Treatment group (n=30): Electroacupuncture based on the protocol of the Ministry of Health combined with moxibustion-infrared lamp. Control group (n=30): Electroacupuncture based on the protocol of the Ministry of Health combined with infrared lamp.Results: The method of electroacupuncture combined with moxibustion-infrared lamp had a good effect on the treatment of sciatica by reducing pain and improving the range of motion of the lumbar spine (p<0.05).Regarding the pain level according to the VAS scale, the treatment group had better pain relief than the control group with p<0.05. The treatment group's lumbar spine range of motion improved significantly compared to the control group. The quality of life according to the ODI scale in the treatment group was better than that of the control group (p<0.05). The method of electroacupuncture combined with moxibustion-infrared lamp in treating sciatica did not cause any unwanted side effects in 60 study patients.","Mục tiêu: Đánh giá kết quả của đèn xông ngải cứu kết hợp điện châm điều trị đau thần kinh tọa thể phong hàn thấp và tác dụng không mong muốn.Đối tượng, phương pháp nghiên cứu: Nghiên cứu tiến cứu, can thiệp lâm sàng mở, so sánh trước và sau điều trị, so sánh giữa hai nhóm trên 60 bệnh nhân được chẩn đoán xác định đau thần kinh tọa theo các tiêu chuẩn của y học hiện đại, VAS < 6 điểm, thuộc thể phong hàn thấp kết hợp can thận hư của YHCT. Nhóm nghiên cứu (n=30): Điện châm theo phác đồ Bộ y tế kết hợp đèn xông ngải cứu. Nhóm đối chứng (n=30): Điện châm theo phác đồ Bộ y tế kết hợp đèn hồng ngoại.Kết quả: Phương pháp điện châm kết hợp đèn xông ngải cứu có tác dụng tốt trong điều trị đau thần kinh tọa, có tác dụng giảm đau và cải thiện tầm vận động cột sống thắt lưng với p<0,05. Mức độ đau theo thang điểm VAS NNC có hiệu suất giảm đau hơn hẳn NĐC với p<0,05. Tầm vận động cột sống thắt lưng của NNC có cải thiện rõ hơn NĐC. Chất lượng cuộc sống theo thang điểm ODI ở NNC cải thiện hơn NĐC p<0,05. Nghiên cứu được tiến hành trên 350 người đến khám và điều trị tại trạm y tế xã huyện Thạch An tỉnh Cao Bằng và 14 lãnh đạo trạm y tế và 14 cán bộ phụ trách phòng YHCT. Nghiên cứu thực hiện từ tháng 5\u002F2022 đến tháng 10\u002F2022.\r\nKết quả: Nguồn nhân lực tại trạm y tế (TYT), bác sĩ đa khoa chiếm tỷ lệ  21,31%, không có bác sĩ chuyên khoa YHCT (0%), y sĩ đa khoa chiếm số lượng lớn tại các trạm y tế (32,79%). Về vật tư, trang thiết bị y tế tối thiểu tương đối đầy đủ, trang thiết bị y tế về y dược cổ truyền: 100% TYT có máy điện châm và đèn hồng ngoại,…  Người bệnh đến khám tại trạm y tế điều trị bằng YHCT kết hợp YHHĐ chiếm tỷ lệ 42,15%, điều trị bằng YHHĐ chiếm 57,85%. Nhóm bệnh hệ cơ xương khớp và mô liên kết chiếm tỷ lệ đa số (35,71%). Người bệnh mong muốn được sử dụng nhiều hơn các dịch vụ KCB bằng YHCT tại TYT trong tương lai với tỷ lệ 92%.\r\nKết luận: Nguồn nhân lực tại các TYT chưa đảm bảo về số lượng. Chất lượng nguồn nhân lực chuyên khoa YHCT chưa cao. Trang thiết bị tối thiểu của trạm y tế khá đầy đủ. Trang thiết bị YHCT còn thiếu thốn. Objectives: To evaluate the anticoagulant effect of Tran chau nguu hoang hoan on the lipopolysaccharide- induced coagulation model in white rats. Research method: Rats were given doses of 0.12 and 0.36 tablets\u002Fkg\u002Fday for 7 consecutive days. Two hours after the last reagent ingestion, rats were induced to coagulate by intravenous injection of lipopolysaccharide at a dose of 3 mg\u002Fkg. Bach Mai Hospital in 2021 with the objectives: Analyze the causes of uncontrolled blood sugar in patients with diabetes. Research Methods: Comperative cross sectional study. Results showed that: Knowledge about diabetes of patients is directly related to good\r\nglycemic control with OR = 79; p < 0.001. The proportion of patients with good knowledge and practice about the patient’s living regimen and knowledge of self-monitoring at home was higher in the group with good glycemic control than in the group with poor glycemic control, the difference was significant. Statistical significance with p < 0.05. There was a difference in treatment knowledge between the group with good glycemic control compared with the group with poor glycemic control (89.5% and 5.0%; p < 0.01). There is a close relationship between the following factors: good adherence to the drug regimen, regular monitoring and re-examination, diet and blood sugar control.
