The members of the Editorial Board of the JTSE are prestigious scientists and leading scientists from Vietnam and many countries in the world. Những bài báo không đúng quy cách hoặc có nội dung không phù hợp hoặc vi phạm bản quyền sẽ bị từ chối (Ban Thư ký thông báo phản hồi đến tác giả trong vòng 1 tuần). Những bài báo đủ điều kiện, được Ban Thư ký tòa soạn chuyển đến Ban Biên tập có cùng chuyên môn với nội dung bài báo để đề xuất người phản biện. Các phản biện gởi nhận xét cho Ban Thư ký. Thời gian chỉnh sửa và gửi lại kéo dài không quá 2 tuần, từ khi tác giả bài báo nhận được thông tin (Quá trình này có thể lặp lại tối đa 2 lần\u002F1 bài báo). The collected data were imported into Excel, cleaned, and exported to SPSS 20.0 software.\r\nResults: There is a difference in the prevalence of the disease among age groups. The prevalence of the disease is not much different between men and women, the incidence of the disease is higher in women than in men. Osteoarthritis is the most common group of musculoskeletal disease, accounting for 72,2% in 2018; 71,2% in 2019; 68,1% in 2020. According to traditional medicine, patients in the control group accounted for the highest proportion with 80,9% in 2018; 80,9% in 2019 and 83,5% in 2020. Among comorbidities:\r\nhypertension accounts for the highest proportion with 39,0% in 2018; 36,6% in 2019 and 37,9% in 2020. Treatment methods combining TCM and TM accounted for the highest with 89,7% (2018), 92,4% (2019) and 94,1% (2020). Electro-acupuncture is the most commonly used non-traditional medicine treatment method (26,4% in 2018; 26,8% in 2019; 26,0% in 2020) and therapeutic ultrasound is the method accounting for a high percentage of the population most among the non-pharmacological treatments of Traditional Chinese Medicine (33,1% in 2018; 32,5% in 2019; 33,0% in 2020). Trong các bệnh đồng mắc: chiếm tỷ lệ cao nhất là bệnh tăng huyết áp với 39,0% năm 2018; 36,6% năm 2019 và 37,9% năm 2020. Phương pháp điều trị kết hợp YHCT và YHHĐ chiếm cao nhất với 89,7% (2018); 92,4% (2019) và 94,1% (2020). The mean age was 66.51 ± 9.9 years, with a male-to-female ratio of 1.54. Hypertension was the most common comorbidity (79.2%). The most frequent clinical manifestation was hemiplegia or partial paralysis (89.1%). From the Traditional Medicine (TM) perspective, the most notable tongue feature was deviation (17.65%), while the predominant pulse patterns were deep (55.4%) and wiry (29.7%). TM syndrome differentiation was mainly characterized by the “Interior–Deficiency–Heat” pattern, with liver–kidney yin deficiency as the principal subtype. Neuroimaging findings (CT\u002FMRI) showed cerebral infarction in 57.5% of cases, with multifocal lesions (65%), predominance in the left cerebral hemisphere (53.3%), and lesion size primarily <15 mm (52.5%).\nConclusions: Most patients were male and older than 65 years. Hemiplegia was the most common clinical presentation. TM characteristics were marked by tongue deviation and deep–wiry pulse, with liver–kidney yin deficiency as the predominant syndrome pattern. Theo y học cổ truyền, 50% người mắc bệnh thuộc thể Trung tiêu, 29,41% thể Hạ tiêu và 20,59% thể Thượng tiêu. Trong đó, 58,8% đã điều trị bằng y học cổ truyền, với 100% sử dụng thuốc và 60% kết hợp phương pháp không dùng thuốc. According to Traditional Medicine, 50% of patients had a Spleen and Stomach deficiency (Zhongjiao), 29.41% had a Kidney deficiency (Xiajiao), and 20.59% had a Lung deficiency (Shangjiao). Among these, 58.8% had received Traditional Medicine treatment, with 100% using herbal medicine and 60% combining it with non-drug methods. The treatment was provided in healthcare facilities for 58.8% of patients and at home for 47.06%.