Thời gian chỉnh sửa và gửi lại kéo dài không quá 2 tuần, từ khi tác giả bài báo nhận được thông tin (Quá trình này có thể lặp lại tối đa 2 lần\u002F1 bài báo). The composition of Curculigo orchioides, including the total phenolic, total flavonoid, polysaccharides, and triterpenoid saponins, was examined by using the colorimetric method with reagents, and their quantity is equivalent to 196.24 ± 1.45 mg GAE\u002Fg, 78.49 ± 1.78 mg QE\u002Fg, 4.34 ± 0.08 %, 47.60 ± 0.24 mg Rb1\u002Fg (Rb1: Gypenoside III), respectively. From that, we deduce the significant effect of the Dzyaloshinskii-Moriya interaction on the reduction of the antiferromagnetic order and show that the total magnetization can be deviated from the initial one under the influence of canting of the spins due to a combination of the Dzyaloshinskii-Moriya interaction and the magnetic field. The netted melon cultivar ‘Inthanon RZ’ was evaluated for its growth ability, yield, fruit quality, and economic efficiency when treated with densities of 38,000 and 33,000 plants\u002Fha and four foliar fertilizer sprays: Biotic foliar AMINO ACID 1000, NPK NUTRI-GOLD 29-10-10 + 3 MgO + TE, NPK HAI-CHYODA 14-17-12 + 12 S, and NPK DAU TRAU 30-10-5 + TE. The experiment was conducted in a plastic house at the Biotechnology Institute of Hue University from January to April 2019. The experiment area was 72 m2. The results indicate that plants have a similar growth time under the cultivation conditions. The plants grown with the density of 38,000 plants\u002Fha exhibit a higher leaf area index. The actual yield ranges from 34.00 tons\u002Fha (AMINO ACID 1000; 33,000 plants\u002Fha) to 46.22 tons\u002Fha (NPK HAI-CHYODA 14-17-12 + 12 S; 38,000 plants\u002Fha). Applying NPK HAI-CHYODA 14-17-12 + 12S or NPK DAU TRAU results in the Brix grade higher than 12.0 for both plant densities. Powdery mildew is the most frequently observed in the treatments with NPK DAU TRAU. Phân tích HPLC dịch chiết callus 14 ngày tuổi trên môi trường này xuất hiện 1 peak có thời gian lưu trùng với peak chuẩn eurycomanone là 4,15 phút, tương ứng với hàm lượng eurycomanone là 0,17 mg\u002Fg chất khô.","Eurycoma longifolia Jack (Simaroubaceae), one of the most popular tropical medicinal plants in South-east Asia. In this study, we investigated the growth ability of E. longifolia callus on various culture media to produce materials for later eurycomanone production. The results show that the combination of plant growth regulators was more effective than individuals. MS basal medium supplemented with 1.5 mg\u002FL naphthaleneacetic acid and 1.0 mg\u002FL kinetin had the best results. Callus grew strongly with a growth index of 11.24, fresh weight up to 32.92 g\u002Fflack, corresponding to a dry weight of 1.76 g\u002Fflack. The resulting pigments were characterized using X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and CIE L*a*b* color measurement. The results show that FexZn1-xCr2O4 pigments form at sintering temperature of 1100 OC for 60 minutes. The ACr2O4 spinel (A: Zn, Fe) and FeCrO3 perovskite phase with excellent crystallinity appears. The brown color intensity increases gradually with the increase of the number of substituted Fe2+ cations. After one week of acclimation, 3,200 juveniles of helicopter catfish (BW = 2.5 ± 0.27 g, total length = 5.6 ± 0.43 cm) were randomly assigned for the experiment in fifteen plastic tanks (200 L). The experiment was conducted with five treatments (CT – 0 g TRP\u002Fkg – control group, T1 – 5 g TRP\u002Fkg, T2 – 10 g TRP\u002Fkg, T3 – 20 g TRP\u002Fkg, and T4 – 40 g TRP\u002Fkg) in a completely randomized design with three replications for four weeks. The results from the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay reveal that TRP-supplemented diets effectively increased the serotonin level (5-HT) in the plasma of the catfish. The serotonin level increased with the dose of TRP added to the feed. Furthermore, a higher TRP level significantly decreased cannibalism and improved the final survival of the fish. However, the fish’s growth rate among treatments T1, T2, T3, and T4 was not significantly different, but there was a statistical difference between the experimental treatments and the CT treatment. Kết quả nghiên cứu chứng minh rằng chế phẩm nano bạc – TBS trong điều kiện in vitro nồng độ bổ sung từ 10 ppm đã có tác dụng ức chế sự sinh trưởng và phát triển của nấm sau 2 ngày theo dõi với đường kính tản nấm chỉ đạt 1,4 (±0,4) cm và ức chế hoàn toàn từ nồng độ 30 ppm. Ở điều kiện in vivo, nồng độ chế phẩm nano bạc – TBS có khả năng hạn chế sự phát triển gây bệnh của nấm Macrophoma theicola từ 24,4% đến 100% tương ứng từ 10 đến 90 ppm.","This study examined the antifungal effect of the silver nanoparticles–TBS (manioca starch) preparation on Macrophoma theicola isolated from infected mandarin fruits. The results demonstrated that this product with the concentration of 10 ppm could inhibit the spore germination and growth of Macrophoma theicolaunder in vitro conditions. After two days at 28 °C, the diameter of the fungal colony reached only 1.4 (±0.4) cm. The complete inhibitionoccurred at 30 ppm under the same conditions.
