In 2022, the JTSE registered the international identifier Digital Object Identifier (DOI): 10.58334\u002Fvrtc.jtst and assigned DOI codes to all articles of the journal. The members of the Editorial Board of the JTSE are prestigious scientists and leading scientists from Vietnam and many countries in the world. The JTSE has been recognized by the Vietnam State Council for Professorship to score scientific articles in Chemistry, Medicine and Biology with scores ranging from 0-0.75 points.\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp Những bài báo không đúng quy cách hoặc có nội dung không phù hợp hoặc vi phạm bản quyền sẽ bị từ chối (Ban Thư ký thông báo phản hồi đến tác giả trong vòng 1 tuần). Những bài báo đủ điều kiện, được Ban Thư ký tòa soạn chuyển đến Ban Biên tập có cùng chuyên môn với nội dung bài báo để đề xuất người phản biện. Các phản biện gởi nhận xét cho Ban Thư ký. Nếu ý kiến đồng ý đăng và cần chỉnh sửa, Ban Thư ký sẽ thông tin đến tác giả chỉnh sửa theo yêu cầu của người phản biện. Thời gian chỉnh sửa và gửi lại kéo dài không quá 2 tuần, từ khi tác giả bài báo nhận được thông tin (Quá trình này có thể lặp lại tối đa 2 lần\u002F1 bài báo). Ban Thư ký tổng hợp các bản thảo đã được tác giả hoàn thiện sau thẩm định trình Ban Biên tập xem xét, Tổng Biên tập phê duyệt, quyết định bài đăng theo các tiêu chí: sự phù hợp nội dung với tôn chỉ và mục đích, thể loại bài viết (ưu tiên các bài có bài có nghiên cứu chuyên sâu, hàm lượng khoa học cao), đóng góp mới bài báo, bài báo được ưu tiên đăng trong số gần nhất của Tạp chí theo thứ tự: tính thời sự, chất lượng bài báo và thời gian gửi bài.\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>\u003Cbr>\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>\u003Cspan style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">2. Der Begriff umfasst eine Vielzahl von Methoden, die angewandt werden, um die chromosomale Konstitution eines Embryos vor dessen Transfer in die Gebärmutter zu erfassen. Dabei geht es nicht etwa darum, die Weitergabe (mono‑)genetisch bedingter Erbkrankheiten zu verhindern, sondern rein um den Ausschluss von Aneuploidien. Mit der Anwendung eines PGS sollten die Implantationschancen sowie die Lebendgeburtenraten steigen und die Abortraten sinken, da euploide Embryonen für den Transfer ausgewählt werden, so die klinische Hypothese. In den letzten Jahren erfuhr diese Technik nicht nur eine rasante technische Entwicklung, sondern erfreut sich international auch einer zunehmenden Beliebtheit. Was dabei häufig nicht beachtet wird, ist die Tatsache, dass nach wie vor die klinische Evidenz fehlt, die den postulierten „benefit“ des PGS beweist. Selbst neueste Techniken, wie das „next generation sequencing“ (NGS), konnten bisher daran nichts ändern. Im Gegenteil, diese hochsensitiven Analyseplattformen haben zu neuen Erkenntnissen über den chromosomalen Status des Präimplantationsembryos geführt und damit auch zu einem fundamentalen Problem, das das PGS allgemein infrage stellen könnte – nämlich die Tatsache, dass ein nicht unwesentlicher Teil der menschlichen Embryonen nicht uniform euploid oder aneuploid ist, sondern als ein chromosomales Mosaik (CM) mit numerischen und\u002Foder strukturellen Aberrationen vorliegt. In der vorliegenden Übersichtsarbeit wird auf schwangerschaftsassoziierte pathologische Veränderungen der Schilddrüse eingegangen, mit Beleuchtung ihrer Bedeutung für Mutter und Kind sowie mit einer praxisorientierten Darstellung aktuellster Empfehlungen für Diagnostik und Therapie. Zur Definition und Behandlungsbedürftigkeit der Hypothyreose sind neue obere TSH-Werte und die Präsenz von Anti-TPO-Antikörpern zu beachten. Eine Behandlung ist bei manifester Schilddrüsenunterfunktion immer sowie bei latenter Hypothyreose in speziellen Situationen notwendig, um negative Folgen für Mutter und Kind zu verhindern. Bei positivem Anti-TPO-Titer und Euthyreose ist eine regelmäßige TSH-Kontrolle notwendig. Eine relevante Ursache für Hyperthyreose in der Schwangerschaft ist der Morbus Basedow. Differenzialdiagnostisch ist eine schwangerschaftsassoziierte Hyperthyreose abzugrenzen. Bei floridem Morbus Basedow kommen Thyreostatika in der niedrigsten effektiven Dosis zum Einsatz, mit dem Ziel, fT4 im oberen Normbereich und TSH supprimiert zu halten. Indikation und Risiken verschiedener Thyreostatika werden diskutiert. In bestimmten Fällen sind TRAK-Kontrollen, parallel zu regelmäßigen sonographischen Kontrollen des Fetus, notwendig. Die Postpartumthyreoiditis (PPT) verläuft oft biphasisch, mit einer selbstlimitierenden hyperthyreoten Phase in den ersten 6 Monaten, gefolgt von Hypothyreose und Euthyreose nach ca. 1 Jahr. Bei der Erstdiagnose eines differenzierten Schilddrüsenkarzinoms in der Schwangerschaft kann die Operation meistens bis postpartal verschoben werden.