\r\nConclusion: The rate of people with diabetes in Nam Dan district, Nghe An is 8.5%, with 100% of people with diabetes treated with traditional medicine. đoán viêm quanh khớp vai thể đơn thuần điều trị tại Bệnh viện Y dược cổ truyền Quảng Ninh, chia làm hai nhóm, nhóm nghiên cứu điều trị bằng điện châm kết hợp điện phân dẫn thuốc. Nhóm đối chứng điều trị điện châm, liệu trình 20 ngày điều trị.\nKết quả: Sau 20 ngày điều trị,chức năng sinh hoạt của nhóm nghiên cứu tốt hơn nhóm đối chứng (p<0,05). Ở nhóm nghiên cứu kết quả sinh hoạt rất tốt đạt 6,7%; tốt đạt 76,7%; khá đạt 16,7% kết quả này cao hơn ở nhóm đối chứng: Tốt đạt 10%; khá đạt 90%. Không có tác dụng không mong muốn trên lâm sàng.\nKết luận: Phương pháp điện châm kết hợp điện phân dẫn thuốc an toàn và có tác dụng cải thiện chức năng khớp vai trên người bệnh viêm quanh khớp vai thể đơn thuần.","Objective: To evaluate the effect of improving functionality and adverse effects of electroacupuncture combined with drug-delivery electrolysis in the treatment of simple periarthritis of the shoulder.\nSubjects and methods: A randomized controlled clinical trial on 60 patients diagnosed with simple periarthritis of the shoulder treated at Quang Ninh Traditional Medicine Hospital, divided into two groups, the study group treated with electroacupuncture combined with drug-conducting electrolysis. The control group treated with electroacupuncture, 20-day treatment course.\nResults: After 20 days of treatment, the study group achieved better results than the control group (p<0.05). In the study group, treatment results were very good, reaching 6.7%; good reached 76.7%; good reached 16.7%, this result was higher than in the control group: good reached 10%; quite good at 90%. Đối tượng nghiên cứu là 250 bệnh nhân được chẩn đoán bệnh trĩ theo tiêu chuẩn lựa chọn, đến khám lần đầu tại Bệnh viện Y học cổ truyền tỉnh Nghệ An từ tháng 4 năm 2022 đến tháng 10 năm 2022.\nKết quả: Thể khí huyết lưỡng hư chiếm tỷ lệ nhiều nhất (44,8%), thể nhiệt độc chiếm tỷ lệ 34,8%; Có sự tương đồng giữa các thể lâm sàng Y học hiện đại và Y học cổ truyền.\nKết luận: Qua quá trình phân tích nhân tố, có hai thể lâm sàng bệnh trĩ theo y học cổ truyền được rút ra bao gồm: Thể thấp nhiệt trở trệ (Nhân tố F1): Cảm giác nóng rát hậu môn sau đại tiện, cảm giác sa hậu môn sau đại tiện, hoa mắt chóng mặt, mạch trầm hoạt. Thể tỳ hư (Nhân tố F2): Ăn ít, ngủ ít, khó vào giấc.","Objectives: To investigate the hemorrhoids types according to traditional medicine at Nghe An Traditional Medicine Hospital. Determine the relationship between the clinical types of hemorrhoids of traditional medicine and modern medicine. \r\nSubjects and methods: A cross-sectional descriptive study was conducted on 250 patients with hemorrhoids diagnosis at Nghe An Traditional Medicine Hospital from April 2022 to October 2022.\r\nResults: Qi-blood deficiency accounted for the most proportion (44.8%), toxic heat type accounted for 34.8%; there are similarities between clinical types of hemorrhoids of modern medicine and traditional medicine.\r\nConclusion: Through factor analysis, there are two clinical types of hemorrhoids according to traditional medicine, including: Toxic heat stagnation (Factor F1): Burning feeling in the anus after defecation, feeling of anal prolapse after defecation, dizziness, slow pulse.
