệm được bố trí hoàn toàn ngẫu nhiên với 4 nghiệm thức: đối chứng, B.subtilis(107CFU\u002Fg), B. subtilis (107CFU\u002Fg)+0,2% FOS, B.subtilis(107CFU\u002Fg)+0,5% FOS, mỗi nghiệm thức được lặp lại 3 lần. Mẫu được thu vào tuần thứ 2 và 4 của thí nghiệm và vào ngày thứ 3 sau cảm nhiễmvới Streptococcus agalactiae. Kết quả sau 4 tuần thí nghiệm cho thấy tổng hồng cầu, bạch cầu, tế bào đơn nhân, bạch cầu trung tính, tế bào lympho và hoạt tính lysozyme tăng lên có ý nghĩa thống kê (P &lt;0,05) ở hai nghiệm thức bổ sung kết hợp vi khuẩn B.subtilisvà FOS so với đối chứng. Sau khi cảm nhiễm với S.agalactiae, tỉ lệ chết của cá ở các nghiệm thức bổ sung B.subtilisvà FOS thấp hơn có ý nghĩa so với đối chứng(P &lt;0,05) ngoại trừ NT2. Trong đó, tỉ lệ chết ở nghiệm thức bổ sung B.subtilis+0,5% FOS thấp nhất (26,7± 8,2%) và khác biệt có ý nghĩa(P &lt;0,05)so với các nghiệm thức còn lại(60 ± 6,7% và 46,7 ± 12,3%).Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy bổ sung FOS và B.subtilisvào thức ăn có thể kích hoạt hệ miễn dịch không đặc hiệu của cá điêu hồng và bảo vệ cá khỏi sự tấn công của vi khuẩn S.agalactiae.","This study was conducted to evaluate the effects of dietaryfructooligosaccharides(FOS) and Bacillus subtilison immune response and disease resistance of red tilapia (Oreochromissp.). The experiment was randomly designed with 4 triplicated treatments including control; B.subtilis(107CFU\u002Fg); B.subtilis(107CFU\u002Fg)and 0,2% FOS; B.subtilis(107CFU\u002Fg)and 0,5% FOS. The samples were collected at the 2ndand 4thweek post-feeding and the 3rdday post challenge with Streptococcus agalactiae. The resultsafter 4 weeks of experiment showed that the total erythrocytes, leukocytes, monocytes, neutrophils, lymphocytes and lysozyme activity significantly increased (P &lt;0.05) in treatmentsofB.subtilisand FOS supplementation in comparison tothe control treatment. After infection with S.agalactiae, a cumulative mortality of fish in treatments ofB.subtilisand FOS wassignificantly lower than thatof fish in the control treatment(P &lt;0.05). Kết quả phân tích nguồn gốc phát sinh loài dựa trên trình tự gene ORF5 của chủng KTY-06 đã chỉ ra chủng virus này thuộc genotype Bắc Mỹ và sublineage 8.7; nằm cùng trong nhánh phát sinh với các chủng virus PRRS độc lực cao phân lập tại Trung Quốc. Khi nuôi cấy trên môi trường tế bào Marc-145, chủng virus KTY-06 gây bệnh tích tế bào từ 35% tới 100% trong 36&nbsp;-&nbsp;60 giờ sau khi gây nhiễm. Kết quả nghiên cứu đã chỉ ra chủng virus KTY-06 có tiềm năng trong việc lựa chọn để sản xuất vắc xin phòng bệnh PRRS.","KTY-06 virus strain was isolated from 2-week-old piglet in a PRRS outbreak in Northern Vietnam in 2015 that had clinical signs, gross findings, and microsopic lesions specific with HP-PRRS. Results of a phylogenetic analysis of the open reading frame 5 region of the KTY-06 strain showed it to be a North American genotype and classified into sublineage 8.7, in which highly pathogenic Chinese PRRSV strains are also clustered. Trong nghiên cứu này, đã sàng lọc được 08 chủng Bacillussp.từ các vi khuẩn nội sinh phân lập từ cỏ Mần trầu. Hai chủng được lựa chọn làMT50 và MT51 có các đặc tính như: hiệu suất loại bỏ amoni cao (lần lượt là 80,36 và 82,24%), pH tối ưu là 7 và sinh trưởng tốt trong môi trường có nồng độ muối cao (4% NaCl). Ngoài ra, hai chủng này cũng cho thấy khả năng cải thiện nước thải nuôi tôm ở điều kiện phòng thí nghiệm. Thí nghiệm TN1 với 1% huyền phù tế bào chủng MT51 cho thấy lượng amoni bị loại bỏ cao nhất (62,38%), trong khi kết quả của các nghiệm thức khác không có ý nghĩa (P &gt;0,05). Thí nghiệm TN2, cả 2 chủng Bacillussp. đều loại bỏ amoni từ 72,25 và 78,85% ở ngày thứ 7. Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy 02 chủng Bacillussp. phân lập được có thể là loài khử nitrat hiếu khí dị dưỡng.","Treatment of aquaculture wastewater by biological method is being more attractive to the scientists. This study aimed to screen the salt-tolerant and ammonia-oxidizing Bacillusendophytic bacteria having potential to reduce ammonium levels in shrimp aquaculture wastewater. In this study, eight Bacillusstrains were screened from endophytic bacteria isolated from gooose grass. Among these strains, two strains, MT50 and MT51 showed the highest efficiency for ammonium removal (80.36 and 82.24%, respectively). They optimally grew at pH of 7 and in highly salty condition (4% NaCl). Investigation in laboratory conditions for their ability in improving shrimp aquaculture wastewater showed that both Bacillusstrains had ammonium removal from 72.25 and 78.85% at day 7th. Notably, strain MT50 in combination with unsterilized shrimp-wastewater presented the highest ammonium removal efficiency (79.91%) with 1% cell suspension at day 4th. Trong tất cả các đặc điểm nông sinh học nghiên cứu, năng suất cá thể có hệ số tương quan (r) dương dương (+) có ý nghĩa với các đặc điểm nghiên cứu là chiều cao cây (0,3624*), tổng số bông\u002Fkhóm (0,7019**), khối lượng bông (0,4530**) và tổng sinh khối khô (0,7837***). Tổng số bông\u002Fcây (khóm) và khối lượng bông chi phối trực tiếp đến sự hình thành và cho năng suất lúa. Tổng sinh khối và chiều cao cây không chi phối trực tiếp đến năng suất nhưng chi phối gián tiếp thông qua đặc điểm khối lượng bông và tổng số hạt\u002Fbông. Vì vậy để tuyển chọn giống lúa chịu mặn tốt ở miền trung thì nên căn cứ vào các đặc điểm như tổng số bông\u002Fcây (khóm), khối lượng bông và tổng số hạt\u002Fbông.","This study was conducted to determine relationshipamong agronomic traitsand their contribution to plant grainyieldofsalt-tolerant rice cultivars in Central Vietnam. The experiment was arranged directly on saline soils at an average salinity level of 6.35 dS\u002Fm in 2017 winter-spring croppingseason in Thua Thien Hue with 10 popular salt-tolerant rice cultivars. Of all the agronomictraits studied, individual yields had a positive correlation coefficient  with plant height (0.3624*), total panicles\u002Fplant  (0.7019***), panicle weight (0.4530**) and total dry biomass (0.7837***). Kết quả đã xác định được công thức phun phối hợp Chlorantraniliprole 5%+ Spinetoram 60%, phun kép cho hiệu quả diệt trừ sâu keo mùa thu đạt cao nhất, trừ được 100% sâu trên cây sau 7 ngày phun thuốc và không làm ảnh hưởng đến năng suất ngôcuối cùng.","This study aimed to use two insecticidal products, Dupont Prevathon 5SC and Radiant 60SC,to manage the infestation of the Fall Armyworm on maize. These products have shown the highest effective insecticide, less toxic to humans and the environment. The experiments were conducted at the Plant Research and Development Institute in the Autumn-Winter 2019, using two low-toxic insecticides: Dupont Prevathon 5SC (active ingredient Chlorantraniliprole 5 percent) and Radiant 60SC (active ingredient Spinetoram 60 percent), the dosage of the