Thời gian chỉnh sửa và gửi lại kéo dài không quá 2 tuần, từ khi tác giả bài báo nhận được thông tin (Quá trình này có thể lặp lại tối đa 2 lần\u002F1 bài báo). 200 bệnh nhân được chẩn đoán nhiễm khuẩn huyết tại BVBNĐTƯ từ tháng 7\u002F2017 đến tháng 6\u002F2020.\r\nKết quả: Ba căn nguyên gây nhiễm khuẩn huyết phổ biến nhất là E. coli (32%), S. aureus (28,5%), K. pneumoniae (10%); 43,4% các chủng S. aureus là MRSA, 46,6% các chủngE. coli và 25% các chủngK. pneumoniae sinh ESBL; E.coli và K. pneumoniae còn nhạy cảm cao với carbapenem(92-100%), nhạy Antibiotic resistance of bacteria is a treatment obstacle. cấy máu phân lập được căn nguyên vi khuẩn trong vòng 48 giờ đầu sau khi nhập viện.\r\nKết quả: Có 39,8% bệnh nhân chưa được phát hiện đái tháo đường trước đó. 74,1% bệnh nhân có glucose máu lúc nhập Methods: A cross-sectional study on 176 diabetic patients with bloodstream infection diagnosed by positive blood culture, isolated bacteria in the first 48h of hospital admission.\r\nResults: Of them, 39.8% had never been diagnosed with diabetes before. 74.1% of patients had blood glucose at admission ≥ 10mmol\u002FL and 84.2% had HbA1c index ≥ 7%. 93% of patients had the fever, respiratory infection accounted for the highest percentage of all infected organs (31.3%). Chính vì vậy mà chúng tôi tiến hành đề tài này với mục tiêu sau: Mục tiêu: Mô tả thực trạng sự hài lòng người bệnh điều trị nội trú tại Bệnh Viện bệnh nhiệt đới Trung ươngnăm 2025.Đối tượng và phương pháp: Nghiên cứu mô tả cắt ngang tiến hành khảo sát trên 351 người bệnh điều trị nội trú tại Bệnh viện dựa trên bảng hỏi có sẵn.Kết quả và kết luận: Tỷ lệ hài lòng chung là 77,5%; hài lòng về khả năng tiếp cận là 86,3%; sự minh bạch thông tin, thủ tục khám bệnh và điều trị là 86,3%; cơ sở vật chất và phương tiện phục vụ người bệnh là 75,5%; thái độ ứng xử, năng lực chuyên môn của nhân viên y tế là 87,2%; kết quả cung cấp dịch vụ là 89,5%.Khuyến nghị: Bệnh viện tiếp tục thường xuyên kiểm tra, giám sát, cải tiến quy trình kỹ thuật chăm sóc, nâng cao năng lực chuyên môn. No medical establishmentcan develop or grow without patient satisfaction. Therefore, in order to improve hospital quality, hospitalsneed to implement more specific and practical activities to enhance infrastructure and equipment, improvethe attitude and service spirit of hospital staff, as well as the quality of medical examination and treatmentservices. For this reason, we conducted this study with the following objective:Objective: To describe the current situation of inpatient satisfaction at the National Hospital for TropicalDiseases in 2025.Subjects and methods: A cross-sectional descriptive study was conducted, surveying 351 inpatients atthe hospital using a structured questionnaire.Results and conclusion: The overall satisfaction rate was 77.5%; satisfaction with accessibility was86.3%; transparency of information and medical examination and treatment procedures was 86.3%;hospital facilities and patient service amenities were rated at 75.5%; attitude and professional competenceof medical staff at 87.2%; and satisfaction with service outcomes at 89.5%.Recommendations: The hospital should continue to regularly inspect, monitor, and improve technicalcare processes and enhance professional capacity. Việc theo dõi sớm các chỉ số cận lâm sàng có thể hỗ trợ tiên lượng và điều trị kịp thời, từ đó giúp giảm mức độ nặng và nguy cơ tử vong.Mục tiêu: Đánh giá một số đặc điểm cận lâm sàng (sinh hóa, huyết học, miễn dịch, đông máu) theo mức độ nặng ở người bệnh mắc COVID-19 đồng nhiễm HIV\u002FAIDS điều trị tại Bệnh viện Bệnh Nhiệt đới Trung ương giai đoạn từ tháng 2\u002F2022 đến tháng 6\u002F2024.Phương pháp: Nghiên cứu mô tả cắt ngang được tiến hành từ tháng 2\u002F2022 đến tháng 6\u002F2024 tại Bệnh việnBệnh Nhiệt đới Trung ương (NHTD). 