Urachal carcinoma is a rare and aggressive type of bladder cancer. This cancer usually presents at an advanced stage. We report a 70-year-old patient with malignant transformation of urachal cyst several years later. The patient was treated with partial cystectomy and adjuvant radiotherapy.