drug as recommended by the manufacturer. Ấu trùng cua được cho ăn bằng thức ăn tươi sống (artemia) và thu mẫu ở các giai đoạn khác nhau từ Zoae-1 đến Cua-1. Hoạt tính của protease, trypsin, chymotrypsin và pepsin được phân tích trong quá trình phát triển của ấu trùng. Kết quả cho thấy hoạt tính enzyme protease và pepsin tăng dần (lần lượt từ 3,85 đến 19,1 U\u002Fmg protein và 1,69 đến 8,32 U\u002Fmg protein) trong tất cả các giai đoạn ấu trùng, trong khi hoạt tính trypsin và chymotrypsin từ Zoae-1 đến Zoae-5 rất thấp (0,92 - 0,99 và 1,15 -0,85 U\u002Fmg protein), có sự thay đổi lớn ở các giai đoạn Zoae-5, Megalope và Cua. ","This study aimed to investigate the proteolytic enzyme activity of mud crab (Scylla paramamosain) larvae and crablets. Samples of crab larvae fed live feed (artemia) were collected at various stages from Zoae-1 to Crab 1. Protease, trypsin, chymotrypsin and pepsin activity were analysed during larval development stages. The results showed that protease and pepsin activity increased regularly (at 3,85 - 19,1 U\u002Fmg protein and 1,69 - 8,32 U\u002Fmg protein, respectively) during lavral stage while trypsin and chymotrypsin activity were low from Zoae-1 to Zoae-5, particularly strongly fluctuated at Zoae-5, Megalope, and Crab stage. Một khảo sát đã được thực hiện với 641 khách du lịch, 100 người dân và 25 cán bộ văn hóa, cán bộ địa phương để nghiên cứu thực trạng phát triển du lịch và đánh giá tính bền vững của sựphát triển này. Kết quả nghiên cứu đã cho thấy du lịch Vịnh đang phát triển khá thuận lợi, đóng góp vào sự tăng trưởng kinh tế của địa phương, giảm tỷ lệ hộ nghèo, giải quyết việc làm cho lao động địa phương. Tuy nhiên, hiện nay du lịch biển đảo của Vịnh đang phải đối mặt với những nguy cơ phát triển thiếu tính bền vững:vấn đề về nguy cơ ô nhiễm môi trường biển đảo, sự suy thoái về văn hóa, nguy cơ mất ổn định về an ninh trật tự trên địa bàn. Nghiên cứu đã gợi ý một số giải pháp về chính sách và qui hoạch phát triển du lịch, nâng cao chất lượng nguồn nhân lực du lịch, đẩy mạnh xúc tiến quảng bá, bảo vệ môi trường để phát triển bền vững du lịch biển đảo vịnh Bái Tử Long.","Bai Tu Long Bay Tourism plays an important role in the economic -social development of Van Don island district, Quang Ninh province. However, the island tourism is facing to the risk of unsustainable development on several aspects. A survey was carried out throughsurveying641 tourists, 100 local people and 25 local leaders and staffs in order to analyze the current situation of tourism development and assess its sustainability. The results of the study showed that touristactivities is growing, contributing to economic growth, reducing the poverty rate, and creating jobs for local people. However, the tourism of Bai Tu Long Bay currently faces withproblems of the environmental pollution,traditional cultural deterioration, and risk of destabilizingsecurity and order. The study has provided recommendationsand key solutions for sustainable tourism development on planning, environmental protection, human resources improvement and tourism promotion. Bài tổng quan này cung cấp thông tin một cách có hệ thống cho các nghiên cứu sâu hơn. Đồng thời những thông tin nàysẽ có ý nghĩa trong việc xây dựng khẩu phần cho bò sinh sản hướng thịt ở các giai đoạn sinh lý khác nhau.","The beef production industry of Viet Nam currently cannot meet the domestic demands and Viet Nam had to