113 người bệnh được chẩn đoán nhiễm SARS-CoV-2 đồng nhiễm HIV\u002FAIDS đáp ứng tiêu chuẩn lựa chọn được đưa vào nghiên cứu. Các chỉ số cận lâm sàng bao gồm một số chỉ số huyết học, đông máu, sinh hóa và miễn dịch được mô tả và so sánh giữa các nhóm theo mức độ nặng của bệnh.Kết quả: Các bất thường thường gặp ở bệnh nhân HIV nhiễm COVID-19 bao gồm thiếu máu (87,6%), giảm bạch cầu (60,2%), giảm tiểu cầu (52,2%) và rối loạn đông máu: PT giảm (55,0%), APTT kéo dài (33,0%), bất thường fibrinogen (tăng > 4 g\u002FL chiếm 45,0%, giảm < 2 g\u002FL chiếm 20,2%) và D-Dimer tăng (93,8%). Hầu hết bệnh nhân có chỉ số viêm (CRP, PCT, Ferritin) và LDH tăng, giảm albumin (< 35 g\u002FL) gặp ở 83,8% bệnh nhân không phân biệt mức độ nặng. Enzyme gan tăng được ghi nhận ở cả nhóm nhẹ\u002Ftrung bình và nặng\u002Fnguy kịch, sự khác biệt không có ý nghĩa thống kê (p > 0,05). Nhóm nặng\u002Fnguy kịch có tỷ lệ bạch cầu tăng (57,1% so với 16,5%) và giảm tiểu cầu (67,9% so với 47,1%); tỷ lệ PT < 70%, APTT kéo dài, fibrinogen > 4 g\u002FL, ure, creatinin và CRP tăng cao hơn nhóm nhẹ\u002Ftrung bình, sự khác biệt có ý nghĩa thống kê (p < 0,05). Số lượng tế bào T CD4 ở nhóm nặng\u002Fnguy kịch thấp hơn đáng kể so với nhóm nhẹ\u002Ftrung bình (p = 0,043).Kết luận: Các bất thường cận lâm sàng, đặc biệt là các chỉ số huyết học, đông máu, sinh hóa và miễn dịch, thường gặp ở bệnh nhân HIV\u002FAIDS nhiễm COVID-19 và có liên quan chặt chẽ với mức độ nặng của bệnh. ","Background: HIV\u002FAIDS co-infection in COVID-19 patients has been associated with an increasedrisk of fever, dyspnea, ICU admission, and mortality. Early monitoring of laboratory markers can supportprognosis and timely treatment, thereby reducing disease severity and mortality.Objectives: To evaluate selected laboratory parameters (biochemical, hematological, immunological,and coagulation indicators) in relation to disease severity among patients with COVID-19 and HIV\u002FAIDSco-infection who were treated at the National Hospital for Tropical Diseases from February 2022 to June2024.Methods: A cross-sectional descriptive study was conducted from February 2022 to June 2024 at theNational Hospital for Tropical Diseases (NHTD). A total of 113 patients diagnosed with SARS-CoV-2 andco-infected with HIV\u002FAIDS who met inclusion criteria were enrolled. Laboratory parameters includinghematology, coagulation, biochemistry, and immunology were described and compared across differentseverity groups.Results: Common abnormalities among HIV patients with COVID-19 included anemia (87.6%),leukopenia (60.2%), thrombocytopenia (52.2%), and coagulation disorders: decreased PT (55.0%),prolonged APTT (33.0%), fibrinogen abnormalities (increased > 4 g\u002FL in 45.0%, decreased < 2 g\u002FL in20.2%), and elevated D-Dimer (93.8%). Most patients showed elevated inflammatory markers (CRP,PCT, Ferritin) and LDH, with hypoalbuminemia (< 35 g\u002FL) in 83.8% regardless of severity. Liver enzymeelevations were present in both mild\u002Fmoderate and severe\u002Fcritical groups without significant differences (p> 0.05). Severe\u002Fcritical patients showed higher rates of leukocytosis (57.1% vs. 16.5%), thrombocytopenia(67.9% vs. 47.1%), PT < 70%, prolonged APTT, increased fibrinogen > 4 g\u002FL, and elevated urea, creatinine,and CRP, with significant differences compared to mild\u002Fmoderate cases (p < 0.05). CD4 cell counts weresignificantly lower in severe\u002Fcritical patients (p=0.043).Conclusions: Laboratory abnormalities, particularly hematological, coagulation, and immune markers,are common in HIV\u002FAIDS patients with COVID-19 and are strongly associated with disease severity.These findings highlight the importance of comprehensive laboratory monitoring to improve prognosis andguide clinical management. Phân loại SGA (Subjective Global Assessment) ghi nhận 59,8% suy dinh dưỡng, trong đó 41,3%mức độ nhẹ\u002Fvừa và 18,5% nặng. The provision of medical diets remains limited in variety,responsiveness, and accessibility.Objectives: To assess the nutritional status and demand for medical diets among surgical inpatients atthe National Hospital for Tropical Diseases in 2024.Subjects and methods: A cross-sectional study was conducted on 184 inpatients aged ≥ 18 years fromthree surgical departments.Results and conclusions: According to BMI, 15.2% of patients had chronic energy deficiency (BMI <18.5). SGA identified 59.8% as malnourished, including 41.3% with mild\u002Fmoderate and 18.5% with severemalnutrition. The proportion requiring medical diets ranged from 66.2% to 78.9% across departments.Most patients (67.9%) used medical diets only when prescribed, while 3.8% intended to use them duringhospitalization.
