The JTSE is headquartered in Hanoi.\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp style=\"text-align:justify;\">        The JTSE is published every 3 months (4 issues\u002Fyear), publishing research results and overview articles in 3 groups of fields: Tropical Ecology and Environment; Chemistry and Material Sciences; Biomedicine and Pharmacy. In 2022, the JTSE registered the international identifier Digital Object Identifier (DOI): 10.58334\u002Fvrtc.jtst and assigned DOI codes to all articles of the journal. The members of the Editorial Board of the JTSE are prestigious scientists and leading scientists from Vietnam and many countries in the world. The JTSE has been recognized by the Vietnam State Council for Professorship to score scientific articles in Chemistry, Medicine and Biology with scores ranging from 0-0.75 points.\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp Những bài báo không đúng quy cách hoặc có nội dung không phù hợp hoặc vi phạm bản quyền sẽ bị từ chối (Ban Thư ký thông báo phản hồi đến tác giả trong vòng 1 tuần). Những bài báo đủ điều kiện, được Ban Thư ký tòa soạn chuyển đến Ban Biên tập có cùng chuyên môn với nội dung bài báo để đề xuất người phản biện. Các phản biện gởi nhận xét cho Ban Thư ký. Nếu ý kiến đồng ý đăng và cần chỉnh sửa, Ban Thư ký sẽ thông tin đến tác giả chỉnh sửa theo yêu cầu của người phản biện. Thời gian chỉnh sửa và gửi lại kéo dài không quá 2 tuần, từ khi tác giả bài báo nhận được thông tin (Quá trình này có thể lặp lại tối đa 2 lần\u002F1 bài báo). Ban Thư ký tổng hợp các bản thảo đã được tác giả hoàn thiện sau thẩm định trình Ban Biên tập xem xét, Tổng Biên tập phê duyệt, quyết định bài đăng theo các tiêu chí: sự phù hợp nội dung với tôn chỉ và mục đích, thể loại bài viết (ưu tiên các bài có bài có nghiên cứu chuyên sâu, hàm lượng khoa học cao), đóng góp mới bài báo, bài báo được ưu tiên đăng trong số gần nhất của Tạp chí theo thứ tự: tính thời sự, chất lượng bài báo và thời gian gửi bài.\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>\u003Cbr>\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>\u003Cspan style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">2. Ban đầu, một mô hình 3D của khung thử nghiệm đo lực đẩy được sử dụng để nghiên cứu độ độc lập lưới dựa trên ứng suất von-Mises cực đại. Sử dụng phần mềm mô phỏng số cấu trúc thương mại, mô hình được nghiên cứu được cải tiến thông qua một số thay đổi về kích thước hình học như chiều cao và vị trí. Sau khi so sánh ứng suất von-Mises cực đại của khung thử nghiệm với các giá trị như độ bền dẻo và độ bền kéo, kết quả cho thấy mô hình cải tiến hoạt động tốt ở điều kiện lực đẩy 2000 N. Mô hình cải tiến sau khi mô phỏng cho kết quả ứng suất von-Mises cực đại là 119.5 MPa, nhỏ hơn giới hạn độ bền dẻo của nhôm là 259 MPa. Phân tích số cho phép chúng ta phát triển một mô hình đề xuất cho khung thử nghiệm để đưa vào sản xuất tiếp theo và tiến hành các thử nghiệm đo lực đẩy eDPF theo tốc độ quay. Đáng chú ý, tính dễ sử dụng (β = 0,054) và tính bảo mật cảm nhận (β = -0,043) không có mối quan hệ phù hợp với việc lựa chọn phương thức thanh toán trong khảo sát này. Bên cạnh đó, tiêu chuẩn đánh giá đối với ga đường sắt xanh cũng được phát triển trên cơ sở tiêu chuẩn đánh giá Công trình xanh (CTX), tuy nhiên việc ban hành tiêu chuẩn riêng cho lĩnh vực đường sắt vẫn còn rất hạn chế ở nhiều quốc gia, trong đó có Việt Nam. Các tiêu chuẩn được xây dựng, ban hành và công bố sẽ đóng góp đáng kể cho chiến lược phát triển xanh, công tác bảo vệ môi trường và hiện thực hóa mục tiêu đưa phát thải ròng về “0” vào năm 2050. Để đề xuất được tiêu chí đánh giá ga đường sắt xanh cho Việt Nam, trước tiên cần nghiên cứu, phân tích và so sánh các tiêu chuẩn đánh giá CTX và tiêu chuẩn đánh giá ga hành khách đường sắt xanh ở một số quốc gia trên thế giới. Vì vậy, bài báo này được thực hiện trên cơ sở tổng quan tài liệu để phân tích và lựa chọn tiêu chí đánh giá của các tiêu chuẩn bao gồm BREEAM (Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method) của Anh; LEED – NC (Leadership In Energy & Environment Design) của Mỹ; CASBEE (Comprehensive Assessment System for Building Environmental Efficiency) của Nhật Bản; ESGB (Environmental, Social, and Governance) của Trung Quốc và LOTUS (Local green and universal smart) của Việt Nam. Kết quả tính toán cho thấy phương pháp mô phỏng tạo cơ sở để tính toán độ tin cậy và là công cụ hữu hiệu, có độ chính xác cao trong việc tính toán và thiết kế công trình xây dựng.","The calculation of construction works according to the method of reliability requires a large amount of information about the characteristic parameters of structure, of the ground, backfill, and load. However, the current design standards regulate a limited number of test samples, which do not fully reflect the nature of the quantity being tested, which greatly affects the accuracy of construction calculated results. In the article, the author presents the simulating method of random quantities with mentioned distribution rules to build big data to help calculate the reliability of project and illustrate by calculating the reliability of tipping stability of some particular construction works such as retaining wall. Để thiết kế thành phần và đánh giá chất lượng hỗn hợp BTNC cần dựa vào nhiều chỉ tiêu. Trong đó, độ dẻo Marshall (MF) là một chỉ tiêu quan trọng. Nghiên cứu đã thu thập bộ dữ liệu gồm 90 mẫu BTNC với 9 biến đầu vào và một biến đầu ra là MF. Trên cơ sở đó đã tiến hành xây dựng, phát triển 3 mô hình (MH) máy học: Tăng cường độ dốc - Gradient Boosting (GB), Tăng cường độ dốc nhẹ - Light Gradient Boosting (LGB) và Cây quyết định- Decision Tree (DT) để dự báo MF. Hiệu suất dự báo (DB) của các MH sau 20 lần mô phỏng được so sánh, từ đó đề xuất được một MH tối ưu trong dự báo MF của BTNC (mô hình GB), với có khả năng dự báo MF của BTNC rất cao (R2kiểm tra = 0,91). Nghiên cứu đã xây dựng được một hướng dẫn sử dụng MH để DB độ dẻo Marshall của BTNC một cách chính xác, tiết kiệm thời gian và chi phí. Trong đó tập trung trình bày phương pháp phân tích tải trọng và phương pháp kiểm tra để đánh giá kết cấu. Kết quả của nghiên cứu này sẽ góp phần nâng cao năng lực cán bộ kỹ thuật trong nước và phát triển các sản phẩm nội địa hóa.