import increasing large quantities of both live cattle and frozen beef from foreign countries. Therefore, it is necessary to advance the domestic beef production. In beef industry, the determination of cattle requirements might be the main critical issues because feed is a major cost item which represents over 65% of total cost, and feed is one of the main factors effecting animal performance. Adequate supply of feed for nutrient requirements of a beef herd can maximize their productivities and reproductive performance, ensure animal welfare, and maximize profit of producers. This paper discussed the main physiological characteristics, the formulations to calculate the nutrition requirements, and some critical points needed to be considered when feeding heifers, pregnant beef cows, and lactating beef cows. Twenty-four growing Lai Sind cattle (170 kg on average) were randomly divided into 8 blocks corresponding to 8 diets. Each diet includes 2% NaOH-treated rice straws and cassava leaf meal (1% BW - body weight, dry matter basis) as a basal diet supplemented with one of four SFO levels (1.5%, 3.0%, 4.5%, 6.0%) in combination with 4% calcium nitrate or 1.5% urea as NPN source supplement. Methane emissions was determined by using CH4 to CO2 ratio method. Results showed that methane emissions intensity (l\u002Fkg DMI - dry matter intake) was reduced by 26% when using nitrate supplement instead of urea supplement. The increase in oil level in the diet nonlinearly reduced methane emissions. The best level of SFO supplement was 3.0%. However, the best dietary treatment was supplementation with 4% calcium nitrate and 1.5% SF oil. It was also shown that the estimated energy losses as CH4 emissions from the experiment diet ranged from 5-8% gross energy intake, compared with around 12% potential energy loss from diet without supplement. In conclusion, it is suggested that the diets of growing cattle should be supplemented with 4% calcium nitrate and 1.5% oil to mitigate methane emissions. ","Thí nghiệm hai nhân tố được tiến hành trong ba tháng (tháng Sáu đến tháng Tám năm 2012) tại trại thí nghiệm - Học viện Nông nghiệp Việt Nam để xác định ảnh hưởng của việc bổ sung vào khẩu phẩn 4 mức dầu hướng dương (SFO) và một trong hai loại nitơ phi protein (NPN) đến sự phát thải khí mêtan do lên men ở dạ cỏ và năng suất của bò sinh trưởng. 22 bò Lai Sind (khối lượng trung bình 170kg) được chia ngẫu nhiên vào 8 ô thí nghiệm tương ứng với 8 khẩu phần ăn. Mỗi khẩu phần ăn gồm khẩu phần cơ sở là rơm đã xử lý với 2% NaOH và bột lá sắn (1% BW - khối lượng cơ thể, tính theo vật chất khô). Khẩu phần cơ sở được bổ sung với một trong 4 mức SFO (1,5%, 3,0%, 4,5%, 6,0 %, tính theo vật chất khô) kết hợp với một trong hai loại NPN (hoặc 4% canxi nitrat hoặc 1,5%). Lượng phát thải khí mêtan được xác định bằng phương pháp sử dụng tỷ lệ CH4\u002FCO2. Kết quả cho thấy cường độ phát thải khí metan (l\u002Fkg DMI - chất khô thu nhận) giảm 26% ở khẩu phần bổ sung canxi nitrat so với khẩu phần bổ sung urê. Tăng mức SFO trong khẩu phần làm giảm lượng phát thải mêtan một cách không tuyến tính. Mức bổ sung SFO tốt nhất là 3,0%. Tuy nhiên, tỷ lệ bổ sung kết hợp vào khẩu phần tốt nhất là 4% canxi nitrat và 1,5% SFO. Kết quả cũng chỉ ra rằng sự mất năng lượng dưới dạng CH4 ở các khẩu phần thí nghiệm ước tính chỉ chiếm khoảng 5-8% năng lượng thô ăn vào, so với mức độ thất thoát khoảng 12% ở khẩu phần không bổ sung.
