Mồi được thiết kế dựa trên trình tự gen ofr2 thuộc hệ thống tiết type III (TTSS1). Kỹ thuật PCR và LAMP đã phát hiện được B. pseudomallei phân lập từ chủng lâm sàng với giới hạn phát hiện là 10 CFU\u002Fml. Bằng phương pháp PFU xác định hiệu giá vắc xin Rotavin công thức cải tiến được bảo quản ở điều kiện lão hóa cấp tốc 37oC, 25oC và điều kiện bảo quản thực ở 2-8oC tại các thời điểm khác nhau kể từ ngày sản xuất đã xác định được vắc xin Rotavin duy trìđược sự ổn định về hiệu giá trong 7 ngày ở 37oC, trong 45 ngày ở 25oC và trong 24 tháng ở 2-8oC. Nghiên cứu mô tả cắt ngang trên 7217 học sinh đại diện cho khu vực thành phố và nông thôn, và đại diện cho bậc học. Tật cận thị ở học sinh được khám, chẩn đoán theo phương pháp chủ quan bằng bảng thị lực nhìn xa 5 mét. Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy, tỷ lệ giảm thị lực của học sinh chiếm 34,8% và tăng dần theo bậc học (tiểu học là 23,2%, trung học cơ sở là 36,7%, và trung học phổ thông là 43,8%, p<0,001). Tỷ lệ học sinh bị cận thị chiếm 32,8%, viễn thị là 0,1%, loạn thị là 0,7%, tăng dần theo bậc học (tiểu học: 21,6 %, trung học cơ sở: 34,5%, trung học phổ thông: 41,9%, p<0,001), ở thành phố cao hơn so với nông thôn (42,4% so với 22,9%; p<0,001). ","The objective of the study was to describe the reality of myopia in pupils in the four provinces (Hanoi, Yen Bai, Ha Tinh andCan Tho), representing the Northern, Central and Southern regions of Vietnam. The study described cross - section on 7217 students representing urban and rural areas. Myopia in students is diagnosed by subjective methods using a visual meter 5 meters away. Research results showed that the student’s visual acuity reduction rate accounted for 34,8% and increased gradually by grade level (elementary was 23.2%, junior high was 36,7%, and high school was 43,8%, p <0,001). The percentage of students with nearsightedness accounted for 32,8%, farsightedness was 0,1%, astigmatism was 0,7%, gradually increasing according to the education level (unior high: 21,6%, junior high school: 34,5%, high school: 41,9%, p <0,001), in the city is higher than the countryside (42,4% and 22,9%; p <0.001). Tỷ lệ này cao nhất ở miền Bắc là 40,5% và 68,9%. 39% người tham gia nghiên cứu có kiến thức tốt về sử dụng kháng sinh và 16,7% số người tham gia nghiên cứu đạt thực hành tốt về sử dụng kháng sinh. 55,8% gia đình của người tham gia nghiên cứu sử dụng kháng sinh không kê đơn và có 66,2% gia đình sử dụng kháng sinh cho vật nuôi không theo hướng dẫn của thú y. Kiến thức về sử dụng kháng sinh ở miền Trung và miền Nam tốt hơn nhưng tỷ lệ thực hành đạt lại thấp hơn so với miền Bắc. Cộng đồng chưa có đủ kiến thức liên quan đến việc sử dụng kháng sinh và tầm quan trọng của kháng kháng sinh. Cần tăng cường các can thiệp cung cấp kiến thức về sử dụng kháng sinh hợp lý cho cả cộng đồng. ","The aim of this study was to examine knowledge, and practices about antibiotic use of population of regions of Vietnam in 2018 - 2019. The cross-sectional study was carried out 1200 people by cross-sectional study in North, Central and South. The information has been collected by designed questionnaire. Results show that current situation of using antibiotics in the community is quite common: 34.3% in surveyed patients and 49.9% in their families. The highest rate in the Northern is 40.5%and 68.9%. Knowledge, 39% of participants have good knowledge on antibiotic use. Practice: 16.7% achieve good practice 55.8% of families use antibiotic without prescription and 66.2% of families use antibiotic for animals not following veterinary instructions. study focuses on primary caries in Vietnamese children in 2019 to provide insights to design measures to prevent dentalcaries for preschool children in the near future. A cross-sectional study with a sample size of 4028 children divided into 2 age groups (6-8 years old and 9-11 years old). The subjects were selected from 14 provinces to represent the whole country using the randomized, multi-stage stratifcation method. Primary caries was recognized by the tooth decay - loss - fllings index (DMFT) and the surface decay - loss - fllings index (DMFS) according to the World Health Organization criteria combined with the early tooth decay lesion of ICDAS’s index. The results showed that the rate of primary caries in the age group of 6-8 years old  was very high (86.4%). On average, each child had decayed 6.21 teeth , while the percentage of treated teeth was low. This result showed that it is necessary to enhance dental care for preschool children. ","Sâu răng sữa ở trẻ em được ghi nhận bởi chỉ số răng sâu – mất – trám (DMFT) và chỉ số mặt răng sâu – mất – trám (DMFS) theo tiêu chí của Tổ chức Y tế thế giới kết hợp với chỉ số sâu răng sớm của ICIDAS. Nghiên cứu mô tả cắt ngang nhằm xác định tình trạng sâu răng sữa ở trẻ em Việt Nam năm 2019, từ đó hoạch định các biện pháp dự phòng sâu răng cho trẻ em trước tuổi đi học trong thời gian tới. Với cỡ mẫu 4028 trẻ em chia làm 2 lứa tuổi (6 – 8 tuổi và 9 – 11 tuổi) được chọn theo phương pháp ngẫu nhiên, phân tầng nhiều giai đoạn từ 14 tỉnh thành đại diện cho cả nước theo các vùng địa lý. Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy, tỷ lệ sâu răng sữa ở nhóm tuổi 6 - 8 tuổi là rất cao (86,4%), trung bình mỗi trẻ có 6,21 răng bị sâu, tỷlệ răng được điều trị thấp. Kết quả này cho thấy cần đẩy mạnh hơn nữa các biện pháp chăm sóc sức khỏe răng miệng cho trẻ em lứa tuổi mầm non. related factors. The result showed a large number of participants reported sleeping disturbance (52%). The composite score of physical health status was 61.5 ± 19.1. Multivariate linear regression showed related factors of physical health status such as age (Beta = -0.8, p < 0.001), female (Beta = -4.0, p < 0.05), number of complications (Beta = -7.0, p < 0.001), comorbidities (Beta = -4.6, p < 0.001), and HbA1c index (Beta = -3.4, p < 0.001); as well as patients who were civil servants (Beta = 7.6, p < 0.05), retirees (Beta = 9.6, p < 0.001), and had disease duration more than 10 years (Beta = -4.6, p < 0.05). Thus, medical professionals should pay more attention on the elderly, females, farmers, high-HbA1c index and long-term diasease duration as well as patients with comorbidities and complications of diabetes to improve their physical health status.","Nghiên cứu mô tả cắt ngang trên 275 người bệnh đái tháo đường týp 2 đang điều trị ngoại trú tại bệnh viện Nội tiết tỉnh Yên Bái nhằm mô tả tình trạng sức khỏe thể chất, rối loạn giấc ngủ, và một số yếu tố liên quan đến sức khỏe thể chất. Kết quả cho thấy người bệnh có rối loạn giấc ngủ, chiếm 52%. Điểm trung bình sức khỏe thể chất của người bệnh là 61,5 ± 19,1. Các yếu tố ảnh hưởng đến sức khỏe thể chất bao gồm: tuổi (Beta = -0,8, p < 0,001), giới tính nữ (Beta = -4,2, p < 0,05), số lượng biến chứng (Beta = -7,0, p < 0,001), số lượng bệnh kèm theo (Beta = -4,6, p < 0,001), chỉ số HbA1c (Beta = -3,5, p < 0,001); nhóm người bệnh: là cán bộ viên chức (Beta = 7,7, p < 0,05), hưu trí (Beta = 9,3, p < 0,001), và có thời gian bệnh ≥ 10 năm (Beta = -4,6, p < 0,05). A cross-sectional study was caried out with a sample size of 400 children from 6 - 10 years old that selected randomly from school children list of school. Caries inpermanent dentition status was recognized by the tooth decay - loss - fllings index (DMFT) and the surface decay - loss - fllings index (DMFS) according to the World Health Organization criteria. The children’s oral hygiene habits were evaluated according to the questionnaire on knowledge about tooth decay prevention and tooth decay prevention practices. Theresults showed that, the habit of brushing after sweet snack eating lead to reduce tooth decay statistically (p < 0,05). The association between other factors and tooth decay in children had not been yet identifed. This result showed that it is necessary to promote dental health care activities for children. ","Nghiên cứu nhằm xác định tỷ lệ sâu răng và một số yếu tố liên quan với tình trạng sâu răng ở học sinh tiểu học tại tỉnh Vĩnh phúc năm 2019, từ đó hoạch định các biện pháp dự phòng sâu răng cho trẻ em tại địa phương này trong thời gian tới. Với phương pháp mô tả cắt ngang trên 400 học sinh tiểu học từ 6 – 10 tuổi tại một trường tiểu học tỉnh Vĩnh Phúc, được chọn theo phương pháp ngẫu nhiên từ danh sách học sinh các lớp. Tình trạng sâu răng ở trẻ em được ghi nhận bởi chỉ số răng sâu – mất – trám (DMFT) và chỉ số mặt răng sâu – mất – trám (DMFS) theo tiêu chí của Tổ chức Y tế thế giới. Thói quen vệ sinh răng miệng của trẻ em được đánh giá theo phiếu điều tra về kiến thức phòng chống bệnh sâu răng và thực hành phòngchống sâu răng. Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy, thói quen chải răng sau bữa ăn phụ có liên quan với việc làm giảm sâu răng (OR = 1,891; 95% CI: 1,098 - 3,257) có ý nghĩa thống kê (p < 0,05). Chưa thấy mối liên quan giữa các yếu tố khác với tình trạng sâu răng ở trẻ em. Cần đẩy mạnh hơn nữa các biện pháp chăm sóc sức khỏe răng miệng cho trẻ em tiểu học. The research results showed that: The overall quality of life of the elderly was 74.94 ± 13,14 on 0-100 scale. The facet that scored the highest was Intimacy (77.95 ± 21) while the facet scored the lowest was the Sensory with 70.56 ± 21.31 points.
