Những bài báo không đúng quy cách hoặc có nội dung không phù hợp hoặc vi phạm bản quyền sẽ bị từ chối (Ban Thư ký thông báo phản hồi đến tác giả trong vòng 1 tuần). Những bài báo đủ điều kiện, được Ban Thư ký tòa soạn chuyển đến Ban Biên tập có cùng chuyên môn với nội dung bài báo để đề xuất người phản biện. Các phản biện gởi nhận xét cho Ban Thư ký. Thời gian chỉnh sửa và gửi lại kéo dài không quá 2 tuần, từ khi tác giả bài báo nhận được thông tin (Quá trình này có thể lặp lại tối đa 2 lần\u002F1 bài báo). This technique was used to evaluate the effect of ligation on segments in the ventral CNS. When embryos were ligated prior to cellularization (60 min) fewer segmental ganglia developed in posterior fragments than when embryos were ligated at the blatoderm stage (3 h). the present study, we found that different ecdysone-responsive transcription factors were expressed differentially in different regions of the epidermis at around pupation. βFTZ-F1 transcripts were strongly but E74A transcripts were barely observed in the thoracic region of the epidermis, and vice versa in the abdominal region. Transcripts of all the examined transcription factors were observed in wing disc. Transcript of a cuticular protein gene, BMWCP4, which does not have a βFTZ-F1 binding site in the 2-kb upstream region, was not observed in the thoracic region of the epidermis. Transcript of BMWCP9, which does not have an E74 binding site in the 2-kb upstream region, was not observed in the abdominal region of the epidermis. BMWCP2 has all the transcription factor binding sites examined and was expressed in the thoracic and abdominal region of the epidermis. A comparison of cytological studies of the duration of the mitotic cycle in four species with visual observations on the intervals between the appearance of furrows of the first four cleavage divisions in the same species at the same temperatures has shown that in teleosts the duration of the mitotic cycle during synchronous cleavage divisions ({ie301-1} equals one half of the time period between the appearance of furrows of the 2nd and 4th cleavage divisions. At optimal temperatures, it also corresponds to 1\u002F5 of the period between insemination and the appearance of the 1st cleavage furrow. Using these two method, {ie301-2} values were calculated in the species under study for a wide temperature range and curves of the temperature-dependence of {ie301-3} were constructed. Temperatures below the spawning temperature range produced a shortening of the relative duration (in terms of {ie301-4} units) of the period between insemination and the appearance of the 1st cleavage division furrow, as well as a shift in temporal relationships between the successive mitotic phases: the relative duration of the active mitotic phases (especially metaphase) decreased sharply while the overall relative duration of telo-, inter-and prophase increased correspondingly. Elle a permis de montrer que tous les organes génitaux peuvent normalement se différencier indépendamment les uns des autres à partir de territoires spécifiques déterminés dans le mésoderme pariétal ancien. Une lignée germinale extra-gonadique peut se former dans les feuillets coelomiques, principalement de la région ventrale des segments génitaux. Cette lignée peut éventuellement se différencier dans le sens mâle, mais non dans le sens femelle. Les éléments germinaux extra-gonadiques apparus dans le territoire femelle sont incapables de s'autodifférencier complètement. La régénération de l'appareil génital chez les Lombriciens a été peu étudiée jusqu'ici. Avel (1929) avait remarqué, à la suite d'expériences de castration, que les vésicules séminales peuvent régénérer. André (1963) a observé que les spermathèques et les gonades ont la possibilité de se reconstituer lorsqu'elles ont été électivement excisées. Nous avons repris l'étude de la régénération dans le territoire génital, en nous intéressant plus particulièrement à la régénération des gonades et de la lignée germinale. Lorsqu'on observe la régénération d'un ovaire, à la suite d'une ablation élective, on s'aperçoit qu'elle s'effectue dans les quelques jours qui suivent (2 à 5 j.), à partir d'un matériel mésodermique ventral dont l'origine est ambiguë. Dans certains cas, le bourgeon ovarien contenant des protogonies paraît s'édifier à partir de la somatopleure, mais dans d'autres cas, il est appendu à un dissépiment qui se reconstitue à partir d'éléments qui peuvent provenir tant de la somatopleure que de la splanchnopleure.
