Do đó việc nghiên cứu chế tạo xi măng siêu ít clanhke từ xỉ lò cao nhằm giảm lượng dùng clanhke và giảm ô nhiễm môi trường là bài toán được nhiều nước trên thế giới quan tâm. Bài viết này trình bày kết quả nghiên cứu chế tạo ra xi măng siêu ít clanhke từ xỉ lò cao với hàm lượng đến 80%, kết hợp với clanhke xi măng Pooclăng Hoàng Thạch với hàm lượng clanhke dưới 10%, mục tiêu chế tạo được xi măng siêu ít clanhke có cường độ nén sau 28 ngày đạt trên 30MPa.\r\nAbstract\r\nThe environment is becoming increasingly polluted as a result of industries that emit CO2, NOx, and other harmful gases, including the cement industry. In addition, the amount of industrial waste such as blast furnace slag produces nearly 8 million tons per year, which consumes storage space and affects the environment. Therefore, the production of cement with super low clinker content from blast furnace slag in order to reduce the clinker content and reduce environmental pollution is a problem that many countries around the world are interested in. This article presents the research results to produce cement with super low clinker content from industrial waste which is blast furnace slag with content up to 80% by mass, combined with Hoang Thach Portland cement clinker with clinker content below 10% by mass. Từ đó đề xuất định hướng đào tạo nhân lực bảo tồn di sản kiến trúc để từng bước khỏa lấp những thiếu hụt về chất lượng nhân lực trong lĩnh vực bảo tồn di sản ở Việt Nam.\r\nAbstract\r\nThe conservation of architectural and urban heritage plays an increasingly important role in modern life, especially in Vietnam - where the architectural heritage fund is extremely large . However, up to now in Vietnam there has been almost no specialized training program in this field at both undergraduate and graduate levels. The content of architectural and urban heritage conservation in architect training programs in Vietnam is stilllimited, not meeting the actual needs.The article analyzes the current status of training human resources for heritage conservation and the content of architectural and urban heritage conservation at architectural training institutions in Vietnam compared to the general trend of training programs in the world. Trên cơ sở đó, Chính phủ đã đưa ra lộ trình để thực hiện mục tiêu này. Bộ Xây dựng cũng đã ban hành các chiến lược phát triển riêng để thực hiện các mục tiêu phát triển bền vững trong ngành. Lĩnh vực đào tạo kiến trúc cũng tích cực tham gia chuẩn bị nguồn nhân lực tương lai với ý thức nghề nghiệp, kiến thức và kỹ năng thiết kế bền vững để đóng góp vào sự phát triển đất nước. Những thành công nổi bật trong hơn thập kỷ qua với nhiều giải thưởng trong nước và quốc tế mà sinh viên và kiến trúc sư trẻ đạt được đã minh chứng cho những thành công ban đầu trong việc tích hợp bền vững trong đào tạo kiến trúc sư Việt Nam. Việt Nam hiện có 37 chương trình đào tạo kiến trúc bậc đại học với nhiều chương trình đã chủ động tích hợp tính bền vững như đặc trưng và thế mạnh đào tạo. Nghiên cứu này tập trung làm rõ việc tích hợp này.\r\nAbstract\r\nSustainable development is a major goal which has been set by the government through international commitments. On that basis, the government has outlined a roadmap to achieve this goal. The Ministry of Construction has also introduced separate development strategies to achieve sustainable development aims in the industry. The field of architectural education has been also actively involved in preparing future human resources with professional awareness, knowledge and design skills on sustainablity to contribute to the country development. The outstanding successes over the past decade with many domestic and international awards achieved by students and young architects have demonstrated the initial successes in integrating sustainability in the education of Vietnamese architects. Vietnam currently has 37 undergraduate architecture programs, many of which have proactively integrated sustainability as a training feature and strength. Under the impact of climate change, the reserve and quality of water supply for urban areas are unstable. Droughts caused by heat, waterlogging due to rain and floods, water pollution from sewage and waste and salinization by sea water intrusion due to the influence of sea level rise have become common in many regions of the world and Vietnam.
