Trong đó, Ngành Da gai (Echinodermata) có 19 loài thuộc 6 bộ, 12 họ, 14 giống. Ngành Giun đốt (Annelida) gồm 2 bộ, 4 họ, 8 giống và 11 loài. Ngành Thân mềm gồm lớp Chân bụng (Gastropoda) có 36 loài thuộc 6 bộ, 14 họ và 20 giống; lớp Hai mảnh vỏ (Bivalvia) có 37 loài thuộc 6 bộ, 11 họ, 24 giống. Ngành Chân khớp (Arthropoda) chỉ có lớp giáp xác (Crustacea) gồm 2 bộ, 11 họ, 26 giống và 41 loài. Nghiên cứu đã bổ sung mới cho khu hệ động vật đáy vịnh Xuân Đài 31 họ, 95 loài, 56 giống nằm trong 07 lớp (Sao biển, Hải sâm, Cầu gai, Giun nhiều tơ, Chân bụng, Hai mảnh vỏ, Giáp xác).","The composition of benthic animals at Xuan Dai gulf, Phu Yen province was determined in five investigations and surveys during 2017–2018. The results showed the identification of 144 species of the benthic animal belonging to 92 genera, 52 families, 22 orders, 7 classes, and 4 phylums distributed in 6 sampling locations. The Mollusc is greatest with 73 species belonging to 44 genera, 25 families, 2 orders, and 2 classes; phylum Echinodermata had 19 species belonging to 14 genera, 12 families, 6 orders, and 2 classes; phylum Annelida has 11 species belonging to 8 genera, 4 families, 2 orders, and 1 class; phylum Arthropoda has 41 species belonging to 26 genera, 11 families, 1 order and 1 class. The new checklist adds 95 new species, 56 new genera and 31 new families to 2001 zoobenthic checklist of Xuan Dai gulf. Bệnh làm cho tôm chết hàng loạt ở giai đoạn 20-45 ngày tuổi (tỷ lệ tôm chết lên đến 100%) trên cả tôm sú và tôm thẻ chân trắng. Tác nhân gây bệnh AHPND là do các chủng vi khuẩn Vibrio có chứa hai gen độc tố PirA và PirB, cùng nằm trên một plasmid. Bằng kỹ thuật PCR với hai cặp mồi đặc hiệu chúng tôi đã xác định được hai chủng Vibrio sp. K5 và Vibrio sp. K21 có mang hai gen độc tố PirA và PirB gây bệnh AHPND trên tôm thẻ chân trắng nuôi tại Phong Điền, Thừa Thiên Huế trong số năm chủng vi khuẩn Vibrio phân lập được từ các mẫu tôm bệnh phẩm. Kết quả phân tích trình tự gen 16S rRNA đã sàng lọc được hai chủng Vibrio sp. K5 và Vibrio sp. K21 thuộc loài Vibrio parahaemolyticus.","In recent years, acute hepatopancreatic necrosis disease (AHPND) in Litopenaeus vannamei has been one of the diseases that cause serious damage to the shrimp farming industry in Phong Dien district, Thua Thien Hue province. The disease causes mass death of shrimps at the age of 20–45 days (mortality rate up to 100%) in both Penaeus monodon and Litopenaeus vannamei. The agent causing AHPND is Vibrio spp. strains containing two PirA and PirB toxin genes on the same plasmid. Using the PCR technique with two specific primers, we identified two strains of Vibrio parahaemolyticus, namely K5 and K21 bearing PirA and PirB toxin genes from five isolates. The results of the sequence analysis of 16S rRNA gene confirmed that Vibrio sp. K5 and Vibrio sp. Kinh nghiệm của nông dân là khi trẻ con cũng như lợn con bị bệnh tiêu chảy thường thu hái cây Cỏ sữa lá nhỏ (CSLN) rửa sạch, sắc lấy nước cho uống để điều trị. Để xác định cơ sở khoa và xây dựng quy trình sử dụng cây CSLN để phòng và trị bệnh tiêu chảy cho lợn con, trong những năm qua đề tài đã tiến hành nghiên cứu dịch chiết của cây CSLN chứa chất có các hoạt tính sinh học có tác dụng kháng khuẩn, quy trình sản xuất chế phẩm cao công nghiệp và cao đông y, đồng thời sử dụng chúng trong việc phòng và trị bệnh tiêu chảy ở lợn con theo mẹ và đã thu được kết quả tốt. Hoạt chất chính được tách chiết từ cây CSLN là flavonoid, polyphenol và tanin. Hiệu suất tách chiết theo phương pháp công nghiệp trung bình đạt 36,48% và theo phương pháp đông y là 10,9%. Cao