During 2000–2015 we obtained over 30 spectra with a Zeeman circular polarization analyzer. The longitudinal field reaches +600 G at the positive extremum and goes below −1300 G at the negative one. The magnetic monitoring of the star shows that the period of B\n                                \n                  e\n                 variability, i.e., the rotation period, exceeds 15 years. The orbital elements are determined from speckle interferometric observations at the 6-m BTA telescope of the Special Astrophysical Observatory. The orbits of two pairs, HIP39402 and HIP 104565 are built for the first time. The orbit of HIP106972 is revised using new observational data obtained in 2007–2008. The periods of motion and semimajor axes of all the three binaries have very similar values, namely 13 years and 5.5–6 AU, respectively. We chow that the sites for three observatories in Northern Caucasus (Kislovodsk Mountain Astronomical Station of Pulkovo Main Astronomical Observatory of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Special Astrophysical Observatory of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Terskol Observatory) were chosen without obtaining representative statistical data in terms of the number of clear night hours and seeing. We report the data on the number of clear night hours and seeing for the 6-m telescope of the Special Astrophysical Observatory of the Russian Academy of Sciences based on results of long-term observations. Objects selected according to certain criteria from the RCR catalog are used to construct the calibration curves and to estimate the accuracy of the resulting calibration curves and determine the r.m.s. errors for the measured source flux densities. To check the calibration sources for the presence of variable objects, quantitative estimates are performed for a number of parameters that characterize variability, in particular, for the long-term variability index V and the χ\n                2 (chi-square) probability p. The long-term variability index was found to be positive for 14 out of approximately 80 calibration sources, possibly indicating that these sources are variable. The most likely candidate variables are the three sources with the χ\n                2 probability p > 0.95. Five sources have χ\n                2 probabilities in the 0.85 \u003C p \u003C 0.95 interval, and the remaining six in the 0.6 \u003C p \u003C 0.8 interval. Nine out of 14 objects are possibly variable in the optical range. The light curves and spectra are determined for possible variable sources and a number of “non-variable” objects. Such differences can be explained by the fact that the magnetic field sharply drops (by 2 orders stronger than in the case of a dipole structure) with height in the atmosphere.
