Bài báo nghiên cứu việc sử dụng Lý thuyết hành vi dự định TPB mở rộng để xem xét, đánh giá các nhân tố ảnh hưởng đến ý định lựa chọn phương tiện đường sắt đô thị của người dân thành phố Hà Nội. Kết quả khảo sát được thực hiện với 268 mẫu nghiên cứu theo phương pháp lấy mẫu thuận tiện. Dữ liệu sau khi thu thập được xử lý bằng phần mềm SPSS 22.0. Kết quả nghiên cứu chỉ ra rằng có 3 nhân tố tác động đến ý định sử dụng đường sắt đô thị của người dân thành phố Hà Nội, đó là: nhân tố “Thái độ kiểm soát hành vi” có tác động mạnh nhất, tiếp đến là nhân tố “Sự hấp dẫn của phương tiện cá nhân”, cuối cùng là nhân tố “Chuẩn mô tả”. Bên cạnh đó nghiên cứu tiến hành thí nghiệm kiểm tra hiệu quả gia cường của TRC cho dầm bê tông cốt thép (BTCT) chịu uốn 4 điểm để đánh giá hiệu quả và tính phù hợp của TRC trong việc gia cường kết cấu dầm có xét đến ảnh hưởng của bề mặt tiếp xúc giữa bê tông hạt mịn (BTHM) và bê tông dầm gia cường. Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy khả năng chịu lực của dầm gia cường TRC tăng lên khoảng 16%. Kết quả nghiên cứu cũng có thể được sử dụng như một tài liệu tham khảo để xây dựng quy trình thí nghiệm xác định các tính chất cơ học cơ bản của vật liệu TRC làm cơ sở cho việc tính toán gia cường sự đe dọa của các vấn đề môi trường hiện nay, phương pháp tiếp cận sử dụng chuẩn mực xã hội được xem là một trong những phương pháp hiệu quả trong việc thúc đẩy hành vi bảo vệ môi trường của người tiêu dùng, trong đó có hành vi mua sản phẩm xanh. Mặc dù vậy, các bằng chứng nghiên cứu thường cho các kết quả trái ngược nhau về hiệu quả của phương pháp này. Vì vậy, cơ chế tác động của chuẩn mực xã hội vẫn chưa thực sự rõ ràng. Để làm rõ hiệu quả của phương pháp, nhóm tác giả xây dựng mô hình nghiên cứu với vai trò trung gian của niềm tin đối với sự ảnh hưởng chuẩn mực xã hội lên ý định mua sản phẩm xanh và hành vi mua xăng sinh học của người tiêu dùng trong thực tế. Kết quả phân tích cho thấy, chuẩn mực xã hội vừa có tác động trực tiếp lên ý định mua sản phẩm xanh, vừa có tác động gián tiếp thông qua niềm tin của người tiêu dùng vào hiệu quả quản lý của Chính phủ. Bên cạnh đó, niềm tin có tác động đồng thời tới ý định cũng như hành vi mua của người tiêu dùng trong thực tế. Pendubot is a two-DOF underactuated system with a single input and multiple outputs, with high nonlinearity and an uncomplicated mechanical model. In this study, the authors propose a backstepping algorithm to control the Pendubot system at the TOP position by simulation and experiment. In addition, the stability analysis for the whole system using the Lyapunov method is also presented in detail in this article. After completing the construction of the controller and stability analysis, the simulation results using MATLAB\u002FSimulink software and experiments on the experimental setup are presented by the authors to evaluate the quality of the controller. Đối với công đoạn chế tạo mạch sau khi đã có file thiết kế thì hầu hết sinh viên đều sử dụng phương pháp làm thủ công, thực hiện thao tác ăn mòn bằng hóa chất. Điều này dẫn đến mạch sau khi chế tạo không đảm bảo được độ chính xác như file thiết kế vì khi ăn mòn bằng hóa chất có thể dẫn đến trường hợp: ăn mòn không hết, ăn mòn quá nhiều. The determination of these two parameters of modified asphalt graphene oxide (GO) by experimental method encountered certain difficulties due to the high cost of GO and long experimental time. The purpose of this study is to use the adaptive neuro-fuzzy inference system (ANFIS) combined with the genetic algorithm (GA) to predict the penetration and softening point of GO modified asphalt. Two datasets including the penetration dataset (122 samples), softening point dataset (130 samples) collected from 12 different studies with 9 input parameters, are used to construct and test the data digital simulation tool. In addition, the study uses a 10-fold cross-validation technique along with statistical criteria such as correlation coefficient (R) and root of mean square error (RMSE) to evaluate the performance of the models. The research results show that, for the penetration dataset, the ANFIS-GA model has RMSE = 6.045, R = 0.949, the ANFIS model has RMSE = 8.492, R = 0.893. For the softening point dataset, the ANFIS-GA model has RMSE = 1.848, R = 0.991, the ANFIS model has RMSE = 13.863, R = 0.818. This shows that both ANFIS-GA and ANFIS models have good predictive performance and high accuracy. With smaller RMSE and higher R in both datasets, the ANFIS-GA model is evaluated to be better than ANFIS. Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy, đối với bộ dữ liệu độ kim lún, mô hình ANFIS-GA có RMSE = 6.045 (0.1 mm), R = 0.949, mô hình ANFIS có RMSE = 8.492 (0.1 mm), R = 0.893. circular economy in agriculture is a necessary task and an inevitable trend in the future. Circular agriculture is agriculture that applies the principles of the circular economy to the practice of producing, trading, distributing and consuming agricultural products. The agricultural industry is directly related to human life, has a very large production scale, uses a lot of natural resources and is one of the industries with a large amount of emissions into the environment, so it is considered by scholars in the world. the world is of particular interest. However, in Vietnam at present, there is almost no research that mentions the concept of circular agriculture in a comprehensive, complete and basic way; although Vietnamese agriculture is facing extremely serious risks of unsustainable development. This article analyzes the current situation of circular economy development in agriculture in Vietnam. In addition, the article makes recommendations to promote circular agriculture, thereby helping to develop Vietnam's agriculture sustainably in the coming time.","Nền kinh tế tuần hoàn là một cách tiếp cận kinh tế nhằm giảm cả việc sử dụng nguyên liệu thô trong chuỗi sản xuất và chất thải phát sinh. Nó dựa trên các nguyên tắc sản xuất bền vững, tái sử dụng chất thải để tạo ra sản phẩm mới, giảm ô nhiễm hoặc tác động môi trường của sản xuất đồng thời tái tạo các hệ thống tự nhiên. Bài báo chỉ ra những lý do cần thiết phải quan tâm nhiều hơn đến thực phẩm và chất thải hữu cơ, cho dù từ các hộ gia đình, cơ sở chế biến (nguyên liệu thô) và nhà máy, hoặc trực tiếp từ khu vực nông nghiệp. Tại Việt Nam hiện chưa có nhiều nghiên cứu về mô hình kinh tế tuần hoàn trong nông nghiệp, do đó gặp nhiều khó khăn trong việc phát triển kinh tế nông nghiệp một cách bền vững. However, these activities cause great energy consumption, affecting energy security and environmental quality. Studies which assess energy intensity of road transport service operations has also been carried out in recent years, but in-depth assessment of the entire transport service operation is limited. This paper’s purpose is to estimate the energy intensity of transportation service activities using the Input-Output (IO) table of Vietnam in 2007, 2012 and 2019 with 35 aggregated economic sectors. Then, Logarithmic Mean Divisia Index (LMDI) decomposition method was used to perform with three factors including effects of changes in economic activity, effects of energy consumption and effects of final demand. The results show that the energy intensity of these service activities still tend to increase in the two periods of 2007-2012 and 2012-2019. Simultaneously, most of the three influencing factors cause an increase in energy intensity. This result is the basis for proposing solutions to improve energy efficiency for transportation service activities in Vietnam.","Các hoạt động dịch vụ vận tải ngày càng đóng góp quan trọng vào sự phát triển kinh tế và xã hội của Việt Nam. Tuy nhiên, các hoạt động này gây tiêu hao năng lượng lớn, ảnh hưởng đến anh ninh năng lượng và chất lượng môi trường. Nghiên cứu về cường độ năng lượng đối với các hoạt động dịch vụ vận tải đã được thực hiện trong những năm qua, nhưng phân tách các yếu tố ảnh hưởng mở rộng đối với các hoạt động dịch vụ vận tải còn hạn chế. Bài báo này được thực hiện nhằm phân tách các yếu tố ảnh hưởng đến sự thay đổi cường độ năng lượng của các hoạt động dịch vụ vận tải giai đoạn 2007-2012 và 2012-2019 sử dụng kỹ thuật phân tách phân rã chỉ số (LMDI). Hai giai đoạn này được phân tích là do bảng Input-Output (IO) gốc được công bố vào năm 2007 và 2012. Ngoài ra, bảng IO năm 2019 được cập nhật và sử dụng để khảo sát sự thay đổi cường độ năng lượng trong năm gần đây. Cường độ năng lượng trong nghiên cứu này được phân tách với ba yếu tố ảnh hưởng gồm thay đổi hoạt động kinh tế, ảnh hưởng của tiêu thụ năng lượng và ảnh hưởng do nhu cầu cuối cùng. Kết quả nghiên cứu chỉ ra rằng hầu hết ba yếu tố ảnh hưởng gây gia tăng cường độ năng lượng.
