By analyzing the category of “communicative rationality” with religious issues in the public sphere, in relation to language, discourse ethics, it is shown that the public sphere is the environment where dialogues in all areas take place to meet the needs of citizens. (According to Habermas, Kant was the first philosophy to give to public sphere “its completed theoretical structure” in a text of political philosophy, entitled “What is Enlightenment?”).\r\nReligions may not directly influence politics, but still, have the function of directing in society. J. Dealing with fake news, journalism is one of the parties responsible for providing verifiable and reliable information, contributing to repelling false news. In order to understand journalists' thoughts and behaviors against fake news on social networks, the study surveyed the opinions of 429 reporters and editors from journalism agencies, including Vietnam Television, Voice of Vietnam Radio, VnExpress, Vietnam Net, Dan Tri Newspaper, Thanh Nien Newspaper, and Tuoi Tre Newspaper in August 2019. This survey contributes to supporting journalism agencies and managers to understand journalists' views on fake news and journalists’ specific actions on social networks in the fight against fake news. The survey results show that journalists regularly encounter fake news or mis-information on social networks. They are well aware of the harmful effects of fake news on the community and on the reputation of journalism agencies, and have a high consensus on the view that journalists play an important role in preventing fake news. Un on trolled migration from rural areas to urban areas since this date, not only led rural areas to be emptied to a great extent, but also caused emergence of various structural problems in urban areas. One of the forms of living in Turkey that were affected the most by the change and transformation experienced in rural areas is transhumance. Seminomadic animal husbandry carried out in almost all regions of Turkey and the lifestyle related to this face radical changes. The Gerger district, located in southeast Turkey, is one of the areas that experienced this process of change most noticeably. Transhumance, which has been carried out for centuries here continuously, faces significant spatial, economic and socio-cultural transformations. In spatial transformation, regression of animal husbandry activities based on natural environment conditions and occasional emergence of agricultural production become prevalent, while significant differentiations take place in types of residences. Preliminary results suggest that growing attention paid to the Kazakhs as aminority ethnic cultural group in Mongolia, and narratives of their lifeway persistence, increase international acknowledgement that mayfoster greater tourism. However, one of the key outcomes of the production of this heritage landscape is the consumption of ethnic cultural identity narratives by ethnic Kazakh out-migrants who desire to reinscribe “traditional cultural lifeways” in their children’s identities. The study opts for quantitative research with 196 participants in the questionnaire. The results show a positive relationship between tourist expectation and tourist satisfaction for the cultural tourism type. After testing the reliability and validity of the scale from 1073 survey responses, the results of the Multinomial logistic regression test show that up to 82.4% of respondents, who are students mainly at universities in Ho Chi Minh City with birth years from 2000 to 2004, choose to work for foreign units. The factors influencing this choice are personal needs, economic factors, and psychological factors. Generation Z seeks work-life balance in the spirit of eagerness to acquire knowledge and self-development potential. Therefore, issues of salary and bonus, employee benefits, and career development potential are always in the forefront of choosing a workplace. This study has provided empirical evidence for national educational administrators in formulating strategies to train high-quality human resources to meet labor market needs as well as solutions to attract human resources for the internal development and sustainable development of the country.