chiết theo phương pháp công nghiệp chứa hoạt chất polyphenol cao hơn 3,02 lần so với mẫu cao đông y. Farmers usually use the extract of these plants to treat diarrhea for children and piglets. To determine the scientific basis and develop procedures for using Euphorbia thymifolia Burm (L.) plants to prevent and treat diarrhea for piglets, the authors have studied how to utilize the extracts of these plants containing bioactive compounds with antimicrobial effects. They also studied the industrial and oriental medicine extraction processes and used the extract to prevent and treat diarrhea in piglets. Good results were achieved. The main active compounds in the extract include flavonoids, polyphenols, and tannins. The average extraction efficiency by the industrial method is 36.48% and that of the oriental medicine method is 10.9%. The polyphenol content in the industrial extract is 3.02 times as high as that in the oriental medicine extract. Tuy nhiên, thông tin về dị hình kích thước giới tính (SSD) và sinh thái dinh dưỡng của loài này ở Việt Nam nói chung và vùng Phú Lộc nói riêng hiện đang còn thiếu. Sử dụng phương pháp rửa dạ dày để thu thập các mẫu thức ăn từ 223 dạ dày kết hợp với các số đo hình thái cũng như các yếu tố môi trường. Kết quả cho thấy chiều dài thân trung bình của con cái trưởng thành lớn hơn đáng kể so với cá thể đực trưởng thành với chỉ số SSD = 0,565. Các loại con mồi quan trọng nhất của loài Chàng xanh là bộ Cánh cứng, ấu trùng côn trùng, bộ Chuồn chuồn, bộ Cánh thẳng và bộ Nhện (với tổng tần số xuất hiện là 65,45%, chiếm 65,89% số mục con mồi và 81,04% tổng thể tích). Độ rộng miệng và chiều dài thân có ảnh hưởng ý nghĩa (P ≤ 0,001) đến kích thước và thể tích con mồi đã tiêu thụ, trong khi nhiệt độ không khí và độ ẩm tương đối không có ảnh hưởng ý nghĩa (P ≥ 0,148). Kết quả này ủng hộ giả thuyết “giới hạn kích thước miệng dẫn đến giới hạn kích thước của mẫu thức ăn” trong các loài lưỡng cư không đuôi.","The Common Green Frog, Hylarana erythraea (Schlegel, 1837), is an important species in both terrestrial and aquatic ecosystems. However, information on sexual size dimorphism (SSD) and the feeding ecology of this species in Vietnam is currently lacking. We used the stomach-flushing method to obtain food items from 223 stomach specimens. The results showed that the average snout-vent length was significantly larger in adult females than in adult males, with an SSD index of 0.57. The most important prey categories of H. erythraea were Coleoptera, unidentified insect larvae, Odonata, Orthoptera, and Araneae (occurrence frequency 65.45 %, representing 65.89 % of the number of items, and 81.04 % of the total volume). The mouth width and snout-vent length had significant effects on the prey size and on the volume of food items. However, air temperature and relative humidity did not have significant effects on the prey volume or size of individual food items. The results reveal that the most stable isomers of Si2M have isosceles triangle structure with the C2v symmetry, existing in two quasi-degenerate electronic states of A1 and B1 at the same spin multiplicity (doublet or quintet). The Si–M bonds are mainly formed via the electron transfer from the AO-s of M atoms to the Si2 moiety in the case of M being Li, Na, and K, while via the overlap between AO-s and AO-3d of Cu, Cr atoms and the MO-s of the Si2 moiety. The effects of NH3 solution adding paths to precursor solution, and ultrasonic assistance were indicated and demonstrated through specific experiments, and suggested explanations for observed phenomena.
